I cracked my screen and had to file a claim on my Samsung S22 Ultra. The claim was easy to file and I had a new phone within 48 hours. My only complaint was that my replacement phone wasn't the same color as the original, but a case fixed that.
I received a refund a few moths back but Yahoo and ATT were merging email systems and I did not received the initial email from ASURION. I called today and the experience was very simple and easy. I received another email (successfully this time) and was able to put the Refund into my account immediately. Very pleasant and easy experience.
Phone would turn off the VPN when I leave it off amd I was told that when I need updates Is when it will shut off!
Watch out for a tech named Derick he is rude and not very easy to get along with he should not be working customer service jobs if he is not happy to help others!
We paid $150 as deductible for cell phone insurance when return damaged cell phone. Phones was refurbished and defective. We send it back to asurion. After they receive it and apply to their books, we were able to ask for refund. They told us it may takes up to 15 days and we need to wait. After 20 days we called and find out that asurion NEVER start the process of reimbursement: receiving the phone back not automatically means refund was submitted. Stupid asurion didnt originate the refund. New person told us we need to wait for another 15 BUINESS days to receive refund. Who knows if this time asurian start the refund processing? Stay away!
I got an electric scooter "fixed" there. I should've been a simple fix, just swap the motor. They did. That wasn't bad it worked. For a day. After the day I had the same problem so I sent it back again. It came back with a motor from a 3rd party company. My scooter is supposed to go forward and 19 mph tops. I went to the road after reconnecting the head unit and brake (I have no idea how to connect a break so it took me an hour with no instruction from the company). I went to ride the scooter and the first time I got on and hit the throttle it did not move. I tried again and it tapped and tapped until finally it went backward knocking me off the scooter. When I got up I picked up the back wheel and it was going backwards. Also the head unit only read 12 mph. This company fail twice to repair my scooter and did a horrible job everytime. They're lucky I wasn't injured upon falling or I'd be suing. This company is horrible I do not recommend
Well my goodness, getting Asurian's attention and repair approval for this policy was easy as pie, and honestly, I had one of the best live session with tech support ever, THANK YOU ANGELA. Easy peasy.
Only hoping this is the shape of how Asurian rolls. I should have my computer back in 10 days, sending the shipping box, and the next leg of getting my computer repaired and home for my use. I am hopeful based on my experience with the tech person.
They were supposed to deliver a replacement phone to me the same day, Then i received a call stating the delivery car broke down and would be the next day after another day passed I called and asked for the status of the order, the CSR could not give me the info then stated the phone was on backorder, When I asked for a supervisor he kept talking over me and making me angrier than I was for the lying to me. I finally told him just to shut up and transfer me and the wimpy man who could not do the job in the first place hung up on me. I guess I offended him. They stated on the system that they would prosecute for mis-information and fraud, gee I wish I could prosecute them for the same.
I got some extreme mileage out of my IPhone 7, but busted it up enough that I couldn't even see through the screen. Took it into an AT&T office and was helped by Ricky - who was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and introduced me to my new iPhone 14.

It wasn't, so I called and spoke to three people who all told me WILDLY different stories about where my replacement was but I was promised by three people that I should have it the next day. This is day 4 and there is no shipping information on their website. And how TF can I prove that I have this insurance "site jabber"? How do I send a pic of my insurance that I have through my phone company?

My phone was covered by ash. I dropped it off at ubreakifix they had it replaced in 2 hours. It was easy and convenient. Thank you so much for the expert help!

I signed up for Assurion late 2020 and entered a claim in January. I followed the directions of the UbreakIfix store on the claim. Assurion rejected it and will not reply to my requests for an explanation. I demanded a refund and will avoid doing business with both (Assurion and UbreakI fix) these junk outfits.
I can't find the words to describe my frustration and Jenni was able to give me the time and patience to deal with my issues. She is especial doing what she do best God bless her
My daughter spilled water into the keyboard of her MacBook. The device worked but there were lines on the screen. We filled a claim on line and took the device to ubreakifix. They overnighted it to asurion. They replaced the screen and mailed it back directly to me in one week. The process was quick and easy.
I bought a phone from Verizon. Having problems with it. Took it back twice. No help. Got Asurion...the rep went above and beyond to make sure we resolved the problem.
Followed all the instructions with my upgrade phone that came in the package. Neither the online instructions or those iprinted instructions included with the phone say to contact Verizon to activate the phone! DUMB. Verizon, you can do better, like include ALL the steps to get the phone working. Geez!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
