I said yep ok but pls upgrade the shipping as it is their fault there is a delay. They advised I can if I pay the extra $2. Well I then cancelled with them and will never shop again.

Tried to buy a reed switch from this site for a special application. Ad described the switch as normally closed. Switch received was normally open. Called customer service... was asked to send a picture of the incorrect part. Called again, customer service woman argued with me and kept contending the correct switch was sent. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have ordered quite a bit from them, and I find that, especially with electronic items, most of the products may work fine for a while, but most fail within a few weeks. Some products, such as a digital wrist watch have quirky defects that make me think they were factory rejects that were meant to be discarded. Other electronic items I have gotten burn out quickly, or fail to work at all. It could be just a lack of proper testing and quality control, but I wouldn't expect to get so many lemons just by chance.

I ordered a handbag from this company for a friend who loves cats. They sent what they had in stock (one with rabbits) not the one I ordered. It took five weeks to get here when it was promised in three weeks. When notified, they said they would refund if I paid shipping even though it was their error! The shipping cost to return to China was $23.80 plus the mailer. The purse was $26.00! When I researched comments on their site, this had happened multiple times with people that ordered the cat purse and received one with rabbits and they were all told the same thing. Return the item and we will credit it. This is a scam! This company is so unethical. Obviously it makes no sense to ship! Do not ever deal with them!

Right out of the box controller did not work!
Borrowed another controller from a friend who bought his from gearbest and his worked and has been working while I waited to receive mine. I was able to fly my quacopter DM007 with his controller with no issues. Contacted the Banggood via chat, they give you standard answer sending you on a wild goose chase.
STAY AWAY from them. Buy from gearbest. You would be happy as my friend was.

I order a hand bag in Aug 2015 but it deliver to me in Sep 2015. This is my second order. First order everything was perfect as I though. From the second order hand bag has gold parts. But those parts are discolored. I brought this to give a gift to my friend and now I can't gift this to her. This isn't a cheap hand bag too. Now I can't return this because I spend lot of money for buy this hand bag already.
After I received the hand bag I mailed them. After two days customer service replied me. And asked me to send the pictures of it. I send them on the same day and from customer service they are telling me this does not effect to use and this may be while shipping and they are checking properly before shipping. First name of the person replies me is Ada and second one is Blue.
I am very disappointed about the hand bag and the second mail which came from your customer service who called Blue.
Blue has told it may be happens from shipping. So during the shipment did they open the package and put water in to the hand bag to get discolored the gold parts? And did they remove all the sticky parts and did they damage the plotline on it too? And did I spend money to gift my friend a discolored hand bag? Blue told me they can offer me 300 point so from this points can I buy another hand bag like this without spending more money?
I am planning to go to my country after three years. And I have this hand bag with discolored gold parts to gift for one of my friend. I was planning to buy some few items to give friends as gifts. Now I am having my second thoughts about this company which did to me.

I ordered the ($8.44) DC 12V 1800mAh Super Rechargeable Portable Lithium-ion Battery Pack for my CCTV infrared light to use with my infrared photography. They sent me a EU charger, when it states they will send me the US charger. I had even put in the comment USA power, when I ordered. Their fix for the problem is a choice to send an EU to US adapter or refund me a $1.19. Best price I can find for the correct charger is $6. I found another 12V 1800mAh Li-ion battery pack kit from another company for $8.50. I hope it was worth losing a customer for not correcting their mistake correctly.

Euro warehouse: has been great but unfortunately seems to be the size of a small garden shed, 2 day delivery. 1 item was faulty. It was replaced but resent from china. The replacement took a couple of weeks to arrive but worked fine.
China warehouse: China Post: about 2 weeks, 1 item was incorrect, partial refund given,
Malaysia Post: 3+ weeks, I had a order that got lost, I eventually got a refund,
I still use them but would advise you only use the local warehouse (if you have one and they have stock) for orders that are in any way time critical.

We only have China, USA and UK warehouse. We do not have Malaysia Warehouse. Malaysia Post just means that the parcel sent from China warehouse will go to Malaysia to have a transist first and then it will be sent to destination.
For the parcel sent from China warehouse, we use China, Singapore, Netherlands, Malaysia and Sweden Post etc. The shipping postal depends on many things like the product property and shipping address. I placed three orders with Banggood many weeks ago. Order numbers *******, ******* and *******. These were all spare parts for my WLtoys F939. Only one of the three orders ever arrived and that was all smashed due to very poor packaging. Now customer service aren't helping me to resolve this. They told me to send pics of the damage to their customer services, which I did. They then claim to not receive the email. I spoke to someone on live chat last week and made sure my resend had been received. They confirmed it had, and what a surprise! Still no one from customer services contacts me. I for one won't be buying from Banggood again as they are truly Bangbad. It's all good and well offering goods at cheap prices but if they never arrive or arrive badly damaged, what's the benefit. Can you imagine the frustration at not being able to get a response from their customer services. Truly appalling. Only buy from this company if you're happy to lose your money.
I feel that I've been deceived and ripped off. You think you'll save a few pounds and are prepared to tolerate the slow deliveries but the service I've had and that which I've seen reported by others too tells me not to get conned again.
All they had to do was reply to my complaint but it seems they prefer to ignore their customers once they've had your money.
One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I really feel that I've been robbed.

Sent an email on 30 September to query order and another on 3 October requesting response,... and no response received at all. Chat online service been down for 5 days and managed to get through on online chat today finally. Spoke to Anny and requested order to be cancelled due to misleading information on website, who firstly asked me to do this myself?, and then after asking why she could not do this said she can and has cancelled the order. Order still not cancelled and no confirmation of cancellation received. Very bad to mislead and ignore customer queries and requests.

Ordered Black US38 Mens Cargo/Work pants for work.
Pros: Fast delivery (2-4 days) and very prompt customer service by email.
Cons: In my opinion very poor quality for the price, the press-stud above the zip broke just opening it to try on the garment. I ordered US size 38, but these are clearly something far smaller (I have trousers from the USA in a size US 36). Received no invoice or paperwork which caused problems trying to establish a return.
After several emails asking to return the faulty goods, including images of the fault, I've now been asked to send a video. I've now given up. Every response seems to result in yet another question or details about some other persons order. I may dispute the purchase with PayPal, but I'll probably spend my time doing more enjoyable things and consign this poorly made item to the charity bag.

Ordered on July 28th, claimed items in stock.
Sent me an email next day, out of stock. I opted to wait.
Notified me of shipping on 8/20 with CN tracking number, 7-20 days to receipt.
Status unchanged until 09/01 of shipper preparing to ship.
Remained in contact with customer service on 4 occasions. Asked me to wait until the 28th at the very latest. So I agreed.
In the course of this order, I have gone to the post office every time they asked.
Status unchanged as of date of this review.
Contacted Paypal to begin dispute process for items not received.
Immediately following dispute, they send me message offering to reship if I close the dispute first.
I have offered to close the dispute if they resolve it with proof of shipping for order they now claim is lost. No response. None expected.
One plus, they tend to reply in a reasonable amount of time figuring for time difference.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
