I purchased this as a gift for a bride. The quality if very nice, as well as the price. It looks expensive. The trim on the sleeve gives it value. I know the recipient will be very happy. Sizing was just as described. I always worry about that.

I purchased my wedding dress from here. The Florina! The quality of this dress is amazing. If you're contemplating it- DO IT. It's better than I imagined and I'll always be thankful AW bridal makes dresses at such high quality for a budget. There was no stressing over my dress once I received it. It's heavy and has great detail. Anyone I told the price too was shocked and thought I spent At least 1k on it. I actually seen a similar silhouette dress at the boutique for $8K and was so grateful I didn't go that route. It was Customized perfectly to my measurements and they were so good at communicating the entire time! I'll never regret doing this instead of spending thousands at a boutique and the quality is there. Do your research by looking at their instagram and website reviews and seeing real life try ons, I even YouTubed my dress and seen someone model it. I did a lot of research since I was unsure if buying my dress online was the right choice. I can honestly say the real thing looked just like all the videos and pictures I seen. Even my friend who is now getting married is having us getting our bridesmaid dresses through there because of my experience :)

I never thought that I would buy my wedding dress online. But the moment that I saw it, I just fell in love with it. The experience of online shopping was easy and efficient. My dress was delivered to me exactly when they said it would be. When I opened the parcel and saw the amazing creation I knew I had made the right choice. I love the sheer at the top of the dress. The silk with the floral detail finishes off my dress perfectly. The buttons that go all the way down my back are so flattering.

Most of the time, I find that searching for dresses online can be a challenge for me because not many online shops carry my size. When I came upon this website, I was worried that they did not have my size for this dress, because I really wanted to wear it to my homecoming. Luckily for me, this website carries my size, and I was able to order the dress very easily. When it came to my house (very promptly, by the way), I was so happy! It was perfect!

I purchased a custom cake serving set. Paid for expedited shipping, never received.

Customer service was horrible. Couldn't provide an explantation, or even provide an update.

I messaged 5 times
This was for my wedding. Took over 4 days for response...which they never even addressed my inquiry... they just hope to cooperate with you next time.

What a joke.

I paid the additional 19.99 for customization. I submitted my measurements and in the box for special directions I specified for the dress it to be tea length. When I received the dress it was not customized at all. I am 5' 2" tall. The dress was floor length and made for someone at least 5'7". It was very wrinkled and had a stain on it. I was given the address to send it back and was told it would be expensive to send it back and that I should write on the package that it was a gift worth less than $20. This company is very dishonest.

As soon as my order was received I was contacted by the person making my dress. I sent my measurements, as instructed and within a week my custom made outfit was finished. I paid for expedited shipping and it was at my door a week later. Excellent service.

I purchased this dress as a bridesmaid dress and the seller was so responsive to all of my questions, they made the dress lightning quick, and got it to me super fast! The quality is amazing and all of my measurements that I provided is spot on! They did such a superb job and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for being a great seller

Awesome company I need to say. I got a shoes here match for my wedding gown. The simple ivory color shoes with studding on its heel was ultra cool and elegant than I thought it would be. I am not a heels person and this shoe did not make it difficult for me to walk around on my day. I am in love with these shoes. Strudy comfortable classic and the worth for the money. I would recommend it every girl, even if you aren't a heel person, it is rich opulent piece of work. What a little disappointed is the shoes arrived a little delay as they promised

Do not order from this company. The dress that I received was beautiful but did not fit. I asked for a return label so I could send it back. I was told that I would have to pay for the return to China! They have a office in CA. I was offered $20 to keep the dress that I can't use. It was a $90 dress. I am very disappointed as most companies will pay for the return via UPS. If you have your heart set on a dress on this website, check Amazon to see if they have it. Returns to Amazon are a breeze! Amazon carries some of the same dresses from AW Bridal. This particular dress wasn't so I ordered it from the them directly.

I bought a little black dress for my sister's wedding. I have a curvy figure, and the dress flattered my body perfectly, especially the fitted bodice. The simple elegance was most alluring. Its lace and low cut back gave it a sophisticated flair. We accessorized with pearls and silver corsages. The wedding turned out absolutely beautiful.

I was hunting for wedding shoes while I found this one. I was a little concerned about buying shoes online and was so worried if they would look the one on the picture, would it suit me blah blah. I was taken aback to see that the shoes were so like the one in the picture and was perfect fit. I am a pencil heel fan, because I am little short. The bow near the toes and ribbon around the ankle line is such a beautiful element about the shoe. The subtle work on the shoes it just the right suit for the wedding gown. I felt the heel was little too much for me, as it started hurting my back and the ribbon on the ankle line unties itself very often. While you can put these two discomforts aside as the shoes makes great a footwear for your big day.

The pajamas that I have gotten from them are silky soft and fits well and flattering. The quality is great from the price and customer service was communicative when I had to ask them a couple questions prior to my purchase

First of all I didn't realize this company is in China not California. Thinking I would get what I paid for even going up two sizes for that just in case moment. I know my size so I ordered my item. After awhile I recieved.an email stating it takes 30 days or more for my item, which I understood. I ordered giving more than 30 day to recieve my item. My email stated if I wanted to receive my item by the date I requested I should send more money ($18) for express shipping coming from China. I found it fishy because a company never emailed me concerning shipping. My alarms went off and I looked for a backup for this special day. Let say I'm glad I did. The item came a week before the wedding and it didn't even fit, when going up two sizes. I took pictures of the item and the label to where they said send it back to (address in California) and was expecting my refund. After sending the package she then send an address in China for me to mail it to. I stated that's not the address on the label and the package was sent to the address on your label. I didn't send it priority mail so we play stupid that they didn't get my item. When you spend your money for something that doesn't fit no one want to keep that item its of no use. $20 nor $30 will compensate up what was spent for the purchase. I would like to take this matter to someone who can get my money back. Because this company is a Scamm.

I ordered a ball gown on September 28, right before the national holiday week in China. The day after order was placed, Customer service asked me for additional measurements and also for the deadline, which was October 30. The shipping was scheduled for the mid-October, but then on October 15 I received an apology message telling me that my order was left out and it will be completed by October 19. Well, long story short, I received a beautiful gown via DHL just in three days (from China to Northern Europe) and it came nine days before deadline.

I purchased the Lorraine. The day it arrived I tried it on and the straps were wrong. The wedding is too close and so I requested a refund. They do not cover shipping cost and claim that since I would be shipping to China the shipping cost would be over $200 and therefore I should accept $40 instead of a full refund. They even admitted that they sent me the wrong jumpsuit which was custom made for someone else. It is poor quality material, the color isn't as vibrant as the picture, and the fit is odd. All of that wouldn't be as bad if they weren't so awful at customer service.
