Seller never responded with a shipping date. I only wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering a bench for $99. Hopefully PayPal will refund my money.
I ordered a handmade rosary prayer beads for $113.00 from a dealer/seller. It was to be a very special gift, something that could become a family heirloom. When I inquired several times, I had several excuses (1 was has they were picking out a beautiful box to put it in) Finally, no more replies. I turned to Art Fire customer service for any suggestions that I could do, any recourse -- nothing... Please DO NOT SELL OR BUY FROM THIS SITE. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE!
I ordered a vacuum cleaner from the Lowdestore vendor but it turned out that after 4 weeks of inquiries they didn't ship my order out. Fortunately I got my money back via PayPal (thank you, PayPal). However STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM SELLERS.
I ordered two Colorado Avalanche jerseys, one from TimeToSports and one from Paragon and although the communication was non existent after receiving my tracking number, I received the jerseys in about a month. The one from TimeToSports turned out amazing and the one from Paragon had the wrong shade of blue (more of a powder blue which is wrong). I plan on ordering the wrong blue colored one through TimeToSports this time. I love my jerseys!
So I ordered two of these "wine cups."
First off, sure they have the deminsions listed, but... very poor advertising. More like a shot glass! I read wine glass and think it's big enough to have a decent glass of wine in, not a shot of it.
Second, as I said I ordered two. Paid for two, have a recipt for two. Then it took over a month to get to me, and when my package arrived, only one was there! I sent multiple emails with attached immages of what was sent to me (clearly on the box said one) and what my order said (clearly bought and paid for two) and they NEVER replied, to any of them.
I delete my account and they still charge me montly so I call my credit card compagny and they block the payment. I try to call at ARTFIRe and they are not longer in business, the support email adress in closed also... So if you have a shop there just closed that and call your credit card compagny to block that otherwise you will pay for ever!
This company is a scam. Ordered shirt was the wrong color (orange not red), a completely stolen knock-off NIKE logo, and the material was cheap. They should not be selling "NIKE" clothes. When contacted for a return, no response from emails or Facebook, until they blocked me on FB for commenting they refuse returns. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! WORST COMPANY EVER!
I placed an order on Artfire.com to the company of WordstoWear. And It has been over a month now and after 15 emails i Still have not recieved any product. I just wasted my money on this. THIS SUCKS! Dont waste you TIME and MONEY!
I ORDERED AN VARSITY JACKET FOR MY DAUGHTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT NEVER SENT OUT MY DAUGHTER JACKET. MY DAUGHTER WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING HER JACKET. ITS A SCAM. I HAVE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. IT'S SAD HOW ARTFIRE CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS CRIME. I ordered a hand painted shoes for my daughter 6/17 and after a tones of email between vendor/me, artfire/me. Not body can just give me my money back.
Apparently the vendor send the shoes to a wrong address via USPS.
ARTFIRE IS NOT A RESPONSIBLE COMPANY.

Terrible. Scam. Did not receive what I ordered and there is no customer service number to call. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, not worth anyone's time this website is a total fraud.
I purchased two Items from sellers on this website and was ripped off both times. Lucky for me I paid with paypal or I would be out 130$. Scam merchants even went as far as to ship a mock package to my city and state (to wrong address and reciever) when they saw I had opened a case with paypal resolutoin to get my money back. One seller deleted their shop to try to avoid refunding me. I ordered a stroller carseat combo and bassinet and never got either. I did get my money back because I used paypal
Ordered a table saw never came no one ever responded back to my emails there is no number to call so basically they are frauds!
I first ordered from Artfire back in Dec. 2009 (I think!)
I ordered a crocheted hat for a 3-6mo old baby.
After several emails and 2 phone calls to Artfire, the item arrived in the mail 2 months after I ordered it. (yes, it claimed to be ready-made in the description!)
Not once did I ever blaim Artfire for the seller bad manners and laziness. Artfire actually helped me get the item!
Blaiming Artfire for a bad experience with a seller is shameful and tacky!
1) They take 2 biz days to respond.
2) They don't read the emails; rather they blindly respond to a few words -- thus, your 2 days have now expanded into 4 days or more.
3) I had to make the same request 3 & 4 times because they did not read emails thoroughly.
4) There are hidden details which don't come up until you're ready to open your shop. I told them that all info like this needs to be revealed upfront.
5) I spent about 3 weeks trying to open a shop -- what with the delays & the staff not understanding English, I ended up asking them to delete my account.
6) Even when you follow the directions, their directions are scrambled, not clear, one hand does not know what the other is doing -- NO ONE IS MINDING THE SHOP!
KEEP AWAY FROM ARTFIRE
I have been selling on etsy for years, and recently decided to check out other venues. I made an unfortunate mistake of opening a shop on artfire.com.
First of all, there is zero traffic. I even paid them extra for couple of days to have my items promoted, then cancelled it because it was useless. Contacted support team via chat window on their site (do not try their email address, it does not exist). Did get a response from them, which was rude and totally useless.
After about two weeks, I decided it was time to stop wasting my time and resources with this site.
I deleted all my listings and tried to close my account. Guess what?! It is IMPOSSIBLE to close your account once you have signed up. (So they can keep charging you).
I contacted them again and asked to refund my money and close my account. They responded with another arrogant message. Closed my account but refused to refund my money. Yes, I was charged for 3 months even though I only tried the site for 2 weeks.
This website is a SCAM! They are ripping off artists and small business owners as well as customers. What are they even doing here? Why are they still in business?
I am opening a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and to prevent them from stealing money from me in the future.
If there is a class action finally one day, I am in!
Read all of the reviews before you purchase anything from this place. I purchased an item from this store and never received anything. I reached out to them and got a brilliantly worded excuse
Ordered 3 times. 2 times did not recive any product. Artfire does not care about customers. They told me to discuss the issue with Paypal. Stay away i am short $200. Still waiting for resolution.
Scammers. I ordered a 3500gph sand pool pump for 99.99 and received a package of disposable masks. I've got an open case with PayPal. I suggest you don't order from this site. It's terrible
Don't do it! I ordered a Tigers jersey through a seller on this site. Never received my order. I'm out 50 bucks. Hopefully this will prevent others from getting scammed too.
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
