I live in the USA and this was my first time using Ausff to ship a box overseas. I received it in four days! They shipped it immediately. I will definitely order again.
Service is good generally and good received. One packet out of 2 was opened but maybe was opened by customs. Shipping prices were more expensive than expected as well but overall it delivered

Ausff Customer Service is excellent.
- Their site navigation is extremely easy: I gave up on more than 5 services just because of the difficulty in navigating their sites.
- Their rates are extremely low.
I wouldn't care too much if their rates was high.
Their site is so detailed and extremely easy to navigate to the point that you might not need them.

Bought shoes at Koolstuff, they do not deliver in Europe. AusFF involved, got an internal address there, Koolstuff sent the goods, forwarded them subsequently to me, tracking was okay, terrific.

Awesome service, item got to me faster from Australia to NZ than posting mail within NZ. Was kept informed when item was received by AusFF and then when it was sent to me, I was kept aware of each step.
Process is easy. Verification is required but it's quick & easy. Website is easy to navigate & the costs are fair.

The shipping was somewhat expensive (pretty much the same as the product itself) but that is because of the country. Not many options to get niche products to my country, was glad to locate this.

Well i chose to ship my item via DHL but it was shipped with the Australian regular mail. 12 days passed and the item still in Australia. I hope i will receive it one day (it's 300AUD worth item)
