Well Surprise, surprise this item finally turned up 35 days after dispatch. I opened the parcel and out fell a dish rag - no not a dish rag but a jumper which was soaking wet right through. Did it come by sea?
I decided to wash it, but there are no washing instructions on it, so if it shrinks or loses shape I will expect a refund - wishful thinking...

Thanks to all readers. Since my last post BangBad has finally issued a refund. The only language they understand is posting review anywhere possible.
I know this can be time consuming but to me getting my money back was a huge victory. Also I know this has helped a lot of people in making decisions on this atrocious company.
Please DO NOT rely on PayPal to solve problems with the seller especially if you are to bare the cost of the returns. They claim you can get full refund but this exclude postage. This isn't right. How can a buyer who received a faulty good be asked to returned at their cost. PayPal does not consider how expensive it is to return the goods.
Please advise yourselves and do not fall a victim these businesses.

I have been quiet for some time. This was only because Banggood has agreed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately this has not been the case. Communications with them is complete waste of time.
Dont believe the lies. They will send you polite emails to make you think they are listening it is all a cover up to waste your time. Banggood hallmark is nothing but time wasters and scams. They will do anything to make you think you will get somewhere with them.
In my case Banggood had finally agreed that they would refund the postage and the cost of the goods if I return the product. I then send them the list of prices so that they can make an informed decision. Once they received the cost they started playing games again.
Dear readers, Dont be fooled, you are lucky if Banggood have ever refunded you or exchanged your goods. I intend to post all the emails so you will all made your mind up.
I will like call on everyone whose grievances have not been addressed properly to report these scam of a company to Rogue traders. Watchdog and rogue traders investigators do not need to go to China to get the evidence. There are numerous other websites sharing similar bad experiences and if we can get the big guns on board then maximum publicity will be achieved in a short time.

I got refunded for goods that did not come in good order but was only refunded the amount deducted from my credit card. I wrote to say that I should also be refunded the points I used for the same purchase but never got a reply until now. To a consumer, it would make sense to refund the points used since it is used to pay for the same goods and equate to part of the cost.

They made a mistake it would not fix it. I ordered two motorcycle lights. It took a month for them to arrive. They sent one red and one yellow light instead of the two yellow lights I ordered. I needed lights for a trip I was taking so I bought a pair in the local store because I couldn't wait another month for the correct light to arrive. I tried to return the lights they sent by mistake and they would not accept them for a refund. They offered me a coupon for one light. Do not buy from these people. If they make a mistake it becomes your problem.

I have order 4 dresses and two bags from bangood recently. The stuffs arrived in a reasonable time frame. However, as expected, the four dresseshave very cheap quality. They look similiar to the pictures advertised but the quality is not just there.

I think I've spent over a thousand dollars on various items from Banggood. Sometimes they are impressive because I can get a product at a cheap price in about two weeks.
Other times their products are of exceptionally poor quality. Most recently I bought an LED light that only lasted six months. But guess what, Banggood will prevent you from posting a review of an item that you purchased more than six months ago. How are you supposed to know if a product is good in that short time?

I bought an ESCAM ip camera. First of all it hasn't all the specification written in the banggood (bangBAD) website. It doesn't work in only two months and banggood doens't want to send me back my money. They ask me video and screenshots of the problem. I send them the video and the screenshot. After they ask me to contact ESCAM. But never they send me my money back. Don't buy from banggood and don't buy escam products.

It takes 6 to 8 weeks to ship from overseas. On occasion it takes up to 12 weeks. Shipments are combined and sent over, usually by cargoship, because overseas shipping would otherwise be prohibitive. If you order anything from another country take that into account. Additionally, I have found that sizes in other countries, even though they say they are US sizes are iffy at best. Especially womens clothes. I have ordered large sizes from Asian countries and cant get the tops to go over my breasts. Therefore, I don't order those items any more. Just remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Take for instance the "silver" earrings I bought. It even said 925 on the ad and on the package. They were clearly some kind of chrome plating. Buyer beware. BUY AMERICAN!

I ordered a guitar capo (actually, several of them) and it promptly broke the first time I put it on the guitar! I wrote to customer service several times, sent a photo along with the message, and have received no reply at all. I did the online 'chat' thing and they keep telling me they didn't receive my emails, although they never bounced back and I sent several to a few different customer service addresses that were provided. NOT A GOOD DEAL AT ALL. You get what you pay for (if you're lucky).

Eleven months ago I purchased a long range LED torch and a special size rechargeable battery. My need for it ended before I received the goods - not Banggoods fault.
Since then it has been used probably about ten minutes. It has ceased working, the battery has tested good. Banggood are not prepared to replace or refund the torch as too much time has passed which indicates to me that they are prepared to sell rubbish with a very short warranty period.
There is not much I can do about this except relate my experience and never deal with Banggood again.
My advice if you do buy is to do so via PayPal, test the product ruthlessly as quickly as possible to reveal any faults and utilise PayPal's clout if required.

First of all anytime you order from the majority of the China companies and you have a problem hard to ship at times and a lot of it is stupid stuff and you seem to me get lost in the shuffle, like wrong parts. They send goods via DHL Hong Kong. Parcel has been lost. DHL Belgium confirm it to Banggood asking them to contact DHL HongKong for refund... Only reaction of Banggod: Contact DHL Belgium. We will not refund or do anything! And of course and logically DHL Belgium will not refund as I have no contract with them and confirm that matter should be solved between banggood and DHL HK.
Conclusion: If there is a problem with the shipment, forget your goods and the payment!___

Notwithstanding Banggood post, they wrote me that there will be no reimbursement. They seem to never read your mail completely (more than 30 mails in our exchange), keep writing that you need to contact your local post (which has nothing to do with a dhl shipment) or ask you for a claim number which they have already received both from me and DHL! And wathever their propblem with DHL, I paid for the goods delivered to me and they are fully responsible for the shipment (no waiver in their conditions which I read carefully - I am a lawyer...). It looks like their policy is to wear your patience so you will drop the case...
And be carefull of their good reviews as they explicitely have a program rewarding good review from 5 to 50 usd...

DHL finally recover the parcel (which apparently had made a trip to Spain) and delivered it with one month delay. Certainly not with Banggood help which was unable or unwilling to propose any solution during this month. It is clear that if DHL had not recover it, both my money and the goods would have been lost... On top, items were loose in a carton box (without any filling) and some components were slightly damaged. One item was missing.
Yes banggood is cheap, yes the products meet the requirements but if something happens with the shipment you will be on your own...

I have an odd frequency control unit which needed remotes. These are 433.92 Mhz rolling code remotes. I bought one from another company and it worked great. I bought three of a different model from Banggood.

You will see it says ROLLING CODE in the description. And it says fixed code too. I trusted that it was ROLLING CODE.
The remote they sold appears to go into programming mode but will not accept the code from the working remote I have. I also tried to program it directly to the control box as I did with the other (now) working remote. The box would not accept it's button press. It appears that this is NOT a rolling code device. It is 1/2 the price of the other I purchased. I have written to Banggood asking for a return, but have no response. It has only been 48 hours, but, they say they will respond in 24 hours. I would not buy from them again if they cannot fix this problem. P.S. I bought 3 remotes. All appear to work the same. I tried all three on both remote to remote and remote to control box programming with no success.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for.
