This was my first, and last time, placing an order with Rue21. When I hit submit to place an order this morning, the website said they were experiencing some technical difficulties. So, I waited about an hour and made sure that I didn't have a confirmation email that my order went through. After not receiving a confirmation, I added all the items to my cart again and submitted my order. I noticed a few hours later that I received two emails at the exact same time with two different order numbers. I called the customer service line and a guy who can hardly speak English told me there wasn't anything they could do because I was suppose to call 30 minutes after the order is placed - that I didn't even know was placed, nice one Rue21. The only way to get my money back is to return it to a Rue21 store and I wouldn't be refunded shipping (I selected 2 day shipping at $20, so $40 for both orders). If it is still processing, why can't it be cancelled especially when it was a glitch with your system... I'm now spending $300 versus the $150 I planned. I wish I would have saw all the other reviews before purchasing. The stores are trash and I shouldn't have expected anything more online. When I called customer services, they were also have an 'unusually high call volume' - probably because the same thing happened to a lot of others.
