Worked with Romeo from Verizon to set up my new iPhone 16. It was NOT easy! He was so patient and helpful. Wonderful to have his assistance. He helped to solve all issues and now my iPhone has all my pictures and contacts etc. Email was also an issue he helped resolve. Got to him right away and he stayed on the phone chat with me the whole time. GREAT!
No one wants to break their device, but if you do Asurion is the way to go. Making a claim was super easy and from claim to repair was super fast and painless. Having the insurance through my carrier made the process seamless and I only had to pay my deductible. I hope to never need the service again but it is good to know that I can rely on Asurion to handle my device issues.

The tech that fixed my phone was nothing short of AMAZING. He was alone in the store and I felt well taken care of. The electricity went out for a few minutes in the mall that we were in and he used his phone light to continue working. Just Excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it. She also answered questions about how to use the buttons on my new iPhone 16 including how to access Siri. The wait for each exchange was not long --- at most 1-2 minutes.
I have had to use the Asurion Warranty on Pool Equipment 4 times now over the last 5 years. Obviously robotic pool equipment is not made to last long, but with the extended warranty when it kicks the bucket (after a couple of years) they have been very easy to work with to get it replaced. Their customer service has been very friendly and helpful each time and has made the process easy and painless.
