I recently ordered 9 or 10 matte lip colors off eBay & I have to say that if this is counterfeit / knock off it's pretty good. VERY pigmented I think their trying to keep up with the high end designer make-up folks. So far so good...
I give them a ZERO score. Recently ordered 3 x fibre mascaras from Focallure and somehow got signed up for a free Babebox that turns out to not be free. As soon as I realised that I'd inadvertently signed up for the Babebox that I didn't want, I followed instructions on their website to cancel my subscription. Kate M replied with: "Let me explain a few things first... blah blah blah". I immediately replied that I still wanted to cancel the subscription. When I didn't get a response, I emailed again asking them to confirm my cancellation. After several emails they responded saying my subscription can only be cancelled before the next billing, which makes no sense. Surprise surprise... today my account was charged $36.95 for the "free" Babebox. This is fraudulent and downright robbery. Please avoid this company at all cost!
By the way, the link to unsubscribe from their constant harassing emails doesn't work either. Also suspect any good reviews on here are FAKE - and notice how they increase by the day!
UPDATE: more than a month later, and still no BabeBox (free or otherwise). Two weeks since this update, still nothing.
NEW UPDATE: Had to cancel my credit card in my Paypal account to stop these thieves from taking another cent from me. Received an email this morning: "We're having trouble processing your most recent payment. Would you mind updating the card on file?" Good luck with that!

This is a complete scam company. I ordered the lip plumper which does not work AT ALL. Not a big deal, not all items work HOWEVER, when I went to the website I apparently don't even have an account with them. So I click on my confirmation email. I could see my order, but any link that said "contact us," or anything of the sort leads to a "company not found" page. There's also a link to follow the on Instagram, Facebook, etc. HOWEVER, when you click any of them, you get the same, "company not found" page. There is no way to reach anyone, and no way to return this bogus item. I can't even use it as regular lip gloss because the taste is horrendous and it dried my lips out horribly after only 3 uses! Stay away!
Focallure has a really great product line. The makeup is smudge resistant, highly pigmented and ships for a reasonable price. This is the only product that allows me to go from day to night without reapplying. It stays put for atleast 8hrs. Thank you Focallure for being amazing!

Bought two of the lipsticks with their claims that they are waterproof and long wearing. For the price just go with Stila, Lime Crime, Sugarpill, Jefree Starr, etc. It literally stays sticky all day despite being matte. Also if you reapply it gets super cakey and just flakes off and makes you look crazy.

Placed my order on 1st Oct 18 and till today, 6th Dec 18, NOTHING! Numerous emails to their Director of Customer Service, Kylie Adams and customer support asking for delivery status and even full refund, was ignored. And when I tried to check the status of my order online again today, I saw the message "Order not found"! I emailed them again asking for an explanation but I'm pretty sure I'll be getting the same lame response - "The products are in a heavy demand due to which our shipping timings are a bit slow. Please give us few days and your order will be shipped as soon as possible."

I ordered more than a month ago and recieved nothing to this day. When complaining online and asking for a refund I was told refunds are only provided within 48 hours. Very convinient, when delivery time is 5 days minimum. A few minutes ago I launched complaints with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. Everybody else who has the same issues, should follow suit

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I order something weeks ago and they cannot deliver. They were lying to me - confirming that delivery will dispatch within a week (as confirmed by their warehouse). But I still have not received anything weeks ago.
Since they cannot deliver, I asked them to give me my money back - but they keep ignoring me.

Ordered products over two months ago. Still haven't received them. Their excuse is "shipping delay". My order status has not changed from confirmed. Asked for refund. Won't give one. Pointed out to them that I was on to them and lodged a complaint with the fraud department of my bank. Didn't care at all.

This "company" preys on women by making false promises! I've never received my product I paid of $50 for and absolutely will not refund my money, only "store credit" which isn't worth the bogus promise they make to people! Stay far away or go ahead and send me your money if you don't mind getting ripped off!
