My experience was mostly good, but I do wish there was some kind of automated email prompt to ask the customer if they are ready to complete shipping or if they are prepared to pay storage. I thought I'd paid but it turns out I hadn't and ended up doubling my costs due to storage fees.

Once you've gone through the setup/verification process it's easy as. Good price to ship via Australia post option and received my parcel in less than a week (4 business days). Will definitely use again.
Paid 80 AUD to forward my parcel thru DHL (with tracking) to Singapore. Instead, I got a tracking number for Austpost. I have not receive my parcel as of now. Forwarded it on 6th Feb. The tracking doesn't help either, still says "processed through facility" in Sydney on 8th Feb. No more update after that. Australia and Singapore is not that far (8 hrs flight). I already received my parcel forwarded from USA at a much lower price.

I see your parcel shipped on 6th Feb and 2018 as per SLA you should have it on or before 20th Feb 2018, I wish you had selected DHL EXPRESS you can get it AS SOON AS 2 ~ 3 Business days.

This is incredibly expensive as a shipping option$85AUD for one clothing package is crazy.
Was pleasantly surprise when I receive my delivery within a few days after shipping, as I thought that it might take longer than expected using AUPOST. Contacted the customer service staff (Kish) earlier as I was unable to consolidate the shipment together. However, the staff helped me to compare the various shipping costs and recommended the best for me. Extremely pleased with the service.

I recently learned of forwarding services that serve other countries, and I had my eye on something I wanted to purchase but wasn't offered to the USA.
