I wish I could have given them 0 stars. I ordered a soccer jersey in a women's small. I had no idea it was coming from China. The shirt came and it was a youth size. It fit my 5 year old. The tag on the shirt said Mens small. I contacted both Artfire and the seller. The China seller told me the shirt was the correct size and it had just been mismarked. After the 10th email the seller told me that he would not accept an exchange or a return. Instead, he told me to BUY a larger shirt and would give me a 30% discount. Absolutely ridiculous. I disputed the charge with Pay Pal which then I was able to get a refund only after I returned the shirt to China. The postage to China was more than the actual jersey. I never heard from Artfire. I am out only $35 but hope that this is a good warning for others to stay away! I will NEVER order from this website again and hope that all these reviews will keep people away from every ordering from them either.
Artfire double bills for initial selling accounts & bills for a $5 misc fee -
They offer a Free trial period & then immediately say there isn't one & charges your credit card for the selling fees.
I Literally NO traffic in an entire 2 week period! So decided that its not the selling platform for me... so I wanted to cancel - Thats a JOKE!
TRY to cancel your selling account & you get NO money refunded on what is suppose to be a free trial period.
So they double bill & get an extra $5 from me for NOTHING!
I have two "stores" on Artfire and I love it. They are really great about helping with making sure all items are uploaded to Google. I have been there less then a year and when I look up my store name it comes up third with a google search. My sales are increasing and in general I am very pleased. I ship all orders out the next business day and with 2 day priority mail. I wouldn't judge the whole site by a couple of bad apples. I have a 5star customer satisfaction rating. Customer satisfaction is number one with me and there are a lot of other sellers there who feel the same. If you are looking for a place to sell your products I highly reccommened Artfire.
Artfire continues to charge my account without my consent. No way to cancel your store account. Horrible customer service which FAILS to reply.
I see so many people who are still getting charged. This is THEFT and needs to be ADDRESSED. I think we need to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Artfire.com. Looking into this...
Ordered a pair of earrings from Art Fire, wore them once, they broke (not my fault), wrote to them, they didn't respond for awhile, then they said send them back, I did (AND paid for the return postage), never heard from them again even after a gazillion emails, wrote them AGAIN, asked for a refund or a replacement pair of my choice, felt they were flaky and sort of scammy from their very first email communication (apologizing for not getting back to me saying they were so busy they had over 600 orders... yeah right). Sooooo should have checked this site before buying from the cuz I see others have had the same experience. I have had such good luck with online purchasing, up until now 100% of my purchases have been wonderful, very accommodating sellers, friendly, communicative and willing to preserve their relationship with their customers. Not so with Art Fire. Stay away.
This website is ATROCIOUS. BUYER BEWARE! There is absolutely no customer support or customer service. You will regret purchasing anything from this site- in the likely event you fail to receive whatever you order and pay for, you will be directed to open a dispute/file a complaint with PayPal or your credit card company.
I inadvertently stumbled upon this website while shopping for something. Website looked nice and I was intrigued. Liked the idea of buying from small, individual sellers. Made a purchase 3 weeks ago, paid immediately, and never heard another word despite chasing the seller AND chasing Artfire repeatedly for the past two weeks. I have received no response from the seller and nothing but computer generated form email responses from Artfire. Hoping to save someone else the time wasting aggravation I have endured.
There are too many legitimate websites to waste time with Artfire. Wish I had read customer reviews before purchasing anything from this website. Proceed with extreme caution.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from this website. They do not support their customers OR their vendors and any disputes are at your OWN expense. We ordered an item from one of their "screened and approved" vendors, they took our money ($100), never provided the product, no refund or any correspondence from the vendor, who then disappeared without a trace. ArtFire did NOT support, assist, or accept any responsibility for this transaction. Buy here at your PERIL, or be sure to use PayPal, since using your own bank/credit card will surely afford you nothing but a loss of funds.
