I have stopped buying from BB all their products look nice but break or do not work properly as soon as you use them.
If it would be possible, I'd give you 3.5. Not bad products you have and they look really useful.
But your website is overloaded as hell.
I have read that Bath and Body Works will now only sell items not tested on animals!

I got my order today. One of the body mist was delivered WITHOUT COVER. During transportation because of the way the order was packed most of the mist covers were off.
