You have a credit note for which I want to redeem... after emailing you numerous times and trying to call your DODGEY numbers I have had to resort to letting you how I feel this way... I just dont understand how SO CALLEDcompanies like you are allowed to even trade your a DISGRACE to all the genuine online clothing companies. But not to worry WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND... its just a matter of time... please please please DO NOT SUPPORT THESE BOGUS PEOPLE...

Do not use this company! My experience is that they have not delivered my dress at all! I have chased them but they do not pick up the main phone number listed on their website and the mobile number is dodgy! They were very good at first, but once they have your money you won't hear from them. I have sent numerous emails which they have not responded and now I have had to get my bank and lawyer involved! I should have guessed when I saw the two websites are connected beckysboutiques.com and celebrityspot.co.uk. Be careful as it's not worth the risk. A fancy website but that's all it is!

I ordered my prom dress from Beckys boutique yesterday, as I was absolutely smitten by the design and fell in love straight away! As I paid, it went through with the bank details and authorised with my bank straight away. Although after authorising, it went straight to the home screen of the website, not telling me anything; delivery date, proof of purchase etc. I've had no sort of email to confirm the order as it says, but the £59.70 has been taken out of my bank account. I'm getting very worried as this is very strange and reading through the comments this don't seem a very legit website. What should i do?

Ordered a dress on he Thursday paid 6.10 for two day postage the dress came on the Saturday but when I opened it it was the wrong dress! I contacted them on Facebook and they said to send the dress back but I would have to pay the postage as they don't do free returns...

Then u read reviews about this company beckys dresses now beckys boutiques.com and a lot of people said when they sent their dress back the people at the other end tried to say the dress was faulty or had swear marks etc on it so I decided to cut the dress in half and make my own one rather than risk being completely out of pocket and with no dress.

I won't ever order again and I'll write a bad review about them on every site possible

After using this site many times to order dresses, I had luckily never had issues with quality. However if you ever need to send something back (wrong sizing) this is where you will find the issue. They take so much chasing to receive your refund back, it has put me off ordering from this site ever again! Over a month to put £50 bank in my account is unacceptable not forgetting the amount of messages I have sent to them direct wondering where my refund was? I honestly would think twice before ordering off this site again, as they don't like to refund and won't even acknowledge your refund until you have chased them up. Nice dresses, shocking customer service

If I could give this company less then a one I would, Please nobody buy from them! I ordered a two piece outfit on April 28th with 2-7 day delivery, After 3 weeks and it wasn't here I contacted there Facebook page and sent an email also, I was very polite and said I didn't mind I just needed to know my dress would be here within the next few days, The person on Facebook was extremely rude and would not give me any information about my order, I asked for proof of postage but of course there was none, My friend also ordered an item but cancelled it after they were rude to her and they said her refund would be in her bank within a week, She then got an email a week later asking if she still wanted a refund and that it would take a month, I have told the girl on Facebook that I was reporting the company for fraud and stealing and she was very rude and told me she was contacting the delivery team to tell them not to give me my parcel, It's an absolute disgrace DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Dress defied my expectations. The color was slightly brighter in person but the design was very similar to the one in the photo. However, I thank my lucky stars that I ordered this using a debit card. A couple of days after my purchase, I had learned that my card had been cancelled. I wondered why this was, and contacted my debit card provider. They told me that someone had attempted to use my card for a $600 purchase on a Chinese item (the purchase was in Chinese or Mandrin). After reading the reviews, it makes me wonder if I really did get scammed after all.

I ordered a 60 pound dress that looked beautiful on the site but when I opened it I was fuming! The dress was nothing like the picture the matrial was horrendous for such an expensive dress, so I sent it back and tracked my order they recieved it within 2 days and didn't respond when I did get hold of them they denied receiving the dress and told me I could have a credit note as soon as! Also they would not speak on the phone only be email which they would respond within 48 hours! I finally recieved my refund after 2 months. I advise no one so buy from this scum website.

Do not order from this company. I placed an a few orders with dresses of different sizes. They took full payment of my order and then part delivered my orders. They then sent the dresses weeks later by which case I didn't need them anymore. In total I sent back 5 parcels all recorded delivery to this PO Box returns address and two weeks later I had not received any correspondence. I decided to call them to investigate only to be told they have not received my parcels. All five! I am now £800 out of pocket and these scammers continue to tell me they have not received any of my parcels. I am currently taking this further and will also contact trading standards as this is not on. Please do not order from this company! They are fraudulent!

Dress was NOTHING like the picture cost £50 but looked £5 from the market or something! Awful material and definitely not true sizing. I sent it back and they emailed a week later saying they had credited my account, i then had to email to say i wanted a full refund for them to say its going to take 28 days for a refund! Where these days takes so long for a refund! What a hassle! Wont be ordering from these ever again and ill certainly be telling everyone else about it!

Ladies I am one of the many victims of beckydress.com. These special occasion websites are popping up all over the internet don't be a victim. Ladies go a store where you can touch, feel and try on a dress or gown instead of falling for a pretty picture of a dress that is on the internet. Let's get back to the basic by walking into a department store and finding the prefect dress. Ordering dresses from CHINA I will never ever do it again! I am stuck with a dress that I do not like and cannot fit. Lesson Learned Do Your Research on companies when purchasing any and everything online.
