Hi, I have made an order but had no confirmation email but the money has been taken out of my paypal! Has this happened to anyone else? Bit concerned!

The dress I want to order has a very elaborate jeweled top. Will it have the very same jewels as the picture or something different?
Order No. 8907 I have sent numerous emails to resolve the issue with the dress being made too small, I have provided a statement from a fully qualified taylor in Sydney and I have not had a reply. I am totally disappointed in the lack of customer service and if they think by ignoring my emails I will not pursue this matter they are totally wrong. If I do not recieve a response to my emails I will take this matter further and share my poor experience. I have never heard of a merchant ignoring a customer.
