This outfit took my order on 7/2/24 and said there was a delay of 2 to 3 weeks. They charged my Credit Card immediately, but I trusted they would deliver before end February. I then got a further e-mail saying delayed by a further 4 weeks and then on 7/3/24 another e-mail to say yet another 3 weeks delay on top - it looks like around 8th April is when they now expect to take delivery. The product is available elsewhere and in view of the latest delay I have 3 times asked for the order to be cancelled and my Credit card refunded urgently, so that I can buy the item elsewhere. So far, they have failed to respond at all and I am really worried that they may not be genuine. Looks like I will have to contact my Credit Card people to get my money back, as I no longer trust Bax!
I'm only leaving a review here today because I received an automated email from Bax asking for reviews, so I did so on the sites they linked, and now i'm doing a few more for good measure. That seems to be how these guys work, but that's just highlighted the way things are these days, because whilst I ordered a product from BAX over a week ago, and they emailed me to say it had shipped, I've still not received it.
The order tracking says 'advised' which means they booked a carrier, but it's not been collected yet so I have no idea if it's any good or not.
Why bother leaving a review then? Well I've done do because when I followed up with an email to BAX to query the status of my order I didn't get a reply, yet they still sent out a spammy automated email asking for a review though, so here it is.
- I have nothing to review as it's not arrived.
- Customer service have not replied to multiple queries about it
- I'm not at all impressed.
- I won't order from BAX again.

Package received via Parcel Force this afternoon, and all OK, although with slight damage. Internal contents thankfully fine
Comms have improved dramatically. Understand that Box Music have received high traffic enquiries from customers, re delivery status which reflected late response to e-mail enquiries
Overall would recommend Box music, but some patience required
You can expect everything to go OK eventually

I placed an order with Bax back in January with the item being in stock too (apparently). The item never arrived, I chased and although the customer service people were friendly, it never boiled down to actually getting anything done. They promised to try to redeliver, they blamed Hermes and Parcelforce, who I have previously used and have never had an issue.
When it became apparent I wasn't going to get my order, I requested a refund 5/3/19 as I had been 'messed about for a month or so. They then refused as they couldn't locate the package (it never arrived!)
I finally got my refund on 26/3/19. It was a lot of hassle ringing and trying to obtain my refund and I was able to buy the same product on Amazon for slightly cheaper price but most importantly free next day delivery.
Ordered the guitar: a Takamine P Series. I received an email a few days later to say that the model had been discontinued - despite being on Takamine's website - (It hadn't; I placed the order instead with my local guitar shop). Then ten business days to refund the money? And needlessly cold and unhelpful customer service. Even if they offer you some marginal savings, it's much better to get the support and helpful service from a shop - or even other online sellers such as andertons or gear4music tbh. Whom I've only had good experiences with.
Although the contact details are based in the UK, they are in the Netherlands. Ordered a guitar tuner pedal from them and it arrived 3 days later. I wrote a review on their site just to say thanks for their excellent service and they entered me into a competition draw. A month later they told me I had won £250 worth of Bax vouchers. I phoned them up just to check it was legit and they congratulated me on my winnings. I asked for advice on an item I was considering and they couldn't have been more helpful. The guy I spoke to just happened to be an ex employee of Abelton's tech department. We chatted for ages about music, gigs and bands and his advice was invaluable. Excellent service all round from a great bunch of people. Highly recommended.
Stay away from this company. If you ever need costumer service is a joke. Been having problems since LAST YEAR.

-Half comes faulty
-Bax officers to replace only faulty part, specifically saying keep the rest, send only faulty part.
-No contact
-I contact, apologies but please send the full product for replacement, costumer service made mistake.
-goes back to print label and back to post office.

- calls, things take time. Reply from bax.
- email from Bax, no longer have my product available. Offer refund or replacement of faulty part and return of my old half of bundle. (Back to the beginning)

- call bax, no one knows anything. Rude costumer service hangs up after saying "we don't know where your old interface is, is probably lost" and hangs up
- call again, explained costumer service made mistake, they can't send any of the equipment back or replace. But will contact me back. Also request to talk to manager due to previous ruse experience. No manager is ever available, only through request.
- days, no call from manager but email saying found solution. Upsell to better model for extra 100 pounds.
- reply asking for a better solution.
- silence.
- keep emailing.
- silence.
- try to get CEOs attention
- ignored, comments deleted.
- still no contact.
- still no equipment.

