Horrible customer service, horrible product-I will never use this company again. Ordered a dress in dark golden rod to wear to my daughter's wedding. Paid extra to be custom made in my size. Chest area 4 inches too small so I can't zip it-hips three inches too small so could not sit down even if the top fit. Bright shiny yellow under the golden rod sheer fabric gives the whole dress a green hue-and not a pretty green at that! Numerous emails with company, pictures showing that the dress was incorrectly made and incorrect color. Lots of back and forth with them insisting it fits when it clearly doesn't- finally received less than 1/2 of what I paid as a refund although their website says full refund if it was their error. Lots of headaches using this company! Goodwill gets this dress and I had to buy one off the rack at a local bridal shop in order to have a dress for the wedding.

I was very cautious at first at using this site BUT the service is fantastic, no hassle at all, the dress fitted perfect with no alterations. I am so happy with style its a gorgeous dress so elegant. I just wanted to say I absolutely LOVE this site dresses are always resonable and the fit is great... Not to mention super cute! Quality is good but not too keen on material. I'll definitely order from you again the next time I need a special occasion dress.

UPDATE: After posting the review the company refunded $125 of the $168 paid for the dress.

I read the reviews prior to ordering and the company looked decent. I ordered a wedding dress and it arrived 3 weeks later than expected but the company kept in contact and advised of the delay. I took the dress out of the packaging and there was a black oil spot on the back of the dress. I emailed the company and asked for an exchange and they asked me to take it and have it dry cleaned. I did this and the dry cleaners would not clean it with out a release due to the sequencing. The company asked me to send it back at my expense which would have cost $160, $8 less than what the dress was bought for. I asked the company for a prepaid return label and they refused. They have refused to refund any amount of the money even though the dress arrived damaged. I now have a dress that can not be worn and have not received anything from the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SIGHT as they are not willing to replace items that were damaged upon arrival.

GORGEOUS hair piece! Slightly different from the picture and slightly smaller but I'm ok with it! It looks really good! Shipping was fast to France! The seller packed it nicely so it won't damage during shipping! Would recommend this seller for sure!
Very gorgeous garter! Exactly as shown in the picture! The thinner garter is entirely elastic, the larger one has a velcro attach so u can easily stretch it out! For 7$ I LOVE IT! Shipping was also lightning fast to France!

I ordered a dress from this site, and paid for a "rush service" as well as expedited shipping. Upon logging into my account several weeks later I discovered that my order was "waiting on payment." I double checked with my bank and they confirmed payment had cleared via Paypal. I contacted TopWeddings to express my concern and they repeatly told me that they had not received payment. I sent them screenshots of the cleared transaction from my bank as well as the confirmation numbers from PayPal. I told them that I then wanted to cancel my order since the dress wasn't being worked on and would not be done in time. I was once again told that they had not received payment. I posted a review detailing this on their website as well as the fact that the customer service rep was extremely unhelpful and that she had only contacted me between midnight and 4am. The next day I got an email saying they had started processing my order and "would I kindly remove my review from their site." I once again expressed my displeasure with their service and stated again that I wanted my order canceled and money refunded. They have since deleted my review on their website.

This dress is really beautiful and well-made. I bought it in smoked gray color that is hard to explain yet looks beautiful on. It fits me like a glove. For those of you who find measurements helpful in terms of choosing the right size, I am 5'5", 36B, 28.5" Waist and 36" Hip. I ordered a size 6 and it fits perfectly, no alterations needed. It comes just above my knees. The fabric is stretchy, but be prepared for a very close fit. It is low-cut but the shoulders stay in place with a rubbery material at the seams. This dress is perfect for weddings, holiday parties, and arts or cultural events that require semi-formal attire.

Doesn't matter what size dress you decide to buy, at the end, you will need to pay a visit to a seamstress to get the dress tailor-made. I got my bridesmaid dress send to me look like an imitation of the dress shown on the website. The style look alike but there were areas which looked different. Also, they don't tell you think but there's also a duty fee on top of your order when it is delivered. Mine was $28.00CAD. Quite the hassle to get a dress!

I paid the additional 19.99 for customization. I submitted my measurements and in the box for special directions I specified for the dress it to be tea length. When I received the dress it was not customized at all. I am 5' 2" tall. The dress was floor length and made for someone at least 5'7". It was very wrinkled and had a stain on it. I was given the address to send it back and was told it would be expensive to send it back and that I should write on the package that it was a gift worth less than $20. This company is very dishonest.

I was told about the Topwedding.com webstore by a friend. I was looking for a dress for my teenage daughter's Christmas dance at her school, and we were not having any luck at all with the local malls and stores. But on this site enormous selection of gorgeous dresses are available, and in all different colors and sizes as well! My daughter finally chose a Taffeta mini dress for $84.99. I was very pleased with the free shipping they provided. Highly recommended!

I ordered a wedding dress from topwedding.com in mid-January 2015. After placing my order, I found the staff to be extremely attentive and they kept in touch during the shipping process. There was an issue with the dress sizing which was resolved to my satisfaction. Again, the staff was very responsive and communicated as needed during this time. The quality of the dress I received was excellent.
