I purchased the Lorraine. The day it arrived I tried it on and the straps were wrong. The wedding is too close and so I requested a refund. They do not cover shipping cost and claim that since I would be shipping to China the shipping cost would be over $200 and therefore I should accept $40 instead of a full refund. They even admitted that they sent me the wrong jumpsuit which was custom made for someone else. It is poor quality material, the color isn't as vibrant as the picture, and the fit is odd. All of that wouldn't be as bad if they weren't so awful at customer service.
