The field agent was great he was very patient and good at what he does, when I contacted Assurion about the whereabouts of the field agent I didn't like his response. Customers equals paychecks. This should always be at the mind of every customer service representatives

The glass on my cell phone had a crack and needed to be replaced for the phone to work properly. I filed a claim, in the afternoon and took it in the following morning for repairs. Easy Peasy.
