It takes a week just get your product to ship. I cancelled my order. They gave me refund, unfortunately I never got it so my credit card company had to go after them.
Ordered a 10" drop hitch on Thursday 10/11/2018 have been trying to track the order but their site keeps telling me that the tracking info isn't avail. So I just called them to find out more - They told me that the item is not avail. Now. I asked when they were going to inform me - was told they didn't know until late Friday and that they were going to be calling me - woiuld I like to purchase something else. I'm like NO, refund my $$$$!
These people sell stuff from other vendors sites! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I ordered the fender flares by phone. They gave me part number to order it. The part came and it was the wrong part. I send it back for a refund. They told me it was damaged, sorry no refund. The parts were not damaged and put back in the original packing as they requested. I have never had a company tell me it was my fault, I ordered the wrong part, their computer says that is the part number for that vehicle, I said then your computer is wrong. There were so many excuses they gave me, I have to make a list. They have this down pat. You order from them, they send you the wrong part, you will never get your money back and then they will try to send it back to you and try to charge your credit card $200 to ship it back to you. I am so disgusted.
Ordered a part from them, but because they use 3rd parties which is all handed down they will not claim any responsibility. I can only imagine what their return policy is like. Hopefully I will I get screwed too badly in this
Bought fender flares for a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500, and would need to drill holes and modify to make it work. Decided to return product but cost $200 to return and company would give pre-paid return label. Now stuck with wrong product which cost me $300. I call the product maker "Rough Country" who said it's always best to buy direct with them foe 90mday return plus free shipping. Auto Truck Toys is a rip off and a joke. I'm filing a BBB complaint.
I received the e-mail below from Amazon, and wanted to share my dissatisfaction with your company, Auto Truck Toys. The item was in the original packaging/ condition and was NOT damaged! This is absolutely ridiculous and I do not appreciate being called a liar! I shop with AMAZON alot! I very rarely have returns, and when I have returned an item, not only did I get a full refund or offered a replacement. I did NOT pay shipping. And let me also add, I had to go back and forth on a long chain of emails and provide pictures and stock numbers before you guys would even send me a label to return the vent shades! I might has well kept these and found someone to give them to. It cost more to do business with you! I am now out ½ my money & still do not have my vent shades! I am sure my little amount of money does not affect your bottom line one bit, but I will NEVER do business with you or recommend your company. If I could give you less than a one star I would!
Over a week ago I had over $500 debited from my account for an order I placed paying through PayPal. This week I received another notice they were trying to take the payment out again and claimed they never received the money. After sending proof multiple times they still claimed they didn't receive it. Of course PayPal is fighting for me, but by the time I'm refunded it's going to be a month with the money out of my account. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous and no kind of apology. I would 100% advise you to stay away from this company they are a complete fraud! I wish o had of seen the reviews. I wish them absolute failure in their future that is absolutely no way to treat a customer.
If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Ordered an item by mistake. I returned it for credit in exactly the way I received it and it arrived there damaged they say. They sent me pictures and there were scratches on it. SCRATCHES! Nothing a little paint could cure. I never took it out of the box. I filed a claim with UPS and their findings said the package was insufficiently packaged but again I never took it out of the box. Called their customer service and was told there was nothing they could do. REALLY! DO NOT ORDER form this company unless you want to get SCREWED!
This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Seat covers via FIA on order for 4 1/2 MONTHS. Called many times and were told every time that they had no idea when the order would be filled. Called and left a message for Barry Reveo (owner) describing problem and asking him to call me. No surprise - he hasn't called...
Called today and the Rep said they were in the process of REFUNDING MY PAYMENT AND CANCELLING THE ORDER without my agreement.
What the hell is going on with this company?
My advice is to stay away. It's a nightmare...
4 1/2 months! And Auto Truck Toys rep still can't even give me ANY IDEA when these FIA seat covers will arrive.
I'm in Back Order Hell and all I'm being told is that "you can cancel the order". I've been waiting a long time. I don't want to cancel - I want my order!

This is totally ridiculous.
I ordered door edge guards for my truck. 1 day afterwards I was shipped out to the Middle East. 3 months later I got back and checked the door edges. They sent the wrong ones. They said they wouldn't take them back because I missed the 30 day return window.
They don't give a crap that you serve your vompany and can't always work on their schedule.

I had damaged the vinyl cap on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 so I went searching for a new one. I had zero experience with this website prior, but decided to give them a shot. They had pictured on their website bedrail caps and a tailgate cap, the tailgate cap was pictured as the part that I needed. They had a drop down on their website to specify whether you wanted the bedrail caps or the tailgate cap, I selected the tailgate cap. The shipment came and I received the bedrail caps. I called and they issued a return label and I shipped the wrong parts back and they sent the tailgate cap. Well, it was not what was pictured on the website. So I called back and explained the situation. They asked me to send pictures so I did. The pictures showed the part that they sent next to the part that was already installed on my truck. The woman claimed that the part they shipped looked damaged, I said no, that is the part that is installed on the truck already that was damaged, which is the reason I am making this purchase to begin with. I send a picture of their website with the part I thought I was getting circled and said this does not look like what was sent to me, so your website is misleading. All i received was an email with an RMA number and instructions to ship back on my dime and a link to the return policy, and the link didn't even work. I have yet to receive my refund. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN, TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!
Recently ordered a part from this company off of Amazon for my 2006 Saturn Vue in April. When I went to return it 60 days later they refused using the excuse of Amazon's 30 day policy even though Amazon's requested they offer me a refund.
I recieveD the total wrong product, and I sent pics of them.the woman (Denise) told me the pic I sent was excatly like the product I ordered. Which was a 1000% different then what there Web page shows. Would not replace them. Worst company I ever dealt with.

They sent me an open package that didnt fit then fought me on the refund. They only refund 50% when they screw up...
Well I wont buy anything from this company again they make you pay shipping on items that you return over half this price of the item to ship back called and they said this is our policy well I will shop locally and keep my item
Bought a Push bar from them for my silverado for 243.00 They sent me a dodge one and the box was beat up and all the hardware seemed like it was just thrown in the box then taped up. I sent it back and they charged me a 50% restocking fee and told me all the hardware wasnt there and gave me $121 refund! Scammers! I'm getting ahold of the attorney general. I feel very cheated
According to the Amazon website the 200lb part we ordered would fit our vehicle. Once we received the part it did not fit, Amazon stated Auto Truck Toys would refund the shipping. After speaking with the rude customer service Sonia at Auto Truck Toys, they are not willing to assist in shipping cost even though the website stated the part would fit our vehicle. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company, I would not recommend using them to purchase parts.
