They just closed my account with the package I had with them. They would not even lemme ship out the package. You say you don't serve Nigeria, but you allow Nigerians to sign up on your website so you could steal their parcels. A very shady company, to say the least.
Second time I use this service and is great. They have helped minimize the volume of my boxes and have upgraded my packages to arrive faster for same amount of money (when they had the chance)! Can't get any better
I was able to a specific pair of Nike Sneakers that were normally restricted to sale within Australia only (by Nike, not government regulation, so nothinng illegal). The product arrived in 11 days and was in perfect shape. No idea if the shipping cost were higher or below average, but I felt that it was reasonnable considering it was the only option. And they even emailed me to check incorrect shipping details I provided during the purchase rather than ship it without asking any question.
AusFF promptly answered my questions with friendly and helpful advice when my package went for a month long trip around different Australian hubs. As soon as they got the package the process for getting it delivered to NZ was quick and easy.
I'm so happy with how quickly my item was forwarded on to me in the eastern U.S. after arriving at AusFF from the tool retailer I purchased an item from. When I learned the retailer wouldn't ship to the states, I wasn't sure what my options were, but I read great reviews about the AusFF forwarding service from others here in the U.S. who had used them, so I thought I'd give it a try. I couldn't be more pleased and plan to use them again when I order tools. AusFF's costs were very reasonable and their communication was excellent - what more could you ask for?
Originally I paid for their Silver service at AU$ 7.00 but then upgraded to their Gold service at AU$ 20.00 and they refunded me the original AU$ 7.00 back with no issue.
Had the eBay items shipped to them and Coles items hand delivered with no problems at all.
Their ID verification process needing photo ID and a utility bill only accepts PDF format online but was able to email JPG photos to them.
Paid on Monday 16th March and the items arrived on Saturday 21st March with email updates inbetween.
Really helpful staff with good comms and fast replies.
Really impressed and would use again in future.

While not the cheapest option, it's by far the best and fastest forwarder I've dealt with. I've used Ausff 4 times now and every time it's been processed and shipped to me within hours of arriving at their warehouse, in my hands from there in 3 days.

I'd been looking for a reliable mail and parcel forwarder to ship my online shopping from Oz to Germany and was confused by the payment models they offered -I also didn't want to sign up to any subscription-based service.

I don't usually do reviews but was very impressed with ausff.com.au, I had to write one. I have never used a parcel forwarding company before so was a bit wary and anxious as to how it would all work out.
Have to say the service has been second to none. A simple, straightforward system to use. I had a few queries so ended up chatting online with a customer service agent on Wed 11th Jan. Unfortunately I didn't get their name but they were fantastic and totally efficient. Immediately resolved queries I had and by the end of the conversation, I had paid for everything and received invoices, tracking numbers, etc. and my parcel was ready to be shipped out.
Received my parcel from Australia to UK within a week. Would HIGHLY recommend ausff.com.au. Fair pricing, great customer service and total peace of mind. Thank you!

My experience was positive from start to finish. Email updates were precise and extended on a daily basis. I would only suggest that a reminder be sent to complete the identity check that is required before your goods can be mailed to your home country. For some reason, I was unaware of this requirement and my package stood in storage for an extra two days. However, once I submitted the required documentations, everything progressed quickly and I had my package exactly when AusFF said it would arrive. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
Very professional company who provide an honest, affordable and fast service. Any issues that can arise in another country was dealt with accordingly even after their service was completed in Australia. Customer service was followed up within 24 hours by email and phone, if not earlier as the company is incredibly busy. They are well sought after for their services.

I have to say I was extremely happy with how easy this company made forwarding mail from an Australian website that wouldn't ship directly to Canada. They were quick at notifying me that my package had arrived with them. Once I selected the shipping service of my choice, they had it shipped out so fast. The package arrived here in Canada very quickly. Overall very pleased with Ausff and would definitely recommend. I will absolutely be using them again.
