Ordered some shocks. Said they were in stock. No shipping notice. A month passed and Linda said they were backordered so I cancelled. Got a cancelled refund email notice but now we're at another month passed and they've stopped responding to my emails. Filed a claim through my credit card. I cannot understand how this place has not been shut down. I will be going to the BBB!
I ordered the fender flares by phone. They gave me part number to order it. The part came and it was the wrong part. I send it back for a refund. They told me it was damaged, sorry no refund. The parts were not damaged and put back in the original packing as they requested. I have never had a company tell me it was my fault, I ordered the wrong part, their computer says that is the part number for that vehicle, I said then your computer is wrong. There were so many excuses they gave me, I have to make a list. They have this down pat. You order from them, they send you the wrong part, you will never get your money back and then they will try to send it back to you and try to charge your credit card $200 to ship it back to you. I am so disgusted.
I ordered front and rear mud flaps for a dodge truck I received the front ones first they were fine, the rear came several days later and one was a rear and the other was another front, I called they never called back after 2 messages then I called a third time and waited on hold forever then finally talked to someone they said, can you take a picture of them and e-mail it I said why don't you just send me the correct ones like most companies would do what good is a picture do don't you think I know the front from the rear? They said that is not their policy so I paid again for hopefully two rear ones and they said they would have to order them and I am sending the wrong ones back to get credit and am worried they will not do that. I asked her if I could talk to her manager and she said she was the manager so I asked to talk to her boss and she said no they don't take phone calls! I bet they don't! If I treated my customers like that I would not have any.
Wow I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered my grill inserts. I ordered Doge ram grill inserts Dec. 1,2013 its now Jan. 12 2014. I canceled order a week ago haven't seen the credit back to my PayPal account yet. Today I am calling PayPal to handle this matter. Autotrucktoys is a fraudulent site and should be marked as noted fraudulent.
Ordered a wire harmess from them on amazon. The worng part was shipped to me. Informed them about the problem and after several emails they decided to approve a return request but insist i pay for return shipping. Why should i have to pay for return shipping if you shipped me the wrong part in the first place! Sent them another email about shipping they never responded back. Do yourself a favor look else where to spend you hard earned money!
I received the e-mail below from Amazon, and wanted to share my dissatisfaction with your company, Auto Truck Toys. The item was in the original packaging/ condition and was NOT damaged! This is absolutely ridiculous and I do not appreciate being called a liar! I shop with AMAZON alot! I very rarely have returns, and when I have returned an item, not only did I get a full refund or offered a replacement. I did NOT pay shipping. And let me also add, I had to go back and forth on a long chain of emails and provide pictures and stock numbers before you guys would even send me a label to return the vent shades! I might has well kept these and found someone to give them to. It cost more to do business with you! I am now out ½ my money & still do not have my vent shades! I am sure my little amount of money does not affect your bottom line one bit, but I will NEVER do business with you or recommend your company. If I could give you less than a one star I would!
The don't answer the phone, emails and don't fulfill their end. Filing fraud with my bank against them today, then on to see who else I can like the BBB or their or my state attorney.
Bought fender flares for a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500, and would need to drill holes and modify to make it work. Decided to return product but cost $200 to return and company would give pre-paid return label. Now stuck with wrong product which cost me $300. I call the product maker "Rough Country" who said it's always best to buy direct with them foe 90mday return plus free shipping. Auto Truck Toys is a rip off and a joke. I'm filing a BBB complaint.
If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Ordered an item by mistake. I returned it for credit in exactly the way I received it and it arrived there damaged they say. They sent me pictures and there were scratches on it. SCRATCHES! Nothing a little paint could cure. I never took it out of the box. I filed a claim with UPS and their findings said the package was insufficiently packaged but again I never took it out of the box. Called their customer service and was told there was nothing they could do. REALLY! DO NOT ORDER form this company unless you want to get SCREWED!
I ordered over $300.00 worth of merchandise from this company, i went online to check the status of my order, i seen one item was back ordered until 12/31/2015, i placed my order on 10/01/2015, i called and cancel that item the following day, which was the 2nd of October, until this day i have not received my refund. They also sent the wrong item in that same order, i received a confirmation email they've received the item back, no refund on that as well, i called and spoke to some gentleman in customer service, i told him about all the bad reviews i had read on this site, he said he'as familiar with the site, he also said you believe everything you read, yes and no, yes for me, i'm going through the same thing everybody else is dealing with this company, i'm going to the state attorney office on this company, this is crime.
After ordering a new Aries bumper for my Jeep Wrangler, {at an outstanding price} I found this site and will admit I worried the entire weekend. I couldn't cancel due to the fact they weren't open over the weekend, and the worst part was I had ordered two by mistake, one in Aluminum and one in steel.
I spoke w/ them Monday 8AM, fixed the order and decided that based on the call I'd keep the one I wanted and keep my fingers crossed. I received the 3 boxes.on Friday 2/21/14 and couldn't be happier.
I wanted to tell my story as many{all} of the reviews here are poor at best. I found the product I wanted, at the best price on the net, was handled very well on the phone and received my order within a week! I'll be back & maybe sites like this have helped them turn over a new leaf!

