If I don't receive what I ordered I am filing a lawsuit. I read reviews you are a total scam. I don't have money to be ripped off. I will be researching & hiring an attorney.
I am writing another review on this website because I am still trying to get my money back from my credit card company. Artfire gave me two different emails to the seller and I can't get a response from either. They are ( *******@gmail.com) and (*******@outlook.com) these seem to be fraudulent. The sellers name they gave me was ( Jinhua Zhenyun). He is a crook if that is really a person's name. He is so slick that he was able to take a USPStracking number off of a package going to someone else in my town. Their package got delivered so when they stole that number and assigned it to me it looked like it was delivered. Just to wrong address and the weight of the package was wrong. What I ordered was 30 pounds and the item on that tracking number was 12 oz. They are slick. I hope they get caught and jailed. So beware of buying through Artfire and a specialty from names above. No
I ordered a Sailor Neptune necklace for my best friends birthday from ANIMECOUTURE. It has been a week now and I have been emailing both the company and ANIMECOUTURE jewelry and no response. They STOLE my money. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BURN, REPORT THE SITE AND SHUT IT DOWN, just look at all the reviews beneath me! I'm so glad I payed with PayPal! $20 down the drain. I'm livid!
Cant get in touch with and never sent item ordered. Don't touch this website. Tried to email 10x no response. This is pathetic thankfully only spent 40$ to learn artfire is a bunch of thieves
Bought a bike from their website. They claimed they had no tracking #. Waited and no delivery, no answers to my emails, no phone #, but they had no problem taking over $100 from me
I am a seller on ArtFire. I have ordered several gift items from other sellers on ArtFire which have been excellent experiences and products. Only one did I find to be really slow in shipping, but I did place an additional order a few months later with that seller and the shipping that time was excellent and fast. I love ArtFire. It's a great place. I would say if someone had a bad experience with customer service of ArtFire itself likely didn't use the proper channels to contact or be persistent. I understand ArtFire is a small business with well over 10,000 shop owners. With that many folks, do you think you're so special that you can't wait your turn for a response? The forums are filled with other sellers who offer genuine great advice to mentor newbies. ArtFire has posted a ton of information to help with shop setup. It's right there in the help center to read. Or, you can ask for help in the forums. Sellers on ArtFire are the most generous with help I've seen. Business itself is hard to survive and not for the faint of heart. It is very disappointing that some folks had bad experiences with some sellers on ArtFire. Let's face it, there are cheaters the world over, on every street and in every ally; not just on ArtFire. It's not ArtFire; its the shop owner who rents his/her space from ArtFire!
I ordered a pullover in December and I have not received it I've reached out to them and still no response I'm really part I want my money back but don't know where to go to request that all I have is a email address and I've been sending email and all they send me is a feak tracking number that don't work
My son ordered a Julian Edelman jersey in February from a seller on Artfire. Shocker. It never showed up. My son learned a valuable lesson today about scammers on the internet and sketchy sites.
I order dogers bennie it never came and they have not responding to my email about my refund me. Its a scam and im at point where I make a report on this company
The company is a complete scam. I purchased a mini refrigerator for $99 I received a toy whistle instead. Do not buy from this company or you will be disappointed
My boyfriend thought he was buying 2 kayaks, we got facemasks in 2 different pckges and Chinese written on the packages. He told me after he bought them so I did a tiny search n found out this site rips ppl off all the time. I have no clue how this site hasn't been shut down. IM SUPER PISSED ANF DETERMINED TO DO EVERY SINGLE THING I CAN TO SAVE PPL FROM MY BOYFRIENDS HONEST MISTAKE
"Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!" That is the best explanation I can give of this website and the seller Grime Designs on this website. Grime Designs shipped me an unapproved wedding program, which had spelling errors, I received the shipment the day before my wedding even though I placed the order a month and a half before my wedding. When I received the programs there was a misspelling and upon checking the proof I approved, I found there was no misspelling. Grime Designs made changes to the program after I approved it, did not take responsibility for making this change, did not offer any apologies for making the error and only refunded half of my money, even though they are the ones who made the error. Artfire.com has an option to rate the seller, but BUYER BEWARE because it is up to the seller as to whether or not they post your rating, so I gave Grime Designs the lowest score possible and it did not affect their rating at all. So if you go to ArtFire and look up Grime Designs it looks as if they have never had any negative feedback. When contacting Artfire.com to log a complaint about the rating system, they quit responding to my emails, even though they were fast to reply when they knew I was trying to set up a rating. Once they found out I had a complaint, I could not receive any replies back from them. I would never suggest anyone make any purchases from this website, they have horrible customer service and no interest in helping the buyers feel safe when making purchases.
