Filed the claim for me and sent me a shipping label so I could send the Igloo Portable Ice Maker in for repairs at no cost to me and hopefully getting my unit fixed. I bought the extended warranty from bjs when I purchased my tv. Started having issues with it and asurion sent a technician to my house to try to repair the unit. After finding out that some parts were not available, I was contacted to register to receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price minus tax and warranty coverage price.
Make sure you keep your original receipt because I had a plan with another electronic purchase through asurion and even though they had all the information they wouldn't warranty the product.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
