I had my phone repaired after my screen met the unfortunate circumstance of taking a fall with me. I visited the AT&T store on St. Charles Ave. And encountered this technician, Brandon, who was most professional. My phone was bought back to life in a timely manner and there were no issues at all with the service. This young man is truly an asset to Asurion and AT&T.
Filed a claim to fix my phone. I chipped the phone somehow and I got it fixed the next day. No problems or hassles. The uBreakifix did and awesome job at repairing my phones screen. The insurance is well worth the money.
The screen of my phone was not working everything was no respondido, so I take to you and in less than two hours you replaced the screen and everything start working correctly, really fast thanks a lot

UbreakIfix guys are all great. Everyone at stores have tried to help me as much as they can, they'll prioritize you depending on how serious your issue is. If your phone is not in non-working condition, and they don't have time to fix it that same day, they'll help you some other day, and they get it done really fast, it took them one hour to replace my screen. The claiming process is a pretty different story, it's not so complicated, but if you don't get along with tech so well it can get really tricky, specially because in call, they have messages that keep telling you to go do your claim online first, but theirs system is not as optimized as I would like and the proccess in call tends to be a little long. I don't think this is a deal breaker, you just have to learn how to play along with it and save a little bit of time for it.
But still I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, since you can save some serious cash and stress.
On less than a week I cracked my phone screen. I went 3 years with nary a scratch until then. Once I figured out how to file a claim, the rest was easy. Certainly worth the money.

I wish I knew my techs name. I was at the AT&T store at Wirt and I10 in Houston today. He came over to help with a problem with my iPhone. I had a damaged screen, and I wanted to get the data off the old one and onto the new one. He took the time to repair my old phone- even though I'd already bought the new one, and then spent time helping me try to get my phone to allow me to transfer the data to the new one. It took forever. He was very kind and patient and friendly. It didn't end up working in the end, hwever he was so helpful. He gave me step by step instructions of what to do when I got home, explained why it would actually work at home, and then walked me through how to transfer all my data for myself. He also gave me several other options in case the directions he gave me to try at home didn't work. I went home, and was able to do everything he said to do! My new phone is working wonderfully, and all my data transfered!