- you are keeping my money and equipment and dragging for months. Costumer service replye again after last call... "We don't know, we work from home, you have to keep waiting for a reply"

I ordered 2 pairs boots from Bax-shop as well, almost a month ago, I received the order confirmation and nothing since. I have not been able to get a response from there site's "About Us" or email. These people are taking money from clients as if it's free game, how can they do this and just get away with it, this is stealing, what kind of recourse does the customer have in this regard, as there is no way of contacting them. I have replied numerous times to the email they sent me with no response whatsoever. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
My personal opinion would be to stay well clear of Bax. They have my money, I don't have what I paid for and they've gone to ground and are uncontactable. Stay well clear, you can't fight what you can't see.
On March 7, I sent them the product (Icon Platform M +) as a guarantee for the repair of a button that had left their site. Since then I have not had a response to any of my e-mails, with the intention of obtaining information on the status of my product supposedly under repair, by phone. Nobody attends you. Yesterday I received the product, AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND WITH THE SAME BREAKDOWN WITHOUT REPAIR! AND IN UNPLEASANT PACKAGING CONDITIONS!. They are a real hoax. Do not be fooled by giving only priority to the low price, then they are all problems, it is advice!
This is the worst musical instrument/audio equipment shop I have ever dealt with in 35 years as a musician/producer/audio engineer. Their customer service is virtually non existent. The order I placed was 2 weeks late. I had to send it back for a refund and then had to wait a month for it to be processed. It took me 18 phone calls to Bax Music to get it sorted. The refund wasn't agreed until I threatened legal action. They screen calls to make sure that they do not have to speak to you right away, they do you off with a "receptionist who can't deal with any enquiries" who then promises call backs. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!
Awful company, bought a DJ table 3 weeks back, the table was gloss & had quite a few scratches, emailed customer service took them 4 days to come back to me, was advised to send pictures which was fair enough, didn't hear anything so I called their so called customer services over 3 times in a week every time you get diverted to their switch board which they will pass your details on & get customer service to call you back Which never happens. So I have since been on the Facebook messenger to go through the process all over again which they agreed to refund me £50 but it would take up to 7 days, since when has refund take this long but I thought given the benefit of doubt, 8 days later still no refund. Going to report them to trading standards but seriously anyone reading this review i strongly ADVISE FOR YOU BUY ELSEWHERE.
I returned a Zoom UAC-232 interface on 27 March 2024 and today, 19 April, I STILL have not received my refund. Useless customer service - you've lost me, Bax Music, forever.
Ordered a item on a sunday evening and it arrived tuesday, easy to navigate website with brilliant offers and very happy with the fast dispatch and delivery, came well packaged and the product was what i ordered!

I spent £1,134 on an ex demo synthesiser at Bax UK. It arrived late, damaged, and incomplete.
I contacted them about a return and refund. So far, I've had an email with an RMA number. They said, 'A second email will follow with this postage address.' This hasn't arrived, and they're ignoring ALL my emails about this. This is VERY worrying. £1,134 is a LOT of money to me, and I want it back.
Oh, they've also said when (if?) I do receive the delivery address email, I will have to take the keyboard to a UPS drop off point myself. It's an 88 note keyboard, and I've got a small car. I just can't do this. I've told them, and still no reply. Anyway, they took my money and delivered damaged goods to me, why is it MY responsibility to ship it? They should come and pick it up. Haven't I had enough inconvenience already?
If I don't get satisfaction VERY soon, I will raise a dispute over the transaction with my credit card company. At the same time, I will raise a small claims court application. It will only cost me £80. Well worth it to get my money back, and a Court Judgement against them will look very bad. There's also the Sales of Goods Act 1979 to consider.
Why can't they just be reasonable and reply to my emails, and save this bother.

Been waiting 4 months for a refund on a faulty item. They said they transferred it but won't provide a receipt to prove it.
I bought a flight box case, they sent two by mistake, but one was sent elsewhere.
I received ONLY ONE and they are chasing me saying I got two, threatening me to pay for something I haven't received. I will have to take legal actions as I am out of the country and they are causing me a lot of stress.
Impossible to get through to them. I am just getting emails from someone asking me to pay for a box I DIDNT RECEIVE! Awful company.

BAX-SHOP is a fake site. They use the same logo as BAX-MUSIC which is a totally legitimate different music company based in the Netherlands.
BAX-SHOP sells sports goods and say goodbye to your money if you use them.
Bought a cheap guitar case from Bax (£40, about the price anywhere else). Delivered promptly, for the guitar perfectly, great value. Would recommend Bax on the strength of my experience

Answer: Same issue am pursuing with PayPal. Lots of red flags on this company, especially name change from Bax-shop to Bax music, the usually way to try to reinvent reputation.
