Site typically has some good deals on some nice items. I love that the deals change out in the middle of the day giving "more" variety even if it means they sell out faster. Their shipping is ridiculously slow for the price. I don't know anything about their customer relations as I haven't had a reason to interact with them yet.

I LOVE these guys! I adore all the random "steals" whenever I think I need something I always look at their their archive and the daily steal first--when you want an expensive brand for baby, you are foolish NOT to look here first on your hunt for it! If they have it, it's likely WAY less than what the item originally goes for in retail. Their brands are legit, their business is legit, and their service is legit. A+!
I bought the J. J. Cole Bundle Me, Pre Natal vitamins, and some maternity wear---and a workout video. Good stuff.

I have had the wrong items shipped to me. Another time I bought shoes that were suppose to be a size 7-8 and they were closer to a size 6... And they don't do returns! They said that I had to pay for the shipping to return and that they would give me steal credits. Very poor customer service. They were also very poor quality items and not even worth the discounted price. I will never shop there again. A business that has a no return policy does not stand behind their products. Buyer beware.

I got my daughter (a big 10 mos) the audrey coat, it is really great quality and arrived really fast. I also got the kore chair for my rambunctious son (2.5 yrs). I love the variety of different products, and that they are always switching out what they have on the site, its really addicting to keep checking back!

I recommend giving this a try, never had any problems with them.

This company treats there employees like crap. Those bubble necklaces with the characters on them advertised as "made in America" are actually made in china.

While I really enjoy the website their shipping prices are beyond ridiculous! I was going to order a great organic baby wash set that was on their site today for $14.99 but the cheapest shipping was almost as much as the set itself, $11.24. I am fully aware that it doesn't cost anywhere near that to ship an item of this size. Instead of having one or two set shipping prices that don't fit the merchandise they are listing they should try offering several options. They really should take a few hints from Mama Bargains…. One of their competitors, on shipping. They have great shipping prices that start around $2.50. I guess I will stick with ordering from them since they are trying to save their customers money not rip them off in shipping. Beware!

I have only ordered from this site 2 times and while they do have awesome deals they are VERY slow at shipping anything out. Their websites says they usually ship within 1 day. My first order took up to a week to ship and I didn't receive it for almost 2 weeks... I also had paid for FEDEX shipping so I should have gotten the order within 2-3 days. I filed a complaint and they refunded me $6 but instead of accepting responsibility for an error they tried to blame it on computer problems.

I am now waiting on a second order... and probably the last... I ordered it on Thursday and it's now Sunday and it still has yet to ship. I'm starting to believe that their 1 day shipping is a bunch of crock.

Amazing shopping site for babies. Every day they sell a single item for your baby that is super cheap and discounted. Every mom should check out this website. The sales tend to go quick and the best items sell out often in the early hours of the day. I log on first thing and check it out almost every day. As any parent knows, there are endless things you need for your baby and during this recession this is a great place to get your baby items for cheap.

I used to think this site was ok for deals but twice I have had an issue now. The first time they oversold product & the most recent issue the company mismarketed something greatly. I know they realize what they are suggesting as a use is wrong & the product is misrepresented yet they refuse to do anything about it despite e-mailing them within their allotted time frame & a phone call to them. I think the word steal in their name is fitting because at the end of the day that is what they have done... steal.

Helpful if you're a parent on a budget. Would be better with better service though.
