The worst experience of my life. W Asurion and ATT. I cannot seem to get a live person on the phone. They sent me the wrong phone. Instead of owning their mistake, they made me return it. So I did, yet they still charged my account $1000... Now im having the time of my life trying to get it fixed. Asurion transfers me to ATT and ATT transfers me back to Asurion. No one is taken accountabity. Im stressed beyond belief. I canceled my account w Asurion last month and yet im still dealing w them. I HATE THEM!
I just had a great experience with Asurion resolving my issue on a defective item that I had a protection plan, the representative was extremely helpful.

I couldn't complete the process on the web page. I saw that I could chat with an agent. I opened the chat line and answered all the requested information. The process was easy and there wasn't any waiting time. I would recommend Asurion for covering extended warranty with them.
She couldn't check the status of my claim. I Was calling to see if my damaged phone had been received and I also noticed there was a claim on my iPhone watch I never put a claim on my iPhone watch and she couldn't tell me any info on either question
Since lods out grow bats seemingly every year, this protection is a no brainer. Pay for a good bat once, and the. Only pay the difference, tax and new protection plan the next year. Saves a couple hundred dollars each year!
Needed just a little touch of advice and used on line chat. Stefani answered my question quickly. I thought of something else I wasn't sure was up her alley, but I asked anyway (letting her know I wouldn't be upset if she didn't have the answer), but she pulled it right up and quickly solved what I thought was going to be a major problem to get resolved. Best yet, turns out something I thought I was going to have to pay $200 for is covered under warranty. Things NEVER go that way for me! Usually turns out quite the opposite! Never had a problem any time I've had to deal with Asurion!
They didn't repair my phone it had a cracked screen and they needed to get into my phone but asked me to factory reset my phone I need my phone for work and currently using my father-in-law phone which has I don't like I need my phone for work i will never file a claim with these people again
Based off actual events that took place 12. 24. 20. I have a unique situation, where i won't be home for 9 months and i won't have a shipping address for three months. My phone was broken 12. 24. 20, so i called to replace it. I asked if they could ship it to any other address they said yes. So i have then a a Amazon drop box, they said no. I have them a FedEx address, no one more. I have them a UPS and guess what, no. They said they could ship it to my work. I said that's on the other side of the country. I asked to if theirs anything they could do she started getting irate. So i ended call. I called back spoke with another person went through all the same thing and i asked for a manager and she said no. She said theirs no one above her. So here I am a crisis nurse helping with the covid pandemic and they refused to help. What a ripoff. Use anyone else but not them.

Received my new phone and headed to AT&T to get it set up. I had a great experience at the store (Greenbriar) Chesapeake. Andy (rep) was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my phone up and running in no time. I had my replacement in a matter of a couple of days like Asurion rep had said. But didn't receive a iPhone 11 but got a #12 w/ an additional $112.00.added to my bill, I wasn't looking for a upgrade, Just a replacement for my #11, but thanks Asurion.
It has been almost 2 months multiple times swapping the phone that works for my mobile company. Every single rep. I talked to promised quick service? Or promised resolved the issue but didn't or couldn't Horrible customer service,( they say things to get you off the phone quickly) they don't communicate within department(warehouse) to figure out to updated on status of inventory availability. Meantime it impacted our business big time. Almost I am thinking they are SCAMER! As long as they collect our money monthly, that is all they are after. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. I am from South Korea, maybe I will call to South KOrea to get my phone, I guaranteed it will be faster than this company.
I have always had an excellent impression of Assurion, however, when it came to sending my Apple Pro notebook for repair, I was extremely disappointed.
After 10 days the computer came back to me without repair because, despite being an Apple Pro notebook, they identified it as Model A1398 and therefore returned the computer without touching it.
I had to open a new claim and Assurion will pay 4 shipping costs because some stupid person didn't call or send an email to confirm that the computer was the same, and I will be without the machine for almost 1 month.

I am a veteran, and I been with Verizon for almost two years. I cracked my screen, knew I had insurance but no time to deal with this company. Today I decided to deal with the insurance I been paying for 20 months and I can't get my screen covered. I was honest that I broke it and Thef going to punish me, With 8 phone calls 1 hour of my time to find out, I had 90 days to repair your phone screen from DOI. Punish a person for being busy. Canceling my insurance plan good for getting lost I guess.

Instructions said use smart switch to move data from old ph to new phone, then factory reset old phone toss sim card return old ph.
Then learned new ph doesn't work (tried to tex, call and use some apps) Now i needed to call for tec support. OOOOH WAIT, AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS THE OLD PHONE IS BLANKED, SD CARD TOSSED IN GARBAGE. If the instructions had said TRY THE NEW phone BEFORE you blank the old phone? (perhaps this will save others from having the same problem) oh snap that would of helped. 4 HOURS LATER. Sending me ANOTHER PHONE. This is unacceptable, I would like half or all of what I paid for this replacement $175.00. I will be into this another 4 hours before its over. I put a high value on my time (TRY TO BUY SOME EXTRA) refund and a phone that works would be a small gesture! Good luck out there.

I sent my phone in to get the cracked screen fixed last Friday the 23rd of october. I have go no confirmation or info on my phone since. I called today to be on the phone for 3 hours told 10 different stories and got told my phone was recoved and they are sending it back with no repair due to the whole back of phone was shattered. It was not shattered the day I put it in the mail! Now I get my phone back even more damaged and they want more money from me to replace a phone that only had a cracked screen when sent in! They did not care or bat and eye about the situation! They just told me they needed an additional 170$ to replace my phone that I didn't do the damage to
I bought a MacBook from Backmarket and purchased the 2 year warranty for an extra 100$ and it Came in soo clutch! My battery went out and is covered through insurance. They sent me a new box and label to send it back in. But I lost the box soo they resent me a new label and made me responsible for the box. Super super helpful!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
