Is this a scam? I want to order a dress for prom and the dress I am looking for is only on this site, I really would like it but am afraid

Girl! Go to the department store and purchase your gown. I am stuck with a dress that I cannot fit and they will not refund my money.

They are awful to deal with and steal designs from other companies. They are being investigated as well. I dealt with them for two months. Plus their stuff is disgusting and poorly poorly made.
