I purchased a pair of sandals and it took almost a month for them to arrive and when they did arrive they were the wrong size... when I contacted their CS I was told that they sent the size I ordered which is complete BS... they said I ordered a size 6.5 when I wear an 11... they told me I could return them but I would have to pay for shipping... shipping to China costs more than the sandals did... do not repeat do not do business with these a-holes and be sure to tell tour friends.
I have bought a number of items from Banggood, all have been excellent but not this one.
Moments after lighting this at a children's birthday party burning wax set fire to the plasic petals and the burning remnants dropped onto the table. Fortunately, having looked carefully at the device I was suspicious of it and had placed it on a hard surface. If it had been on a tablecloth or left unattended the results could have been horrendous. It even defied being blown out. Part of the problem was that the petals failed to extend fully but even had they done so the fire risk remained.
It should be withdrawn from sale immediately.

Never give your photo ID to anyone. They can take your info and give it to crooks.

I bought a Vkworld Vk700 smartphone from banggood.com. First of all, it took 30 days, 5 days more than stated to arrive in Greece. The box had been opened(had no seal and torn bags) but due to waiting for a long time I ignored this. It turns out the phone had a faulty loudspeaker so I sent an email to Support to get a replacement or refund. They answered that they needed video proof so I sent some videos showing the problem.
After seeing them, they answered after about 5 days asking me to send it back to China with the shipping fees ON ME. This is half the price of the phone and it would take months until I received the replacement. I asked them for a better solution and they told me I should choose cheaper shipping (as if I would choose the most expensive solution), I told them this is unacceptable and I wouldn't be buying from them again if nothing is done, I got no response, a faulty phone and 80$ less. I will avoid them from now on and so should you.

They are oblivious to e-mails and will ignore your phone calls... with always, we never received it. Better like whatever cheap junk they send you because it will be yours!

I received one item with a hole in the side of the dress. The other was the wrong size shirt. I ordered 3 shirts in the same size and only 2 of them were received as ordered. Apparently the sizing changes depending on what product is ordered. So for example it will say US - size XL, which means size XL. But in other items it it will also say US size XL but will be converted to Asian size XXL. I believe this to be misleading.
Although I sent my complaint with a copy of the order confirmation, they tell me they need the order number (seems to be to hard to look at the previous order number seeing it was sequential eg. *****#14 and *****#15 only split for warehousing purposes after the purchase). They also claim the size I ordered was correct.
They have so far refused to even look into the issue with the hole in the dress, they just keep harping on about the size, which is misleading. I have sent 4 emails now without acceptance of either claim.

I've never written a review, but I feel I need to warn people. I ordered 2 pair of cargo pants from Banggood and after waiting 6 weeks for delivery they finally show up. That's not the bad part. They are way too small so I look into the package for a return label, no luck. I look online and there is no return info. Now I know I'm in trouble. I email them that I need to return the pants. Their reply was to ask that I take a picture of the pants with a tape measure so they can be sure it's not a quality control issue. They didn't like the picture because they It didn't show the size label. I retake and resend them a pic with a tape measure and the label in the pic. The pants were 2+ inches too small in the waist and way skinny in the legs. They tell me 2inches is within the margin of error and they won't take the return. I'll be calling my credit card company.
I should also mention, right after I made the purchase my credit card info was compromised. Coincidence?

Very unhappy with this company, bought an item from its associated ebay seller (yoopar) only to realise instantly that i bought the wrong item, sent yoopar a message immediately asking for cancellation and a refund, no reply, but within minutes the item was marked dispatched, then hours later i received a message basically saying "tough luck we already sent it" so the seller had no intention of giving me a refund, he took my money then laughed at me, very annoyed! I will do everything in my power to shut this company down!

I made and 844.00 order. My items came 4 weeks later. The quadcopter I order was broke when I opened the box. I have pictures from opening my package and you can see my qouadcopter was never removed from its protective cover. I sent banggood pictures and they want me to make a video. I had multiple windows open watching the countdown timer for the anniversary $9.9 sale.
All high items said sold out over 20 minutes before timer was set to expire. Nice scam to get you onto the site. I have ordered quite a few items form this site. First few arrived in decent time. Future orders took longer and longer. Waited 45 and 50 days for some. I am done with this crazy shipping.

I ordered a rear view camera for my car, it took almost a month before I received it. The package did not come with proper wiring instruction. I contacted customer service and was told that the spec sheet that came with the camera is all they have. You can; t even google it on the web. Never again I will order from this website. In august, I was the winner of the DJI Phantom 3 Professional at 9.9 dollars.
For me all was done and my order was done.
But a technical problem in bangood didn't have validated my order, but I not received an information from bangood about this error.
I went in vacation and when my vacation was finished, I look my account on bangood. My order was closed.

Based on this experience, I proved myself right, & shame on me for being sucked in by cheap prices.

EDIT: I waited well over 30 days for a bag that never arrived.
Emails back & forth to customer service, always telling me to "wait with patience", now I have my money back & I will not bother with banggood ever again.

I received one of the 2 items I ordered, I got my money back for the one that didn't arrive, so who cares. At this point I am not owed anything.
The pisser is that I really wanted that second item, being a bag, as I have one like it but it's wearing out.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for.
