The tech was very knowledgeable about the issue, had a lot of patients and was real respectful of the situation. I really appreciate every second that I was chatting with the technician.
I filed a claim with my HP laptop. I only had it a couple of years, but the email that we set our laptop and other apps with was hacked. We couldn't access the email and wasn't able to update to the new email address and it kept blocking us. With my claim, I saved over $100. UBreakIFix by Largo Mall was great with my claim. They were quick, great communication, professional and was able to fix my issues in less than two days. Thank you!
The first tech coach was hard to understand. Jermain, the second tech coach was sufficiently accommodating that despite being hearing impaired, i could understand him. Isaac was also helpful but our correspondence was strictly a chat.
Ultimately calling other numbers was successful. Even texting other numbers worked (I got answers). So it was the line I couldn't reach that was the problem. I haven't reached it yet. Maybe tomorrow.
I had one simple question for her, and I expected a long time for an answer, like some chat conversations, to my surprise lasha was back in minutes with the answer I was looking for for, then I go back to my home page, and she popped up to see if there was anything else she could help me with, fine service
I had a busted phone and I ordered a replacement through Asurion. I logged on instead of using my phone because I honestly wasn't sure if I could transfer service while using my old busted phone!
The tech, Cheovaris, made it super quick and easy. My replacement was activated immediately.
Using my z fold... open the fold and it cracks... not my falt, maybe should wipe it down more. Paid 600 deducible. Got a new phone in a couple days. Great... dropped my phone in water... my falt. Tried turning my phone on prematurely... now the battery is funky junk. I thought I would have to pay another deducible. But I didn't... but now I dont have my 2500$ phone... they want to give me a 1800$ phone... lol... its been a month... they want me to take the the galaxy g22 ultra... pushing hard... dont buy the z fold unless your rich... or semi rich... how much do you need to be semi rich?
The tech people are great but I can't help but think the first thing on the list is sales, money and marketing i have a hard enough time keeping my phone bill paid now I'm going to pay for protection for being hacked by a woman down the hallway her name is Jean Wheeler she has 18 alies and 34 addresses

My car knocked my phone off of the table and the screen surprisingly cracked. Logged onto asurion and the website was very easy to navigate. My deductible was very affordable. Tajank you asurion I would always rexxomend your services.
The young men at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I had to wait; they were very attentive to everyone that came in this store.
The lava lamp was covered under the manufacturers 1 yr warranty but I didn't know how to contact them. The rep through Azurite looked for me but they hadn't listed one. Asurion covered the price of the lamp since I couldn't contact the manufacturer. They were polite, kind and helpful. Also a fast response through the live chat.
I named it thumbs because I give a thumbs up to Diana of Asurion and because I'm all thumbs typing on a phone. She demonstrated great patience with my typing and made the experience very easy by walking me through all of the complicated aspects out of it. For instance I couldn't bring up photos after a needed screenshot, I hadn't logged in for some time and couldn't remember how to navigate, along with many other questions from me and she was Johnny on the spot with well explained, easy to understand, detailed instructions to get what done what other wise I think would not have gotten done.

The worst experience of my life. W Asurion and ATT. I cannot seem to get a live person on the phone. They sent me the wrong phone. Instead of owning their mistake, they made me return it. So I did, yet they still charged my account $1000... Now im having the time of my life trying to get it fixed. Asurion transfers me to ATT and ATT transfers me back to Asurion. No one is taken accountabity. Im stressed beyond belief. I canceled my account w Asurion last month and yet im still dealing w them. I HATE THEM!
Getting my screen replaced was remarkably easy. The repairman came to my home. He had it repaired in less that 30 minutes.
Granted, I'm not going to be charged, but this will be the second time I'm having to send in a phone that was supposedly going to work, and had nothing wrong with it. Well, that last for about a week. First, it was the sim card, and now, I'm having to send this one in, because the speaker, where I should be able to hear the other person, isn't working. That, or I may actually get lucky, and barely able to hear the person I'm on the phone with. I'm getting so sick of this BS, and their BS of telling people, that they're supposedly a great insurance to have for your phone. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
I couldn't complete the process on the web page. I saw that I could chat with an agent. I opened the chat line and answered all the requested information. The process was easy and there wasn't any waiting time. I would recommend Asurion for covering extended warranty with them.
Everything was resolved quickly and almost effortlessly. Great service!
She couldn't check the status of my claim. I Was calling to see if my damaged phone had been received and I also noticed there was a claim on my iPhone watch I never put a claim on my iPhone watch and she couldn't tell me any info on either question
Needed just a little touch of advice and used on line chat. Stefani answered my question quickly. I thought of something else I wasn't sure was up her alley, but I asked anyway (letting her know I wouldn't be upset if she didn't have the answer), but she pulled it right up and quickly solved what I thought was going to be a major problem to get resolved. Best yet, turns out something I thought I was going to have to pay $200 for is covered under warranty. Things NEVER go that way for me! Usually turns out quite the opposite! Never had a problem any time I've had to deal with Asurion!
They didn't repair my phone it had a cracked screen and they needed to get into my phone but asked me to factory reset my phone I need my phone for work and currently using my father-in-law phone which has I don't like I need my phone for work i will never file a claim with these people again
Since lods out grow bats seemingly every year, this protection is a no brainer. Pay for a good bat once, and the. Only pay the difference, tax and new protection plan the next year. Saves a couple hundred dollars each year!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
