John was great, he explained everything well so I understood what was gonna happen and also let me know the possibilities. He completed everything quickly and was very nice. I appreciate his hard work and kind attitude.

Joel my Asurion technician was able to identify my issues and resolve them over the matter of a few hours including a tune-up of my charging port besides the battery replacement. If I need any additional service I'll be happy to go back to the same location for a quick, competent, and friendly repair.

My repair tech, Dan, at the International Speedway Blvd branch was very kind and fixed my phone quickly, and had very good advice for my situation. Dan was a very helpful and helped me have a good experience in a bad situation.