I purchased two outdoor security cameras - they sent me (with tracking numbers, JUST so they can say to Paypal that I DID receive the items) - one tiny envelope with a piece of foam in it, and the other a tiny envelope with a coin purse. NEITHER WAS A SECURITY CAMERA - and when I disputed it with Paypal, they told me that the seller is telling me I must SEND THE ITEMS BACK and then they'll possibly refund me. So I must pay good money to ship back two envelopes to China? And then they'll consider refunding me? PAYPAL WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE CROOKS SO I WILL NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN EITHER - I took photos of both envelopes, and the contents, including the tracking numbers, so Paypal could clearly see that no way was either one of these a security camera, and Paypal still accepted it when the seller challenged my dispute. All the seller did was provide the tracking number - and YES I had received an item, but NOT WHAT I HAD PURCHASED. So not only are these sellers CROOKS, but Paypal enables them. I told artfire what happened - they just said "contact the seller (i. E. the shop) - which I had tried to do but now guess what, suddenly the shop is no longer on artfire. Artfire doesn't care what its sellers do - SO BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ARTFIRE. And paypal couldn't care less either! They wanted me to ship the items back to china! They could clearly see that there were no cameras in the envelopes, but they declined to do anything about it. Shame on paypal too. But biggest shame on ARTFIRE - THEIR SELLERS ARE THIEVES AND THEY KNOW ABOUT IT.
I was browsing, put something in my cart but didn't complete order. They charged me for it anyway and kept trying to put it through my bank after my debit card was closed.
I would definitely characterize this as an etsy alternative, in terms of selling. In terms of buying, although when artfire first started out I found that the quality of items weren't as snazzy, high quality or varied as Etsy I think artfire is gaining popularity slowly with handmade sellers for their considerably different selling framework. Currently, I think there's still a lack of popularity for artfire and that hinders it from really being a "competitor" to Etsy but I hope that this changes with time.
That being said, the benefit of selling on artfire is if you're either confident that you'll sell a certain amount per month or if you already have an existing base of customers that will buy your items, then the pro account for right now $9.95/month with no listing or final fees is definitely a lot cheaper than Etsy. However, if you're starting out and you sell absolutely nothing, you're "wasting" $9.95 but artifre DOES use that towards mass advertising for you that you would have to pay on your own in other ways so in that light, I would say it's worth it if you're serious about starting a handmade business - keeping in mind that artfire is still nowhere was popular as Etsy. That problem might be bridged by your listings showing up in Google, but some people might be hesitant about buying from somewhere lesser known if they're unfamiliar with online transactions. There are other also some nice features for the pro account that you can read about. You can also stay as a basic seller with limited features and an initial trail of unlimited listings to get a sense of how their platform works.
My order was taken and processed in a professional manner. I will be ordering more. The product I pitched was the best you can get for the money spent.
Awesome Seller! I had a hard time making my first purchase from Artfire, I contacted the seller and received help from them, thank you for the excellent file quality.
I placed an order June 20 and I still until today August 3 have not received it. They deducted the money out of my account as soon as I made the purchase. They're liars and scam artists. They sent me an e-mail saying it was shipped out and I would receive my tracking # 1-3 business days. I never received a tracking number and they never responded back to my e-mails. The'yre not getting away with this. HORRIBLE SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I paid for a jbl 5 speaker and no tracking number or anything, no response through multiple emails. Do not get scammed and buy from this site. They take your money and run!
I just started a store with them and I decided to close my account they have a 30 day money back no problem go on a lot of sites they tell you they wont give you your money back or if they refund your money they still charge your account and they claim they have LIVE CUSTOMER service but they dont you click on the pro member customer service and it leads to nothing I haven't received a email call back or my money back which they claim it takes 24 hours to get a refund nope I even read some people had to cancel there credit card and the allow people to use your business name under your site you created with them. Don't USE!
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
Answer: Make a claim on BBB or email artfire.com directly
Answer: I maded an order the order number is 2567947 and I have not receive it
