Super easy

You can either pick where you want to get it repaired or they can come to your house. Since I work at home, I took advantage of them coming to my house. It was fixed very quickly outside in their van.

Son's tablet replace very quickly

My son's tablet a five years finally decided to not work anymore. Almost forgot I had insurance on it did everything online but couldn't get a replacement tablet because it was so old so I got a check to go buy a replacement for him that came in the mail within two business days. My son was very glad that he got his new tablet very quickly.

Setting up a new phone correctly

I did not set up my new phone correctly because the apps did not come over, I do recall the phone asked me to do an update, that never seem to complete that. That interruption must have confused me to select the correct process and my new phone was without apps. After hours of trying to load apps with my passwords etc. I decided to contact the free help. Maria convinced me to start over and gave me excellent step by step instructions in order to get my apps transferred. I appreciated her patience because this took quite a few minutes. The apps seemed to be on my new phone and I am anxious to see if everything works as well as learn the new applications and capabilities of my new phone. Bob

I dropped the phone and cracked it in two places, I called Consumer Cellular and they referred me to you as I had insurance on this phone. From the moment I spoke to your wonderful customer service person I was informed on what it would take to get another phone quickly and efficiently. Awesome Service on all level.

From the time I walk in the store with a damage phone. The Store Rep. We're very friendly, professional & and a sense of humor. Gave me a time to return to pick up my phone. But I decide to come an 1 hr later. They text me exactly 1 hr stated my phone is ready. (I were already on my way). The Store Rep. Greet me with a smile & ask me for assistance. My phone is working awesome, better than b4. Looks brand new. I would come back not just for their awesome service, but friendly & SMILE. It goes a long way. Keep up the awesome work.

Product replacement warranty

I have a cordless weed wacker with the metal/steel blade attachments. I bought it from Amazon in September of 2024. I charged the batteries for this season, and was hoping to start getting my yard in shape. To my surprise, and great disappointment it didn't work. I tried multiple times, changed to the other battery in case there was a connection issue, and it didn't work. I bought the Asurion extended warranty, and contacted them. I did my claim through their live chat. It was a great experience! I provided the representative with all the product information, brand, date of purchase, Asurion order number, verified address etc. The representative took care of it while on the chat. I will be getting a voucher to replace my weed wacker. I can't wait, this weed wacker was a beast! Light weight, and could go almost every thing with the interchangeable blades. I hope this helps.

Pretty quick

They got my replacement phone to me the next day and to swap the data was pretty easy. Had a hard time resetting phone cause screen was completely damaged but talked to their techs and he helped reset it. Overall pretty easy to deal with and tech was great help.

Best Purchase ever

I purchased a grind and brew coffee maker from Amazon. This product was made in China and had average reviews. I also bought the protection plan. After about 1.5 years, the filter bowl plunger spring came off, and I could not make coffee. I filed a claim, and the claim was accepted.

Asurion saved my a$$

I can't believe i finally cracked a screen after over a decade of having cell phones. My last purchase, my seller recommended Asurion and I took it. Boy, did it pay off. I simply submitted a claim online, took my phone to Asurion recommended repair facility and within 2 hours had my repaired phone back, free of charge.
