I bought the extended warranty from bjs when I purchased my tv. Started having issues with it and asurion sent a technician to my house to try to repair the unit. After finding out that some parts were not available, I was contacted to register to receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price minus tax and warranty coverage price.
Make sure you keep your original receipt because I had a plan with another electronic purchase through asurion and even though they had all the information they wouldn't warranty the product.

I live in Minneapolis, MN and my Asurion customer service agent is from "the south" in Tennessee. We agreed in the course of my phone call I needed to come visit and she agreed to watch the grandkids so I could visit! LoL! Now, we were laughing so hard about our cultural differences up here in "the North' versus "the south" that I almost forgot about being upset about my daughters $1400 I-phone being stolen! So, this kind agent made my claims process, easy, painless and dare I say "fun"? An otherwise stressful situation was aleviated by good ol southern hospitality from my customer service agent and her efficiency and kindness. I felt very well taken care of as a customer and I wish this lady could get a bonus and a free lunch for what outstanding customer service she gave me. My toughest part of the process was doing the puzzle online to prove I was "a human". The struggle was real, and then I figured it out. Thanks again for amazing customer service. The help I received to transfer all info from old phone to new phone was excellent. The wait time was under 5 minutes to start the chat. She was very professional and stayed on the line with me until it was completed.

The repair part was great very expeditious. The whole process took about four days from the moment I shipped it out till it was returned to me but the issue was verification. The process was atrocious I was asked to verify my information more than five times after my initial registration when I purchased the device there should be no need to continuously upload your receipt or proof of purchase after an extended period of time as most people lose or miss placed their receipts this should not be a thing. Other than that I am extremely pleased with the service and how my device repair

I got a call from my local repair person very soon after calling the company with my issue. I was able to set up and appointment that worked for me, and them, very easily and they were punctual. They repaired my item quickly and even responded to questions I had after they had left. Great service!
My son broke his Nintendo switch joy stick after 2 hours been on the phone no repair I canceled my account. Scamers I was a member for a year don't waste you money the joy stick is only 8 dollar in Amazon.

I was hacked, I had just gotten my phone back on track. If you look at my phone numbers history, you'll see what I'm talking about and I had to go to Apple for diagnostics. I had to go to Verizon to get Sim card replacement because what the hacking did to my device and I was upset nervous and it's taking me 16 hours to take care of this with very little sleep because you have to because I because your company said when I told them about the anydesk.com people who contacted me got into my phone through the back door of Facebook and then they try to get me to buy $1000 phone from Facebook marketplace. I never did such things I was able to stand them off. They got into my account and I found out that they had my IP address. Apparently I had keyed in something and then I found out that my name is all over the place but not spell properly and they got a hold of personal information so here I was very very nervous very upset, clouded thinking, and Verizon pulled me through this. This is the best treatment I've had since February 22. I've had excellent treatment because I had to go to the CEOs office and his and his top-tier trip team treated me the phone was working excellently but an Apple update upset my Apple Card so Apple had to fix some things, and I had to come to Verizon to get a physical Sim card sent to me. Everything went as smooth as butter I'm a 72-year-old senior, who is disabled, and very dependent on my phone, Verizon made this very easy and very stressed dressed hard, thinking situation because I had to remember so much you've upped your game tremendously. Thank you for having reps out of the six reps I had only one was very slow didn't know his work and I had to hang up and call back to get more efficient people that's 90% that's a very good rating at this time of the year and under the stress we're under economically Verizon thank you!
I needed to make a claim for my Jetpack mobile hotspot. The chat support agent and the Agent I spoke with both did an excellent job and got my claim taken care of very quickly. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
