I'm at a loss for words for a company that used to be my happy place. If you need any sort of customer service, it's worse than my store experience. I have been a customer for about 25yrs. I am 58yrs old. I have never had to contact customer service until now, and boy had I known before! I had a horrible store experience. They have 0 customer service AT ALL and I was lied to on live chat. I was treated horribly over asking for a bandaid over a broken candle left on the sales floor I cut myself on, that I DID NOT BREAK. I am on blood thinners. I had to practically beg for a bandaid! I emailed, never heard a thing back. I messaged on Facebook, still nothing. I live chatted where I was told I'd receive a $50 gift card for the situation, yet the representative never even asked for my email I realized after getting off chat.
This company does not care about it's customers, in store and out. I'm at a loss for words a company so big would lie, let alone not get back to me over an experience that happened in one of their stores. Please beaware!
The smells from the soaps and perfumes and hand sanitizers from this store are excellent but some of the perfumes are starting to smell all the same so I would say they should try to make new smells
I'm happy with it not bad just have to peel around and you find more and more it's not bad for prices just have to shop they have good products berry firendndly service nice and clean
Naja is an incredible example@ TTC in Raleigh NC! She is smart, polite and helpful w/customers. She knows her POS and how to help with problems. B&BW Should promote & raise her pay.
I love everything from their body soaps to their candles. Their candles are so awsome, I love all their wonderful scents. The hardest thing to do is to decide what scent to buy that day.
I had an issue with an online order so I contacted BBW csr, the rep basically promised me something he couldn't honor and didn't even bother to put the notes in the system, so when I called back to get what he'd promised, I looked like a complete idiot trying to explain. I asked to speak to a supervisor Esther (the worst customer service experience in all of my years dealing with BBW) she said she couldn't honor what the csr promised and I asked her to forward the call to corporate. She then went on to say that my account was under review because I've been having too many issues and corporate would look into every single issue with a fine tooth comb and there are cameras...wait, what? Cameras? I said are you accusing me of something? Completely accusatory and almost as if she tried to intimidate me into not reporting my issues. I told her that when I pay my hard earned money, I expect to get what I pay for EVERYTIME! And if there is an issue, I will report it EVERYTIME. I'm so disgusted and offended by her comments!
Cher overcharged me and caressed me with her wrinkly fingies. She took advantage of me and made me pay 88 dollars and she was mean and yelled at me and belittled me and degraded me.
Bought a gift card yesterday for $50 turns out I got charged double for it now I'm on wild goose chase to get money back…
Hi i had placed an order for 5Clean Slate Deodorant and ended up by receiving only 2No and when i raised an Concern on the same they told me they are going send me the CCTV Video which is not going to solve my issue and. I was a regular customer for the Deodorant for Bath and Body Works and i had paid an amount of 5000/- where i had ordered 5No. I am really sorry to inform that this is not an solution for the Issue you guys might send any Video but ultimately its my Loss.
I got some bath scents and candles from BBW for my wife's birthday as part of a "spa" birthday gift. Everything was great, she loved the scents and relaxed with a nice bath courtesy of BBW.
Bath and Bodyworks has the most amazing creams body washes everything and lotions. They moisturize very well and they smell super good. Would definitely recommend!
They have many good products but the lotions aren't one of them. They are good for the scent but not really moisturizing. For $12 a bottle it's just not worth it.
First time ordering for b&bw i ordered 10 plug-in refills they were 5/$25 i check out 10mins later i get a email saying part of my order was canceled 2 of the 10 items weren't in stock 1 item had to be shipped to begin with i was ok with that i received an email yesterday about the shipped item saying it's on the way now today i just received a new email saying that shipped item was canceled IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK THE WEBSITE SHOULD REFLECT THIS! This will be my first & last time ordering from you all because this is very unprofessional & your website should be showing items that's IN STOCK & that's AVAILABLE not items that's you don't have & allow the customers to add it to their carts check out then later get a email of a canceled order that's insane & pisses me off. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE INVENTORY!
I've placed my candles order on candle day Dec. 1,2023, yet have I received my order. When I called they tells me they out of stock and i may not receive my order til Dec22,2023. BS I need my order before then… they estimated my time Dec 7-13 which I won't be receiving it tomorrow neither….so they gonna offer me a 20% off the next order, no need cause I'm not planning to order again… I literally order from there every month, if not twice a month….also they tell me they can cancel my order for me to the order, mind you I use my debit card and not a another dollar coming off my card for another order they do something bout this order… YES, IM SUPPER PISSED CAUSE I HAD ORDER THESE CANDLE FOR CHRISTMAS GIFT AND HAVE TO BE SHIPPED OUT BEFORE TGE 22nd in order to receive as a Christmas gift…..
Absolutely do not recommend ordering on B&BW website on their special holiday sale days or ever really, you're better off in a store if able.I ordered on candle day 12/02/2022, obviously expecting some delays due to all the sales and the busy time of the year, that was never an issue and was the reason I had placed my order so early in the month. Over two weeks later, order had never progressed past my order being "shipped" but never received by the shipping company according to the tracking. Took up the issue with their live chat option today (12/19), to be told apparently the order is lost or must be lost in transit- but not to worry they have assured me they can send me a replacement order bar one of the items that is now out of stock "FREE OF CHARGE". While being so overwhelmed that they would so very kindly send me a replacement of a package that they lost and I don't even have to pay for it, I had to ask the question I already knew the answer to. So, will my order still be on time for Christmas? To which I got the reply "all orders on time for Christmas need to have been placed before 12/17". Really you don't say, it's almost like that's exactly why I placed my order at the beginning of the month- In this instance considering they are the ones who have lost or misplaced the parcel any company that gave any ounce of a $#*! would have offered perhaps expedited shipping to rectify their mistake. But, no, B&BW don't actually care about your experience past the checkout once they've collected. I'm sure the company policies in general are mostly to blame, but the woman who I had the pleasure of speaking to was wonderfully rude the entire exchange. -1/10 don't recommend
They are a little high priced on some items but run good deals. I get overwhelmed by all the smells in the store sometimes.
I love Bath & Body Works. It is my go to place for lotions and soaps. They are always having a sale too which makes it very affordable.
They always have what I want in stock and it makes it easy as a busy shopper - look forward every Saturday to seeing the friendly staff - thank you
