Very interesting that after ordering multiple times on line, NOW the sale is on and Bath and Body does not "recognize the email address". Very poor service Bath and Body.

As I order the special to get certain products for the low price of getting mix and match items for buy 3 get get 3 free. I order the wrong conditioner. Call in to see how to replace the item and was told put a note in the return as I didn't get a packinging slip let them know what I was swapping out. The cost of returning the one item was more than what I paid for the conditioner but was returning so I would have a matching shampoo and conditioner. I was told I have a credit of 9.75. I could order the correct conditioner online for the price of 16,95. Double what I paid at first and to price match the return would still cost me an extra 10.95 to ship the correct item to me. Talk to a supervisor BETH who said it would still be 10.95 to ship the correct item to me. She couldn't help take some of shipping costs off. Why would I pay 21.90 for a return when I was told it wouldn't be a problem. When they would get the product swap it out at no extra cost to me. When you live out of an area of no bath and body store close to you. You have to use online services. Very unhappy with the services received.

Every time you go to the store they ask for your email saying so you can receive coupons in the mail. NEVER GET THEM! When I order on line and they give you a code for a sale the code never works.
I made an online order November 30th and just received my order today December 12th, 2020. I went to look through my order and realized I was missing an item that was accounted for on the shipping receipt. At first I thought that maybe it was on backorder or something but when looking at the shipping detail it looks like it is accounted for (as in it should be in my box). When I called customer service about this I was told I needed to call back in an hour because of some technical difficulties. Obviously this is not what I expected to hear after waiting on hold and given the circumstances. I already took time out of the day to make the call about this issue and now I have to call back in an hour. With the holiday being so close I am quite disappointed as I have been a bath and body customer for years and have never ran into any issues in store or online. Since I wasn't able to get anyone over the phone, I decided to send an email to which pretty much bounced back. Keep in mind this is the email listed on my shipping receipt. I called back again 3 more times only to get hung up on and i reached out to the online chat. The lady i am currently in the live chat with Shelby is not very customer service like. I am over the run around and the fact that their customer service doesn't know what customer service even looks like is even more upsetting. Shelby just informed me the item I ordered in November that was in stock is missing from my package because its no longer in stock and that she can issue me a refund. So if i hadn't reached out i never would've received this refund.
