Phone screen was busted. 10/11/23. Was told phone would arrive 10/12/23. Found out that claim was not completed. Spoke to person calling himself IVAN which is a liar. Sent copies of my Drivers license. Told i woud receive e-mail in 3 hrs or less. Lie again. Now 24 hrs for claim review. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS

Horrible experience with Asurion. I called to make a claim to replace my husband's phone Galaxy A11 and when we received the phone it was an old phone Galaxy A6. Called them back to see why he got an older phone he had two years ago. They said they were gonna resend the right phone to him, waited four days and nothing. Called back to find out they were sending the Galaxy A6 again. Had to explain again that he has a Galaxy A11. They said we had to place another claim and pay again for the deductible and that we needed to wait one to two billing cycles to get our money back on the phone that they send by mistake. It is ridiculous that they make the mistake by sending the wrong phone to us and we have to pay twice and wait longer without a phone. I will be canceling any servicing with Asurion and recommend to anyone not to do any business with this company.

Dyson is a very expensive with no power portable stick vacuum. I am not happy about having a repair on a vacuum that is sub par for the money.
A repaired vaccuum that didnt work well to begin with is not worth the money expended on the warranty.

I bought a washer and dryer at Home depot Hatillo PR in 2015. I added the 5-year protection plan. I wanted to renew the plan but couldn't. I was a week calling different numbers. *******400 Home depot Hatillo PR. *******232 Home depot global. *******922 Protection plan. *******337 protection plan. *******403. Protection plan. *******701 protection plan. *******555 asurion. This telephone is damaged. The policy of home depot is that with a month to expire the protection plan they send you a letter so you can renew which never arrived. Now they tell me that since the plan is expired they cannot renew it. When I bought the protection plan in Hatillo they didn't tell me this. Misleading advertisement. I do not recommend home depot and less the protection plan of asurion.
After TV failed to operate and following TV manual instructions to reset the TV through Factory Reset, the same problem persisted. I looked up Asurion Plan I purchased when I bought the TV on Amazon and followed the instructions for filing a claim. The claim process was simple to follow and it appears I will be receiving a refund in the form of a gift card, which is fine with me. I am very pleased with the coverage and claim submission approval process. I have other Asurion Plans from other Amazon products but this is the first time I've needed to use one. I will continue to be a customer!
Verizon should be ashamed of themseslves for using such a company! Promised me a phone overnighted on thursday now say wont be here until Tuesday and they can't stop the claim. Bunch of incompetant jerks and verizon should really think twice on who they are using for their work. AWFUL!
I have two computers and both broke down. I was nervous about calling but they made everything so clear and easy to understand and I am so grateful that I had this insurance. They are taking care of everything for both computers, without any complaint or worries and that feels so good. THANK YOU ASURION
This company did everything in its power not to pay my claim. Every step of the way I had to push them to go to move forward. They would do things like tell me I hadn't uploaded pictures of my receipt even though I had and so I uploaded them again, then they wouldn't contact me after I uploaded them again. I would have to contact them. Then they told me it had been approved but then didn't tell me what to do next. Then I contacted them again and they told me to call customer service but gave me no phone number. So I googled a customer service number and got a branch that only deals with Verizon. These people knew nothing of a branch that deals with musical instruments. I finally find a different phone number and talk to a guy that finally puts through a return label for the instrument and now I'm waiting to see if they send me a check without me having to call them once again.
Went to At&t Middletown Ky. Best Customer Service filled out claim, as I had Insurance.
Sent me to Asurion (you break I fix) on Hurstbourne Lane. Excellent service there took 1 hour and from broken screen blues to beautiful blue skies and Happy Happy.
Very annoyed. First, the replacement iPhone they issued me is faulty and needs to be replaced. Stopped in vzw store and they told me to call assurion. I called assurion and the phone call was disconnected and the rep never called me back. I called them back and was transferred to another department and on hold for one full hour, then decided to hang up and call them back.
I called them back again (because I NEED a working phone) and was on hold for ANOTHER FULL HOUR and got disconnected again. No call

I had a broken MacBook screen. I took my computer to the service center and they shipped my computer offsite for repair. In less than a week my computer was repaired and shipped directly to me. By far the easiest repair transaction I've ever had.
I dropped my phone a few times (once is too many), and I needed to repair or replace it. I needed to file an insurance claim, the deductible I think was quite spendy, however, it was less expensive than replacing it. The techs at UBREAKIFIX, are absolutely awesome 👌 what an exceptional group of young men, I believe they were Bryce & John. They had a plethora of information. I would truly recommend them and the company to any and everyone. I am completely pleased with the finished product. Excellent job young buckaroo. I give kudos to them. My thoughts are that their competitors actually recommend their customers to go to UBREAKIFIX, yippieeeee
Had this insurance sine 2022 haven't done not one claim. Now that I need to do one it's a hassle no replacements available after I paid. I'm canceling Home Device Protection.

Because of the covid situation I've had to make a career change that involves the use of sUAV's a. K. a drones. Drones are expensive and accidents are gonna happen especially when you're new to the game. I've had to file 2 claims for for the same drone. One was due to pilot error and the other was due to a mechanical malfunction. Asurion was true to their word. I have received outstanding customer service on both occasions. And the quality of repair was outstanding. I highly recommend getting this insurance because these drones are expensive. If you're going to pilot a drone, especially if you're a novice like I was, odds are there's going to be an accident due to human or mechanical error. If it weren't for Asurion I would not have been able to get my FAA 107 commercial drone license.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
