It is now March 6 I have followed up with Australia Post and they have no record of the number quoted by Banggood. The second order I have been asked to be patient for also has not arrived 3 months after the order was placed and paid for. How much longer will this process take?
Bought a quad and it arrived defective. I understand stuff happens, but now the problems start. The quad has a number of issues that make it unsafe to fly (ie it will randomly take off at high speed until it hits something, in one case, my throat). For electronics, they offer a '3 day guarantee'. The catch is I need to send a pic or video to document the issue. I suppose I am suppose to tape a camera to my forehead and record both the quad and my hands so they can see what it does and that I'm not doing it. Did manage to send a 3 sec video that showed one (1) of the six things I reported as wrong. Not good enough. They'll replace it, only if I pay more. In the end I suppose I will need to get both PayPal and my credit card company involved to get my money back.
Bottom line, if it arrives and works, great. If it doesn't arrive or is defective, that's when your problems start. IMO, spend a few extra bucks and buy from a company not in China.

First I was attracted by the merchandise items listed on their online shopping web page. I attempted to buy a couple of items that seem useful. After the items were purchased, they were not delivered for a long time (more than 30 days), finally I had to cancel the items and requested for refunds. Refunding process was not easy either, so I had to approach credit card company for disputes.
Again I attempted buy a few items after sometime thinking that it will not happen again, but happened exactly the same. Items were never shipped even after a month. When I contacted they said they will refund because of security reasons.
I think, the merchandise items are shipped from China, and they use probably cheapest shipping method, that's why they take long time. Anyway, if you cannot wait to receive items, please do not buy from this website. Just sign out so that you don't see them at all.

I ordered 3 fake security cameras. When I received them I installed new batteries in them and they would even turn on. These were nothing but a pile of junk.
This is the last time that I would order from this site. Lucky I am only out $45.00.

Good prices, but shipments a slow. Overall pretty good but don't expect to make a deadline depending on the shipping. Wide variety of products for most any use. Have ordered electronics as well as tools. I'm no longer working so tools do not have to be heavy duty but most every thing has shown quality that should last.

Having had a bad experience recently I have realised that trying to get these people to accept responsibility for their errors is impossible. You are blocked from feeding back to anybody who has any level of customer interest. They are happy to lose a customer by wasting enormous amounts of time on emails that will not accept blame for their hopeless systems and customer ethos. Beware. Absolutely dire attitude to customer service.
Bought 3D printer Qidi X-Pro. Tried to return in 7 days and briefly described why I'm not so happy about it - they started asking questions like asking for video review of the problem, more information etc. Why would I want to spend another 5 hours to make a new 3d print and shoot a video (! Like I'm a video operator of some kind?) just to show at the end the model is not printed up to a good point where I'm happy with it. Not to mention the front panel is cheap plastic and so flimsy every time you push the screen it moves, the damn thing is trash and not met my expectations...
"Returns - 30 days No Questions asked" is not really no questions asked but they will ask enough so you want to quit, so I did. I will just sell the printer elsewhere as used and never come back on this site ever again.

You might get your items, but their website jerks you around until the price changes while purchasing. I had and order increase $20 just sitting in the cart. The first time I tried to purchase it denied me until I went through Paypal and then the price jumped $20. Contacted customer service and all they said was and I quote "moment please, sorry there is little price difference". That was it, their whole explanation! This company is a joke. Don't order from them unless you don't really care about quality, timely shipping or price changes. That is all.

Perhaps you should include a few 4 star reviews. You have been writing way too many 5 star reviews lately that mention customers receiving faulty merchandise or having major issues with their orders. No real customer would give 5 stars based on this. Also, perhaps you should spend more time focusing on delivering a quality product in a reasonable amount of time and less time posting phony reviews on various review websites.

Absolutely shocking experience, never will use again.
Ordered items which arrived damaged and unusable, asked for a refund and to let them collect the items, and they would only offer <20% refund which is completely illegal in the UK. They offered "points" initially, then when I rejected they offered the dollar amount... same to the points they offered, completely disregarding my requests.
After pointing out it is illegal in the UK they then offered ~45% refund... despite me making clear I wanted a full refund.
Be aware that if you have any problems they will not stick to the laws of the country they're selling into - buy on credit card and ensure you're covered.

I can't believe the way they conduct business. I am waiting over one month for my order and when I said let's just cancel and get refund I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for that to happen! Very good selection of products and good prices. Many Asian internet stores have a bad reputation for customer service, but Banggood is an exception. My first order with them didn't go very well as the product arrived non-functional. Banggood customer service responded quickly to my emails and a replacement unit is being sent. Thank you Banggood! I'll will be buying more from them in the future.
Purchased bearing assembly, Product ID#*******, Received order but missing 1/2 of the contents that were supposed to be in the package. The Banggood system charged me 2 times. No help with customer service. Loss of 2 X $36. No recourse. Loss of $75. My suggestion is to never purchase anything from Banggood. I should have known, the website is also deficient and that is the tip off. When order is placed, they do not include the order number, cannot go back to customer service without much research. They ask for photo's to be included, but they don't do anything for you once everything is provided to them. There is many more responsible retailers out there, look somewhere else.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement.
