I have to say I was extremely happy with how easy this company made forwarding mail from an Australian website that wouldn't ship directly to Canada. They were quick at notifying me that my package had arrived with them. Once I selected the shipping service of my choice, they had it shipped out so fast. Customer services are very friendly and helpful. They found my letter which was without C/O due to omission of sender and promptly sent it to me. I already got it. Basically with australian state postal services it took 5 days to receive it in Europe petsonally door to door. Highly recommend them for any business.

Once my parcel arrived I was contacted immediately and it was sent off the same day I paid for shipping and arrived within the week to NZ, which was very very good. I was a little surprised at the cost of shipping - they say they have negotiated low rates with the shipping companies, but this does not seem to be true? There was no discount at all, which was disappointing.

Great online experience initially with Ausff however I dont think Im getting the service that I paid for. My package arrived to Ausff and I was notified of this in a timely manner and it was dispatched last Monday. I purchased and paid for a DHL non-tracked 3-5 day service but the item has been sent via Australia Post and was only dispatched from Australia on Friday last week (according to the Auspost Tracking). At this stage it is one week after sending and the package is still showing as being dispatched from Australia so I am unsure when I will receive it. NOTE: As of 23 January I STILL do not have my package. I appreciate that Ausff may have thought they were offering me an upgrade by sending via tracked AusPost, however this was exactly why I chose the DHL 3-5 day service - as it is simply so much quicker.

The whole process of setting up is very cumbersome compared to my experience with a similar kind of platform in US - myUS.com. MyUS.com will make purchases on my behalf if a particular website does not accept a foreign issued credit card. Shipping charges are much cheaper and more efficient.

Made an account but dont know what the different plans were. For me that was not clear, started with a digital plan and couldnt ship. After contacting customer service they responded fast and said needed to upgrade plan. Plans for me are not good described on website and what procedures you need to take to ship. Either way once past this shipping went good and received parcel.

Great service by AusFF. I was able to track my order with regular real-time updates with the Aus Post service provided from dispatch to delivery. I'd give them 5 stars but I had limited delivery options to choose from with the only ones available being quite dear and delivery took almost 10 working days despite the high cost. Overall, like the service and definitely will return to use it.

My actual experience with your website was great. Easy to navigate and you alerted me quickly when my package arrived. It was very easy to release from my mailbox. My only issue was with shipping. I selected DHL 3-5 days shipping and it's been almost a week since my package was supposed to be here and the DHL tracking says it's still in Australia, so that has been disappointing.

I used Auff.com to ship Chinese herbs to Saudi. Their service and communications are productive. They provide different carriers for your parcel. The first time I used DHL. However, the parcel was returned because I didn't write P. O. Box. So, if you choose DHL make sure that your address is P. O. Box and to write it. Then I select Australia post. In my opinion this is better. They provide tracking number immediately. Not like DHL.

Before I discovered AusFF, as an American, I simply had to ignore the many online retail outlets located in Australia, because they didn't offer international shipping. But with AusFF, that issue is now completely circumvented. AusFF is easy to use, it communicates effectively with consumer, and it delivers promptly. The lone potential downside is that the service can become very costly if used without proper planning given beforehand to declared value, weight, parcel size, etc. But in summary, AusFF does an excellent job that instills confidence. I'm already using AusFF again, and am grateful for their outstanding service. Well done!
Iam writing this review from India, after all online research, with less hope I tried Ausff.com.au parcel forwarding services and using it second time for my baby's infant formula tins purchased from woolworths australia, from end to end am very much surprised about their service.
