I bought a set of "in stock" magnetic mirrors, they took my money about 5 months ago, kept telling me they were on back order. Now I have been dealing with getting a refund. Crooked company for sure. Stay away
Despite advertising on their website saying that aftermarket mirrors would fit my 1997 F250, the product I received did not fit at all. They jacked me around on the return (originally would not pay for shipping label,) but did so many days later and only after I had already returned the product at my own expense.
They rejected my return. 21 emails and 9 weeks of wrangling and they sent me 4 poor-quality photos, allegedly of my mirrors, with no explanation. The objects they photographed were obviously badly scratch.
I had returned the items (again, at my expense) in EXACTLY the same shipping container/padding that AutoTruckToys had used to ship them to me.
These folks do a terrible job. It's amazing they're still in business. Don't let them rip you off too.
We have been waiting for over a month. The site said it had my part in stock but after I paid two weeks later we receive an email saying they don't have it and never returned our money and nobody will answer the phone.
On 4/26/19 I purchased an item from Revel Enterprises/Auto Truck Toys for over $600. I tracked to order several times and saw no updates so I called and was told it was on backorder and I would be contacted on when it would ship. *********** assured me it would be sent. Never was and very poor communication. Cancelled the order May 30. After numerous calls & emails still nothing.

7/16/19 refund did not complete. They will not answer the phones or emails now.

They charged my card and then told me they could not get the seat covers only after I contacted them after one month. They keep responding to email but have not refunded money after 3 months. Horrible.
They will not refund when you have a problem. They WILL give you email after email telling you they are working on it. I has been since 12/28/18 and to this day NO refund. Look at dates in the screen shots. Judge for yourself if they are a honest company. I strongly believe they are a China based company.
This company is terrible ordered truck window vents an they charged me twice then I never received the items I bought an they kept telling me they would put it in rush delivery an it never came it has been over 6 months ago they are thieves.
I ordered a $530 set of fender flares for my husband's truck, one week later I had not recieved shipping information. So I called and spoke to a Linda. She informed me they were on backorder. I asked her to refund my money. She said they would. Two weeks later still nothing and will not answer their phones or return emails. I filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back, and cancelled my Visa card. They are a fraud! And pieces of crap! Do not order from them!
Worst service. 3 months after ordering and still hadn't recieved the product. Called several times. On hold for 15 minutes before I talked to anyone. Ended up having to cancel order because they didnt have any in stock.
On 4/19/2019, I ordered a set of front and rear iron cross bumpers for my 2017 F250.
As of today, it has been 77 days, today (7/4/2019) and I have neither received my front bumper or the refund I was promised on June 16,2019, by their customer service representative (Christina) - 3 weeks still no refund! I asked to speak to the Manager or owner of this business and have heard nothing from them.
I do not plan to do business with this company ever again, under any circumstances and I also will not recommend this company to anyone. Way NOT to take care of your customers or a disabled veteran wanting to customize his truck!

Same as most others on here. Order has come in pieces with little expectation I will get the last part. I can't get a response other than note on tracking email that says "sent to warehouse for fulfillment." Never again... not from this sight.
After two months since order was made, no shipment or even tracking number. They don't answer phones, no email response trying to cancel order. Just place their charges on dispute at PayPal credit.
I bought a bedliner for my brand new Dodge ram truck. It arrived badly damaged. I called and all seemed to go well. They told me that it is unacceptable and agreed to exchange it for another. 3 weeks past and still no bedliner. I keep calling them and they keep saying they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer(no contact made). I then called the manufacturer myself and they said they never received any emails in regards to the issue. I did some research on auto truck toys and apparently everyone else has the same issue. Buyer beware this company is terrible. I paid for shipping insurance which they didn't honor so I just filed a fraudulent claim with my credit card company and will be contacting the better business bureau and also local news station to see if they can expose these scam artists.
Ordered two light assemblies and had them prof. Installed. Driver's side badly warped leaving large gap. The ask for pictures and got them. Now, they want not only the warped side sent back, but the other side that fits great as well. Only then will they consider replacement--while my truck sits there with no light assemblies--unable to be driven. Then I chance getting defective parts for both sides at once--not to mention another installation charge. Buy elsewhere.
First of all, I love their site and how easy it is to use. No jumping through hoops to find what you're looking for. Customer Service reps actually speak English and know what they are talking about. Good prices too. My husband buys a new truck every year so I get the duty of buying all the "cool" stuff he wants to put on it. Over the years I've used almost everyone but out of all of them, Auto Truck Toys is by far the most reliable and efficient.
Ordered a $64 fuel door replacement on Mar 29.1st call. Said warehouse closed down 300 orders on backorder would be 3weeks that was Apri 20,2nd call on May20 still.no parts, told them to cancel order and give me a refund on my card, As of today still no refund 7/12..
2010 dodge 2500 ranch hand front bumper, supposed to be in stock, there web site lied, on back order supposed to ship in 3 days, another lie. After 10 days I call they tell me all this, I cancelled order, requested a refund, been over a month, had to get my bank to step in, still waiting. Beware these people are not trustworthy.
All I ordered was a fuel door and 5 weeks later it still has not showed up. I called, but did not get an answer for about 15 minutes, then when someone finally answered I was put on hold for another 15 minutes. When the customer service associate finally picked up again she told me that my item was still on back order and would not ship for another 2 weeks! I would highly recommend to stay away from this place unless you want to pay $15 for shipping and handling and wait 2 months or more to receive your item.
I purchased an Aries bull bar that came damaged. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting on my money to be returned. I will NEVER use this company again. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and they seem to make excuses for all the delays. Stay away from this site unless you want headaches and aggravation from a sorry company.
I"m just posting a review about how you guys took almost $400. Of my money and didn't refund me on a part that was back ordered. I would never again order anything from this company. 20 min. Hold to speak to anyone. They lied and email me that a refund would be issued almost 25 days ago. Still no refund.
