I started my plan in early July '21. In August the downdraft to my GE induction cooktop started having issues going up and down. I submitted a claim and it the service people came. Then they advise Asurion canceled it and denied the claim. I called back, it was reviewed and "authorized" but they had to issue a new claim number... which they then denied. This happened numerous times. It's now Jan 19th, 2022 and I'm still fighting with them. They now say the downdraft is not considered an appliance even though it's part of the cooktop. I canceled my plan. They are full of you know what. Better off just paying for the repair yourself or find a better appliance insurance company.
They actually listen to your issue and help you. I have an issue in my rural area whre usps is such a freaking headache. They actullyy heard and undstood my issues and made sure they are having my broken blanket picked up by ups. They will actullay come to my house. We love our ups guy. My brother actullay went to HS with him. Small world.

This company Asurion deserves they do not take of their customers in buying their plan! I called this stupid company numerous times and they gave my wife and I the runaround for a week with a broken necklace! I submitted the paperwork numerous times and they failed to email a label and then they gave me a wrong tracking number and claim number and by the time. It took them to fixed it I had the broken necklace in a envelope. I loss or misplace the necklace due to the negligence of not helping me from day one Your company unprofessional and a waste of time! I am giving your company a rating of a 0! I highly recommend no Miltary or Disabled Veteran has to deal what I had to go through since I am a Disabled Veteran do not deserve the treatment your company is taking advantage of Veterans. This is why your company is getting a 0 review!

Of replacement or the cost of replacement. Cost if they gave cost of replacement i know ill have to wait but i could go out and purchase instead of waiting 10+ days
1. The options of replacements are bigger than original and the space is fitted for tgat size special so i have to readjust spacewhich may not work.
2. I have to wait 10 days to supposedly get new tv hopefully nothing happen with shipping for longer wait so that 10 + to wait for replacement.
Service request: *******956 I have bought a baseball bat from D icks Sporting Good with the warranty which is just out of manufacture warranty. I have uploaded the receipt when I bought it. The bat cracked and I am trying to get a replacement. System is now again asking to upload receipt and product which I did. But now it says something went wrong. There is no way to talk to a real person. Is this insurance legit?
Overall my experience was great,just as always,all the reps.are friendly and patient and with me,I kinda get them off topic sometimes but it makes great conversation.
I just had a bad remote, but the entire system will be changed. Kind of glad, because everything gets updated after awhile. No problems with the claim. Excellent process!

Claim # *******767 was summited and i was aked to send in proofs of purchase of tv and protection plan and a $#*! load of pictures of the tv front and back: why was my claim cancelled i purchased the protection plan my product failed wtf.

I misunderstood how to present my license. To start with I had my license renewed. So, the only thing I had was my expired license and a temporary license receipt paperwork. This was not acceptable by Asurion Standards. Also, I was totally shocked that a retired Military I.D. that is indefinite and not expired couldn't be used. Banks use them and it was a total disappointment that someone that has served in the Military for twenty years is told his Retired Military I.D. is not accepted by them. I feel dishonored by that action.

I am happy with the whole experience of support. I'm not very tech savvy so I'm grateful for the patience from the person that helped me set up a new device on an existing line.
As long as you have the order number of your claim, there customer service is fast and proficient. I had an email with in an hour with a paid return label for the broken product. Then as soon as I dropped off the item, I got home and found the refund email with the full refund. The customer service agent also told me as long as you have purchased an insurance plan ahead of time you can make as many claim for refunds as you need per year. Which is great! Other places say, even if you purchased a plan you can only make 3 max claims per year. That sucks! Because if you have a bad year, or if you have somthing like a powersurge that takes out more then 3 items then you loose out. This complany is great because like I said before as long as you purchased the coverage for that item ahead of time, you can make as many claims as needed!
The last experience with Asurion, caused me to pay $100 for not returning the somewhat defective device, in exchange for the refurbished one. I wasn't able to transfer all the data, even with their telephone assistance. THIS TIME, it was E-ZY, P-ZY! The online process was a breeze; I took it into UbreakiFix, and they were very professional, courteous, efficient and personable! Thank you everyone! SO glad to have my phone back!
We had to get a replacement phone for my husband & we're confused about some of the setup steps. One call & was treated with respect & patience. If you need help, DO NOT hesitate to ask for it!
We bought a waffle cone maker and bought the assurion 4 year protection plan. The waffle maker stop working and we called Assurion customer service. They told us they will NOT cover our product because it was a commmercial product so they just cancel our protection plan. Do NOT buy this protection plan, they will NOT cover your products
Bought a Lenovo mini computer refurb and bought the warranty 2 months later the computer got critical errors. Sent the computer back toook 2 weeks to fix and then when we got back got the same error. Asked for my money back as they advertise and 3 calls and 2 weeks later no call back

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
