This outfit took my order on 7/2/24 and said there was a delay of 2 to 3 weeks. They charged my Credit Card immediately, but I trusted they would deliver before end February. I then got a further e-mail saying delayed by a further 4 weeks and then on 7/3/24 another e-mail to say yet another 3 weeks delay on top - it looks like around 8th April is when they now expect to take delivery. The product is available elsewhere and in view of the latest delay I have 3 times asked for the order to be cancelled and my Credit card refunded urgently, so that I can buy the item elsewhere. So far, they have failed to respond at all and I am really worried that they may not be genuine. Looks like I will have to contact my Credit Card people to get my money back, as I no longer trust Bax!
Arrived rapidlyπ the guitar is lovely, the build is to a premium spec and amazing for the price.
The set-up out the box was perfect for me, the action was bang on and its tone is great, I love playing it. I have Taylor guitars gs mini, ad22e and ad17 and the ibanez size wise sits in the middle of the ad22e and ad17 about the same size as a Martin 000, exactly what I was after. The service from Bax was great and their range is vast (especially being left-handed) I'll will be checking them out in future for sure π.

Ordered a Flx6. Best price anywhere on the internet even cheaper than some second hand sites. There was a delay with the order but Bax made sure to keep me informed and gave a very accurate time for delivery.
I got one of the tables think it was 280 and was blown away by the quality, it feels like it should cost 500 recommend

Ordered the guitar: a Takamine P Series. I received an email a few days later to say that the model had been discontinued - despite being on Takamine's website - (It hadn't; I placed the order instead with my local guitar shop). Then ten business days to refund the money? And needlessly cold and unhelpful customer service. Even if they offer you some marginal savings, it's much better to get the support and helpful service from a shop - or even other online sellers such as andertons or gear4music tbh. Whom I've only had good experiences with.
Well made and excellent quality for the price. Had to wait a long time because they were out of stock but was kept informed and well worth the wait. Have now fitted them and very pleased
Ordered guitar in November 2023. Got regular emails saying the order is being delayed another week. Now, 2/2/2024, I've just had an email saying they can't fulfill my order. I'l have my refund then.

Product ordered as specified and exactly what I needed. Easy to order and arrived in good time. Only disappointment is the crazy size of packaging for such a small item - the postman had a good laugh - thought he was delivering an empty box!
Bought a couple of cymbals in the sale (absolute bargains!) Website descriptions were clear and detailed. Delivery date was unexpectedly going to be later than advertised but they emailed in good time to let me know (these things happen, can't fault them for that). Would definitely buy here again

I had to return a guitar and Bax were very quick in issuing the refund (thomann made me wait 7 weeks!) The replacement guitar arrived a few days after I ordered if and was perfect. I'll use Bax over Thomann if I can in future
Like many here I have suffered a catalogue of issues and seem to be nowhere near sorting them out.
Briefly, I bought a PA, it wasn't fit for purpose at anything over one-third volume. Returned it. Got a brand new one which was exactly the same. So asked for a refund as it wasn't fit for purpose. I was offered a 3rd, refused, and spent many weeks back and forth before finally getting help after writing to the UK CEO. It was accepted that it wasn't fit for purpose and I was offered a credit to the full amount.
Was then asked to pay for the return, before finally getting a pre-paid label. Returned the item and some 6 weeks later it turned up back at my door, as 'repaired' despite the agreement in place. So that has now gone back again and now they have emailed to say they are knocking Β£25 off any credit, no reason and when asked they couldn't provide one and are still searching for the reason.
The customer service team does not appear to record anything or check the statuses of orders and simply sends out wonderful generic emails which only make them look worse.
I have had enough, no more credit notes, I want my money back and I can then draw a line under this debacle.
I bought a flight box case, they sent two by mistake, but one was sent elsewhere.
I received ONLY ONE and they are chasing me saying I got two, threatening me to pay for something I haven't received. I will have to take legal actions as I am out of the country and they are causing me a lot of stress.
Impossible to get through to them. I am just getting emails from someone asking me to pay for a box I DIDNT RECEIVE! Awful company.

Bax received my faulty return 21 days ago and they still have my money. Today I will be contacting my bank to chase my funds back as Bax don't seem to be interested in giving my money back themselves.
AVOID
I ordered a subwoofer, which arrived not working. Despite returns policy stating they collect items over 20KG, they've told me I have to pay to have it collected. Absolutely shocking, no regard for the customer or for the law. Never coming back.
4th order now, not 1 has turned up on time in fact extremely late every single time! Sort it out!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! They sold a faulty mic which caused a fuzzy sound, I sent it back for a refund which they said was supposed to take 8 days. 8 days later, No money received, I had to call them to ask for the refund. Customer Service had no idea what i was talking about.
Later in the day, I got an email refusing to send a refund and they held my item for ransom, asking for additional money. Illegal Practice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Answer: Same issue am pursuing with PayPal. Lots of red flags on this company, especially name change from Bax-shop to Bax music, the usually way to try to reinvent reputation.
