Whether or not Artfire.com has some small businesses that scam, I did in fact receive my item about a month later. I ordered a UNC Joel Berry jersey on artfire from TopBestJersey. From the point I ordered the jersey forward I only received notifications from TOPBestJersey and USPS. Artfure.com was no longer present. Therefore, people must be careful on what businesses they order from on artfire. Luckily, I got a very helpful business and my jersey made it all the way from China to the East of the USA.

P.S. I have proof down below to show that no matter what Artfire is to other people, my jersey is great and the business TOPBestJersey is trustworthy.

Artfire is a SCAM!

Do not order from them.
Their vendors do not follow through.
Most are from china and they try to get you to pay and then negotiate giving some of it back... soccerworld and Soccerfun. Qq are the sites that are trying to rip me off.

DO NOT BUY FROM JOE SANTOS!
He did not send product. After 3 attempts to get my $175 refund I had to open a paypal case. Good thing I paid using paypal. After 2 months I got my money back.
But by no help to him.
If you do use this site make sure you use paypal so if something like this happens you have a chance to get your money back.

Nothing But a Scam, DO NOT BUY from ARTFIRE

I placed an order (*******) on 6/27/21 with "artist" (Antaryutakn) for a mattress. The next day it was marked paid and shipped. I contacted her 3 times through your website to find out the tracking number and arrival date. She never responded, and I never received the mattress. I contacted PayPal to ask them to cancel my order and refund me. She gave them a fake tracking number which showed that it was delivered. PayPal research on the tracking number showed that the shipper was Amazon! I not only was scammed out of my money, but I also do not have the mattress I desperately needed for an elderly visitor! I emailed Antaryutakn to demand my money back and she still does not respond.
Also I find it very strange that Artfire does not have a phone number anywhere so that people can work out problems, they must something to hide if they do not want costumers contacting them. An Email to Artfire resulted in an explaination from Artfire that "the only way to resolve the issue is to contact the seller directly". Artfire takes no responsibility for allowing scam seller join their site.!

Buyer beware! Never would I ever reccomend this company to my worst enemy. I ordered a football jersey 2 months ago and still no product, they will not refund my money. They are scam artist who steal your money. I have religiously emailed them and reported them to the BBB and they give me the same BS answer and some chinese shipping information. Save yourself the hassle and scroll past this website you will be very dissapointed! If negative stars were an option they would def fall in that catagory!

This app is a scam thats all I can say I regret spending my money on low life people who have to take from other get a job and stop stealing peoples hard earned money I spent $40 sum on a tv that they still haven't even contacted me about shipping and I should of read the reviews before buying from here I highly regret coming on this site just stay on Amazon everyone cause u are just losing your money once they get it there site will disappear and you won't even get a answer from the seller they give u all fake accounts so don't do it

I ordered from The Paper Penny. They had no trouble charging my credit card but I never received my merchandise. Total ripoff. Emailed the seller many times with NO response. Needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. TOTAL SCAM

I ordered a coffee maker from a seller for 99.00, with the grinder and pressure bar in it. I paid through palypal, I have tried reaching out to the seller and his email is no longer active, Paypal said it was delivered the next day and sent me a tracking number. The tracking information states that it was one pound. I know the coffee maker i ordered was not one pound and nor could have been delivered the next day. Several attempts to payapl and with no luck, i emailed artfire, who tols me to contact paypal, so basically they stole my money. The worst company ever, do not buy from them!

Not sure about this "company"

My husband purchased my daughter a pair of shoes March 5th from this site and here it is March 19th and we have yet to receive them. The tracking number that was provided doesn't work. At this moment we aren't too pleased at all! The person my husband purchased them from name is Tosbuy2020. I wish my husband would have done more research on this so called site. I honestly feel like we were scammed. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. She'll be pretty hurt that she won't be getting the shoes she wanted so bad. We'll have to look else where.

I placed an order for a jbl boom box 2. Received a knock-off JBL boomsbox mini e10. Wrote to the seller before receiving product thanking them and saying how excited I was, and after receiving it how dissatisfied with the product. No acknowledgment for and messages.

It's been 37 days and I still have not received my purchase. Claims have been made that it was shipped, but it wasn't. Wouldn't give me the first "tracking number" and the second tracking number that was provided does not work... probably because it still hasn't been shipped. Very upsetting and disappointing.

I spent a year trying to get this site to show promise. I had high hopes it would be good. I sell about 4000 items per year on etsy. I sold only 7 items on artfire. The service is awful. The site has numerous clitches. SELLER BEWARE. The site is a rippoff.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely by far the worst customer service I've encountered, and the site is terrible. I signed up, posted one item (I think) I don't even know if it posted because the site was so hard to use and so glitchy. It wouldn't let me delete pictures that I accidentally selected, I had to delete the listing for the 3rd time and try again. I got fed up emailed they're "customer service" and asked to cancel. This is within an hour of joining. I get a reply stating it's cancelled and I'll have to wait for 48 hours to get an email back saying they refunded me $4.50! They charged me $5.00 and then charged me a second time $32.85 I emailed again explained and asked for a FULL REFUND they refused stating that because I posted an item I can't have a full refund. Absolutely ridiculous! Use Etsy, or another site don't use this joke of a site.

My son ordered from here, was after 3 weeks of not receiving anything we started tracking the package. The tracking number we were given says it was delivered. However, the number went to a package that was from a week before our package was even ordered. I don't know how they are pulling this off. BUT DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

Total ripoff

I made a purchase in the beginning of June. It's now July 25 and I have neither received the item, nor heard a response to my many attments to reach out to the "seller" and today ArtFire tells me that I need to go thru PayPal to file a complaint. I'm sure there are many legit "stores" on their website, but I wouldn't bother trying to buying anything there. ArtFire sucks and so does Lush Tart Apparel
