I ordered 3 items, one of which I returned by registered post-costing me £7.40 to do so. Having waited a couple of weeks for a credit note and having heard nothing, I emailed them to enquire what was happening. They should they had no record of me having returned anything. I have emailed them a copy of tracking number (which proves they have received parcel). Have still heard nothing back from them. Absolute disgrace-will never, ever order from them again and have let everyone I know just bad they are!

Ordered two dresses from this site. One arrived it looked a bit like the picture, but the dress was electric blue and they used white stays and bodice lining. I tried to return it as it was unwearable. They offered me a 20% discount if I would keep the dress. I declined the discount and asked to return the dress. They stopped communicating with me. The second dress was to arrive a couple of days ago. I have been billed, but the dress never arrived. Plus I paid extra for expedited shipping. NO RESPONSE from the company. Sham, fraud whatever you want to call it these folks are criminal.

I ordered a prom dress for my senior year I worked very hard for a year! To save for the perfect dress. When I received the dress it looked nothing like the dress I ordered for my prom! I cried for days because my Mom did not have any money she is single Mother doing her very best. The dress was to big, and furthermore it looked like a wedding dress! Do not order from this site the return policy sucks! They asked for pictures, then and email arrivals, and it reads they will not accept the return! Save your hard earned money this company is a rip off!

Ordered two long, beaded gowns for myself and a short prom dress for my daughter all in one order. We paid extra to enter our measurements to ensure the dresses would fit close to perfectly. I should have researched reviews before placing my order. We received a stuffed envelope from Hong Kong, and I knew it had to be trouble. Inside were mashed up, wrinkled, horrendous costume-like dresses that looked like they were from the dress-up department of Wal-mart. They were not even close to the photos on the website, which I now know are fraudulent photos hijacked from designer websites. The stones were hot glued on, the colors were terrible, and all of the dresses were about 5 sizes too small. The prom dress would have fit a 5-year-old. Luckily, I called my cc company immediately and reported fraud and had the charges reversed. Don't even bother to contact this fraudulent company. You'll never see a dime back!

Ordered a dress from here DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE ITS FRAUD!
Never received conformation number in an email nor did we receive any emails about delivery date or tracking number. Tried to contact them many times no response! Transaction showed up on my bank account, noticed it was from Hong Kong, instantly contacted bank fraud dept. and filed fraud. Thankfully my bank worked with me and was able to recover the money. NEVER DID RECEIVE THE DRESS! They look good and are cheap but DON'T DO IT!

We ordered an Empire Scoop Sleeveless Prom dress with a bead bodice. The dress we received looks NOTHING like the picture. The company will not acknowledge this. They only say minor differences are to be expected. The beadwork looks nothing like the dress advertised. On top of it, we have to pay return shipping, so we are out even more money. Curiously, all the reviews on their website are 5 stars, and show pictures, yet there is not way to upload a picture with your reviews.

We ordered two dresses from this company. After reading the reviews on this website we were terrified. The dresses shipped late but Becky dress air expressed them and via Dhl and they arrived in two days! The package was small for two dresses. We opened the package very carefully so the contents were not damaged. Out came two beautiful, high quality dresses that were EXACTLY like the photographs. We had paid the paltry $10 for special sizes and they fit perfectly. We always have out dresses altered and with a few nips and tucks these look and feel like their more expensive counterparts. I've spent thousands on dollars on dresses and they are just as nice. I'm thrilled beyond belief and the envy of my friends.

Purchased a dress from this company and like the others I received it folded in a plastic bag. When we looked online at the dress it was gorgeous but when we opened the bag it was horrible looking. The sleeve of the dress had a ruin in it, the sequins were loose and also part of the dress was not the same color as the sleeves. When I emailed them to say I wanted a refund I was told there is nothing they can do with the dress if it is returned and all they can refund me is 30.00 Ha! After I pd 200.00 for this dress and I am responsible for the shipping fees as we. There is nothing I can do with with dress and prom is in 2wk so basically I wasted 200.00 ***BUYER BEWARE***

Beautiful dresses online. The one my daughter chose was pretty simple but with intricate beaded deatail. Website advised to put in exact measurements and to chose dress size. The dress arrived 3 weeks after being ordered. It was about $160 with shipping, great price. I ws expecting it to arrive in a full length box, but instead arrived folded up in a bag (about the size of a shirt box). The dress is NOT AT All what it is advertised on the website. The materia lis thick like a tablecloth and the dress is too big, even with including her exact measurements. We received the dress on 3/18/14 and had to go out and purchase another dress because prom is in 2 weeks. I emailed them on yesterday but don't expect to receive a prompt response. Reading up on their return policy, returns have to be "approved" after you send the dress back to them. I will have to pay to ship it back to them with the chance of them denying the refund request. At this point I'm scared to even send the dres back because they may just keep it along with my money. We will try to sell the dress to get at least some of my money back. Only gave it 1 star because I couldn't submit this review without the star. SMH BUYERS BEWARE! Cheaper is not at all always better

The dresses looked amazing online, great prices and handmade?! What is that saying, "If it looks to good to be true." Well there you go. DO NOT buy from here. Just received my daughters dress. Almost $200 with shipping, from China. Received the dress folded up in a small bag, not box. The beading on it was falling off, the ones left were uneven and the thread showed through on each one. I will be surprised if I get a reply back much less my refund.
