Insurance claim repair

I came in with a broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Three staff were friendly, professional, courteous and timely. They repaired my phone in a couple hours. Everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company and especially this location to anyone!

Screen repair

Scheduled repair on line. Kyle showed up at my work, repaired my phone as I questioned him on his knowledge of devices etc. He was very professional and answered my questions satisfactorily. Phone was finished in 30 minutes. Excellent service!

Fast Replacement

We were having trouble with my husband's iPad that is a little over a year old. It was not turning on or charging. We used the online option and they resolved the problem in less than 48 hours. By the next day we had a replacement and a label to send it back.

Best repair service

I dropped my phone that cause the screen to go dark and we drove to Asurion device repair location in Duluth MN on the following day. The staff at that location are very polite and made me feel comfortable leaving my broken device with them while my wife and I grab a bite to eat. They called me to explain their inspection findings and I was very pleased that my phone was repairable. During that same conversation the staff member doing the repair figured one hour to complete the screen replacement due to other devices ahead of me. To my surprise, they called me about 40 minutes later stating my phone repair was completed. The location in Duluth, MN had no problem providing the four P's of attitude, Patient, Positive, Polite and Professional is really hard to find today under one roof. Especially when it comes to fixing/repairing someone's digital devices the four P's could be a challenge to achieve.

Marry is a godsend

I clicked on the chat box completely freaking out about how none of my purchases and warranties were matched up correctly and I was afraid I was going to have to go through emails and prove everything was wrong. But Marry just asked for a the warranty numbers and easily findable information on the orders I needed to align them with and sorted everything out for me. I very much felt like my day was going to be a mess and ruined by this mess. I am so relieved everything was so easy to put into order, for me anyway, I'm not sure how much effort it took on their end, but they certainly didn't make me feel like I was causing inconvenience whatsoever.

Phone Repair Van

Up until a week ago I was unaware of the tech van option for phone repair, I thought wow HOW COOL! Setting the appointment/opening the claim was a breeze! My tech arrived promptly at 3 pm which was the beginning and of my window so I thought that was great again, he always gave me an hour notice before arriving. Upon arrival he was very knowledgeable about the repair I needed as well as the Home Health Manager. He repaired my phone swiftly & I am very happy! It's like I went & got a brand new phone today. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Asurian Rocks!

My telephone screen would not open on my 7 month old phone. I could hear that I was receiving messages, texts, etc., but I could not swipe the screen open.
I called Asurion, recited the two sentences stated above. I was referred to the proper personnel. They verified the model of phone I had. Their immediate solution was to send me a new phone, free of charge. (I do have insurance)The entire encounter was about 10 to 15 minutes.
I called on a Friday night, and my phone arrived Monday morning! I'm very pleased with Asurion.

It's a scam to rip you off

I purchased this with my new laptop. I figured that I would never need It, now I wish I'd saved that money. "short story" the laptop messed up all of my data is on it and they wanted me to send it back to them so they could tell me that it is not repairable, I already knew that! No thanks. I'll just keep the laptop as a reminder not to fall for this so called insurance scam! The best thing about this is the person that I chatted with was very nice.

Never want to have to use insurance on our devices but I'm sure glad I purchased the protection plan for our devices. My daughter recently stepped on my tablet cracking the screen. I contacted Asurion they said no worries cover the deductible and we'll send you a replacement ASAP, not only did they cover it they upgraded me to the newest model! Having that experience I then looked into the coverage on my phone screen since it was cracked as well, they said it would be a free repair just take it In to a repair store near me and drop it off. 2 hours later it was fixed at no out of pocket cost to me! Thank you Asurion

Excellent Customer Service

Good customer service experiences are far and few, but this was one of those rare moments where every box was checked. The teamwork was impeccable so if my device is ever damaged again, I know I'll be in good hands at this is the location and I would also recommend people to be serviced at the location because the level of attentiveness and care that I received throughout was phenomenal and refreshing.

Excellent service and quick in store repair!

I came in to get my back glass repaired. Luckily they had my part. The in store repair tech talked me through the whole insurance process with ease and assured me the repair would take only 5-10 mins max. It sure did only take about 5 mins. I will definitely be taking my phone here next time it needs a repair!

My screen was damaged, and the tech had the new screen applied, the battery replaced, and new adhesive applied to the back plate (it had started to wear), within about 15 minutes. The tech was super chill, very friendly, and clearly competent. And then at the end of the visit, he casually mentioned that due to the slight water damage on the inside, that could explain the cell signal issues I had mentioned experiencing, along with his suggested repair that might fix it. So now I have an actionable path that 5 hours of tech support had yet to provide. Great job dude!

A special shout-out to Jake, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the repair process. Good Service

My Samsung Note fell on the floor, didn't break externally, but something inside went wrong and it quit recognizing my SIM. Demar was the customer service rep with Asurion that I dealt with and he stayed on support chat with me for at least an hour. Very patient, we tried a lot of things to try to get my phone back up and running. I appreciate his efforts!

They really do make it easy

One of our family cell phones got damaged, cracked screen. Because of the easy to use MyAT&T app I was able to confirm my insurance coverage. So easy, So streamlined, So friendly, So professional. Our Specialist scheduled an appointment with a conveniently located nearby repair shop that day. And this was Saturday! Unbelievably awesome! We had our phone fixed and back in our hands w/in a couple hours. No deductible! Zero! Nada! Zilch! Thank you so much!
