I contacted Verizon. Verizon sent me the link to file a claim for my damaged device. I completed the warranty form in 5 minutes. I highly recommend protecting your device with Asurion Warranty Insurance.

Buyer Beware

Polite customer service but incredible hassle to return a non-functioning printer. Their brochure states "Quick and easy 2-day repair!" It has been neither quick or easy! Total waste of $50 to purchase contract.