I purchased a Vintage Blue Ball Mason Canning Jar Soap Dispenser on Artfire (countrybarn 2011) on October 7,2014. I waited and waited for some type of email showing that my order was being mailed. I finally sent them an email asking about my order and never received a response. I just received an email on 11/10/14 telling me my item was being mailed. I no long want this item and after reading the Better Business Bureau complaints and the complaints on this site I am stuck with the item. Artfire has the same response on all of the BBB complaints. I will not do business with them again.
Just to let folks know even though they said it was mailed I never received it. They finally refunded me my money; however, I will never do business with them again.
I learned after it was to late. I never received my order. It was two black pool lounge chairs. Anyway, Im still waiting for PayPal to reverse the payment and it's been a month!
Sorry for the crappy review I left last time. I thought my 30 dollar package would come. It didn't. This site is a rip off jerk butt horrible website. Never buy from them.
I feel bad for this company has plenty of potential. I purchased two different occasions for a fluval fx 6 canister filter first time was funny received a blank envelope from California ty paypal for my refund.so I tried again with a different seller stupid me felt for it again emailed seller he replies 3 to 4 days it will be shipped give it some time due to covid ya right. These scammers need a life... they should be prosecuted to the max hard working people getting scammed on such good deals... so if it looks like a super duper deal be warned it might be a scam. Yup and there contact email will dissapear wola poof no such email or shop.so your stuck like chuck. Had to give em 1 star for this review
Very terrible business. My purchase never arrived and the customer service was awful. I did not get any responses, as well as empty promises of order forms and tracking numbers. My invoice of the order was non existent and the link to the order form was broken and was not even there. Who i purchased from "DrFshop2018" barely replied and was awful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Horrible place. Not returning my multiple Emails.
Well over two months. May have walked with my money via false site. I'm not alone BTW

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY
Horrible service, refuses to answer questions, only replies back sometimes, always tries to blame the seller even though its artfire's fault, horrible company, please use etsy or bonanza.com this website is a joke.
This site is a scam! THEY'RE STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY. USPS CONFIRMED! These pos people use real USPS tracking information to make it seem legit. DO NOT trust them. If it looks too good to be true, it is! Look at the prices on these items compared to anywhere else and it will explain it all. They don't seem to care because hundreds if not thousands of "Brand New" items priced at literally like 25% of what retail should be, should be a red flag to any market type place. Seems as if they use the "open market" bs to hide the fact they let countless thieves create accounts and steal people's money. Worst part about this whole situation, this BS site of thievery showed up on Google shopping as if it's a trusted retailer.
If I could give them negative stars I would. I am SO frustrated. I ordered an AC unit OVER A MONTH AGO and have heard NOTHING! They are impossible to get ahold of. I'm convinced this is not even a legit business- IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
Why are sites like this allowed to remain up? Complete and total scam. It's mind blowing there aren't protections in place when a site is proven to be fraudulent. I'm grateful Sitejabber exists for this very reason, but many people do not know to be skeptical. It's awful and I can understand how people get tricked. Same goes for phone and internet scams. Someone tried to threaten me for money via an email, I notified local and federal authorities, the feds never got back to me and the local authority told me to not forward him the threatening emails as he didn't want his email bugged. When I emailed back to see if he at least logged the threat he didn't bother to respond. My mom knows which organizations to sue at the local and federal level if my body is ever found in a ditch. And no, I am not fearful for my life (the threat didn't even pertain to me), but it'd be nice to know the threats had been logged in case anything ever did happen - it would take authorities 10 seconds to make a note and I would think that given it was an AOL.com email address, an identity could have easily been pursued.
Some woman named Marlene Miller kept asking me for sizes. There were NO size options on what I ordered.
She e-mailed me back that I was rude, cancelled my order (good) and told me never to order from them again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They are thief's i placed an order about a month ago and still haven t received my order ive been asking for my refund and cant get no damn respond back at all i should have read there reviews first
SCAM! My items never arrived, there is no customer support, i sent them many emails tried to contact them thru social media but i didn't get any response.
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
Answer: Make a claim on BBB or email artfire.com directly
Answer: I maded an order the order number is 2567947 and I have not receive it
