Easy, quick, took 1 day! Great experience. From submitting the claim online to the drop off and 3 hours later pickup. Very easy process, really please.
When setting up my new iPhone, it would not let me make calls and kept showing SOS in the top right. Donna was amazing at walking me through how to troubleshoot and fix it.
I recieved a replacement phone for my damaged iphone 14. Without a sim card it was difficult to restore my cellular service... the representive on the chat line guided me through it with 15 minutes the issure resolved and my cellular service was restore. Merry christmas. Thank you.
Two big issues I have with Asurion.
1)- the tech who came to fix the screen did so, but in doing that broke the phone so it was no longer able to receive cellular signal. Asurion replaced the phone. OK, but it took a lot of (still ongoing) effort to restore the phone to its previous state. I may have forgiven that, but then
2)- The phone representative gave me a repeated hard sell on a whole home insurance I didn't want and told her so. I finally agreed to let her send me some information to stop the sales pitch. Then a new charge appeared on my bill for the insurance I was clear I did not want. I'm still trying to get that removed from my bill. More time, energy, and frustration.
Even though I understand such things are no longer enforced, such practices are still illegal and speak to the core ethics of Asurion. In the end I spent $384 in premiums, $30 or so for a deductible to fix an $80 screen with a crack so minor I really didn't care. Add many hours of my time to deal with the phone, Asurion and Verizon and add the unauthorized changes for an insurance i did not, and do not, want. This is high among the worst deals of my rather long life.

Over all it was easy to file a claim and I got my replacement within 24 hours after filing my claim. The rep was so helpful in filing my claim for me I have never had any problems with AT&T Asurion when I had to file a claim on any of my devices
Ivan was our tech. He was friendly, knowledgeable of Apple products, professional, and very proficient. I am thankful Asurion hires professionals as such!
I got my replacement phone from Asurion a little under two weeks ago because I fell and cracked the entire back of my original iPhone. My original phone was dropped on pavement without a case, yet none of the three cameras broke. I have not dropped my phone once since using the replacement. One of the cameras shattered within a week of having it, soon after another camera lens shattered. Now 2 out of the 3 lenses on the back of my phone are shattered. I have NEVER broken a camera lens on an iPhone no matter how many times I have dropped it. Asurion sent me a replacement with entirely different camera lens material, one that clearly lasts about 2 weeks! And their warranty policy? Entirely unhelpful and unusable. I was on hold for 20 minutes just to learn that I have to go through this entire process again. Please look at attached pictures and compare the original iPhone camera lenses to the ones I received and that easily crack apparently while in your purse. The woman I spoke with ended the call apologizing that I dropped my phone and cracked it. I have worked in customer service myself and know when to admit my company's shortcomings and faults. Extremely disappointed. I haven't fallen or dropped my replacement; clearly they send defective phones.
I purchased a rather expensive heating pad so I decided to insure it via Asurion (this was the first time I used the insurance offer) The item quit working so I procedded a claim and Raymund was my contact. It was simple and easy. My advice is have your order ID info handy.
I typically don't buy extended warranties, but I thought that we should buy the additional Asurion coverage for our Alpicool 12v fridge we bought off of Amazon. We use the portable fridge when we go on extended camping trips. After a little over a year, we noticed a crack in the handle. Immediately contacted Asurion and described the issue, and requested a new handle. Asurion quickly processed my claim by reimbursing me the cost of the fridge. No hassle! Wow! I will always buy Asurion from now on for peace of mind. Kudos to GladysMae and Asurion! You rock!
I contacted Asurion to file a claim for a Fitbit that I purchased in January 2022. They handled the claim through an on-line chat and it was smooth and easy. I recommend getting a protection plan.
One phone call set everything up for the next day at a convenient time, AT MY OWN HOME! The technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional and fixed my device in his vehicle parked in front of my home! Perfect!
This was such a fast and easy experience for my phone screen to be fixed. I thought it would take forever such as normal phone fixing places but this place had me in and out with quality service.

If I could give negative stars I would. I paid my deductible and was supposed to have my ohone delivered that night by 9pm. The phone was never delivered. After being on hold for over an hour I was told the phone was delivered to me and was BEING USED. I spoke to a supervisor who told me I would have to wait until the next day and report the claim with Verizon. In the same hour I received an email from an asurion tech stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled and the number to call them back on was a DATING website. No one was able to effectively give me an answer. I did not speak with anyone who was professional or able to give me an explanation. I am now two days without a phone. I pay every month for insurance and a deductible just to be scammed. What a joke.
I just used the chat feature from Verizon for my mobile device and it as always was amazing, including my technician Gwendolyn!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