I placed an order for Weather Tech floor mats on 1/7. The mats arrived on 1/13 however they were the wrong floor mats I ordered two piece and they sent a 1 piece that wont work. I called Customer Service that same day. They made me take pictures and email them so I did. It took It took over a week for them to send me a return label the whole time they blamed there vendor. I sent the wrong mats back and it has been 18 days and still no mats. When I contact them it is always the same they are waiting on the vendor it is the vndors fault etc. Funny I paid them not the vendor and they take no responsibility.
Ordered a 10" drop hitch on Thursday 10/11/2018 have been trying to track the order but their site keeps telling me that the tracking info isn't avail. So I just called them to find out more - They told me that the item is not avail. Now. I asked when they were going to inform me - was told they didn't know until late Friday and that they were going to be calling me - woiuld I like to purchase something else. I'm like NO, refund my $$$$!

I recieveD the total wrong product, and I sent pics of them.the woman (Denise) told me the pic I sent was excatly like the product I ordered. Which was a 1000% different then what there Web page shows. Would not replace them. Worst company I ever dealt with.
Ordered a bug shield, put it on, it didn't fit. Called auto truck toys and told them it didn't fit. I couldn't close the hood, and told them I wanted to return the bug shield. They said that I had to pay to return item. Thinking that all I had to pay was $14.95, well to send it back, it cost me $35.10. I should not have to pay the extra cost because of their mistake. They said that I had to take off a rubber gasket on hood but no where in the instructions did it say this. Talked to some big shot in company and he said he could not help me out with the shipping cost. Bad company to deal with, in my opinion. Will not ever buy anything from them and will tell all my friends to stay away from them.
Ordered painted mirror covers for my Silverado on July 28th, Today is August 15th and still no covers.
Ridiculously slow! Poor customer service who seem to have a chip on their shoulder.
Can only hope the product is satisfactory WHEN I receive it.

According to the Amazon website the 200lb part we ordered would fit our vehicle. Once we received the part it did not fit, Amazon stated Auto Truck Toys would refund the shipping. After speaking with the rude customer service Sonia at Auto Truck Toys, they are not willing to assist in shipping cost even though the website stated the part would fit our vehicle. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company, I would not recommend using them to purchase parts.
I ordered several Mopar items from them because the website made it look like they had them in stock. No email to the contrary. After a week I called because there was no shipping information posted and was informed the items were backordered several weeks. I let the order stand over the weekend and then found the same items for over $148.00 less from Dodge. I called and asked if the would price match and was given several excuses as to why they would only give me a $100.00 gift certificate (the maximum) and did not apply it to this order. I cancelled the order and requsted a refund. They said 4-5 days it has been 12 and I called again today, the girl said I was the third customer today with the same problem and that she will print out the account and the girl that does the refunds should have it done in 3 days. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was told she was at lunch but would tell me the same thing.
Horrible company, spent $700 on a truck bumper in February 24th 2019, as of today I havent received it, or been refunded. They don't pick up the phone.
Ordered a sunshade last july fourth until now nothing came. Talked to a customer service why i haven't got any updates on my order he just said it will arrive on the 18th of augst. Hello! How many days is shipping time specially ordered online? I wll not order from this site anymore. At least inform your customer by email if the shipping will be delayed. Sadly im gonna need my part by friday august15. Well, lessons learned!
