It seems they make the process as difficult as possible! I will NEVER, and I mean never deal with them again. System is terribly glitchy. Affidavit can't be performed with wireless phone but can be done on a wireless Mac. I had to submit it three times all with conformation only to be told I had not submitted. Chat line kept telling me to try again between 7:00-10:00 cst. It was 7:00cst. I finally got thru at 8:30 cst only to be told not to use the the language I was using. All I said was, "I have submitted it and got a conformation email damnit!" after tech insisted that I didn't submit claim. Run fro
I was impressed with the technician that came out and resolved the problem however the amount of time between the filing of the claim and the time a technician came out was a hardship
I have paid for insurance for my iPhone for about a year and a half and when my phone started malfunctioning and I went through Asurion to have it replaced, Asurion denied my claim! Asurion insurance is a total SCAM, what's the point of paying for insurance if I can't use it when I need it? They're a dishonest company and offer horrible service and are just after peoples money, don't pay them anything!
From the very polite man that delivered the device to Shay in tech support, I was impressed by the kindness and quickness of my services! Thank you for getting my my replacement so quickly! I filled a claim for a lost stolen Samsung ultra 22 in September 2023 I received 3 replacements. The first device didn't work and was returned to ATT. The 2nd replacement device malfunctioned and was not returned until a new 3rd replacement device was shipped out and received April 11th, 2024. It took so long to process my claim I ended up buying an 1phone 15 pro max in the meantime I was charged for service fees on my ultra-22 and then charged a non-return fee this has taken 7 months its unduly. Its a racket.

I called because my phone was lost and they made me jump through loops and i still have yet to receive my phone that was do for same day delivery. My time slot was from 7pm-9pm. 8:30pm Came around and I still had not received a phone call from anyone so I took it upon my self to call. They told me that the phone was never picked up and that there was nothing they can do for me besides mail it out. I was extremely frustrated due to the fact that they charged me 200$ for everything an I still haven't got a phone, they had me waiting all night on a Friday when I could have been out having dinner with my family or anything of that nature. A horrible company to have for insurance worse its a rip off
I chatted with Mary Gold on 1.3.23 and Edward Richmond on 1.5.23 about a problem with my appliance. Mary initiated my service request since it wasn't visible on the website. Later Edward canceled my service request when I discovered the appliance was still functioning. Very easy interactions with both representatives. Thanks to you both for your patience!
Called them, told me they would send someone out to my place between 7pm-9m they never showed up! Didn't even get a notification why they didn't show up, money wasted!. Called hack today gave me the run around and told me they would ship it out again for another $129 BS! They said it isn't a guaranteed that I would have it by today (11/8/2020) but promise it would be there by (11/10/2020) But will still need a card on file again for another $129 WTF! Been trying to get our refund from last night and they aren't refunding us the $149 for the deductible of a new phone. So guess we will take legal actions now what a bunch of malarkey don't give in! We will be taking our business elsewhere.
My experience was not bad with Asurion from beginning to the end everyone was very helpful in trying to get my claim in and completed. Over all it took about 2 weeks and now I am awaiting the arrival of my new Television from Asurion all because I purchased the Asurion home coverage plan through AT&T for only 24.99 a month which I am glad that I did because having this plan saved me from having to purchase a new Television out of my pocket..
I got their insurance under the impression my phone was covered. I was told my phone was covered.
I pay almost $20 a month for insurance that says unlimited screen replacement for $29 among other things its covered for. Well tried getting my screen replaced but asurion refuses to uphold the contract stating my phone isnt eligible but nowhere in the contract says my phone isnt eligible. Yet they refuse to fix it but they sure have no problem taking my insurance payment. If youre only going to pick and choose which phones you want to fix then, do the logical thing and I dont know put what phones arent covered so people dont buy this insurance and get ripped off by your false advertisement. Also very rude customer service wanted to argue and talk down to and laugh at me because im trying to get what I pay for. This is a joke, all they care about is robbing their customers.
After 4 hours with multiple customer service agents and two different chats with at&t, the Asurion rep did in 15 min what ATT could not figure out in over 4 hours with multiple supervisors involved.
Wasted an hour with Verizon's expert in India, who brought in Level 2 support, who disconnected our call and didn't call back.
First Verizon has been on top of spam calls from the beginning. I am sorry to say I have been bothered by Possible Spam call and texts and Asurion with just a few steps got me to the selection that hopefully will end a lot. I wear bluetooth hearing aid but never ever answer while driving, but the beep beep in my ears even on silent is very bothersome. I rely on ringtones and voice mails to know I need to contact. I have come to the point of being in the past and only turn on my phone between 6 and 8pm, like in the days of a landline at home it was the only time to reach someone who worked. It is sad to see everyone connected to social media while driving or outside of work what an anchor on your soul. There was real freedom in yesteryears.
Apple store could not fix my phone for days and had to order a new phone, etc before they could help me; and service at Apple Store was terrible and very unfriendly compared to the helpful and courteous people at AT&T and Asurion. Extremely capable staff at Asurion and I would highly recommend their services for apple phones. Outstanding service and I literally couldn't believe how fast and efficient their repair staff was. Hands down better than Apple Store experience. Can't say enough great things about AT&T store and Asurion service,
Everything was excellent the gentleman who delivered my phone to me was Perfect he made sure i received my phone in MY hand connected my phone for me and guided me threw whatever help i needed and was very kind i give him a 10+
I dropped my phone a few times (once is too many), and I needed to repair or replace it. I needed to file an insurance claim, the deductible I think was quite spendy, however, it was less expensive than replacing it. The techs at UBREAKIFIX, are absolutely awesome 👌 what an exceptional group of young men, I believe they were Bryce & John. They had a plethora of information. I would truly recommend them and the company to any and everyone. I am completely pleased with the finished product. Excellent job young buckaroo. I give kudos to them. My thoughts are that their competitors actually recommend their customers to go to UBREAKIFIX, yippieeeee
Had an appointment setup with them to meet at my house for a screen repair so that I can upgrade my phone, of course the only day they could was on my birthday so I said sure that's fine because they said it doesn't take too long, never heard a thing during the 2 hour window of 5–7 pm and then I decide to call and they say" sorry we don't have any available technicians in your area to come assist you" well wouldn't that be nice to know before I waste my whole night and birthday night waiting for nothing… unbelievable, terrible customer service, terrible organization.
I called and the issue was resolved very easily. I got the phone the next day. I'm very happy with the service.
Although there were a few hiccups to resolve my television issue - issues for which I have already reported to Asurion, they did ultimately resolve my television issue to my satisfaction; and thus, I will continue to refer this company to others.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
