When something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I ordered a toddler Hot Wheel bed for $99 off this site. Never received anything. When I reported through PayPal to get my money back they sent them a tracking number, which shows an item was delivered (which it wasnt) the package showed 16lbs. Those beds weigh wayyyy more than that! Total scam! I hope PayPal gives me my money back and f this site forreal!
I agree with all the negative testimonials that ArtFire and their merchant partners are a scam. They will take your money, never ship, and never resolve the fraudulent charges. "bag0000" is listed on ArtFire. A total scam. If you have money to burn, feel free to buy on "DumpsterFire". It looks like ArtFire does not qualify their merchant partners for ethics & integrity. Anyone operating from their basement can take your money and never ship the product they publish.
I ordered a tu tu for my daughter for her first birthday, but later on had to cancel it due to it not being able to be delivered to me on time. I emailed TheTutuLadies and asked for a refund, no response! If refunds are not allowed they should have least told me that and I would have def. Told them to send the order anyway that I PAID for!
Ive tried contacting artfire.com today by email. Guess what the email wouldnt go through. The site cant be found on the internet. Fuhovila through artfire.com are internet parasites. With that many bad reviews on artfire.com. They should be prosecuted and jailed for multiple counts of, Theft by Deception. Why are there so many scumbags on the internet.
Sad, Sad, I am a seller and I will be closing my account. Unable to contact any one at customer service, I dislike their listing format. I sell on eTsy with great results and also on eBay, It looked like a nice selling venue when I joined but I am not impressed with the total lack of customer service for the seller.
Adrianezh, is the person we got our birthday cake topper from and cheap packages your cake topper in a small box and ships it to you. Ours broke because the box was too small, plus and her contract it states how exactly she should shift your product and she does not ship it that way. So because she didn't ship it the way she was supposed to and stuffed it in a small box, or cake topper broke. She will not email back if your product is broken and she will not refund you any money either. The cake topper cost $50 and we received it broken.
As a venue who states that they support handmade artisans, they sure do allow a lot of resell merchandise. Their TOS state you can only sell handmade, supplies and vintage, yet I have seen the same exact steampunk watches and rings in different stores, from different countries, and find the same products available on Amazon via wholesalers in China and Thailand. I'm leery about buying "handmade" from what they seem to be running as the next Ebay,
I would give Art Fire 0 stars if I could, I hand make all of my items and work very hard to keep my customers happy. I began with listing a few of my items I paid every month and my items were promoted alot. I also have an etsy site that I sell alot of items on. I never had even one sale on Art Fire. I had Facebook friends who tried to purchase my items tell me there was a broken link on the site. I have no idea how many sales I lost due to this error. I contacted them and they told me there was no broken link and that my items just did not sell. Funny how i cannot keep them in stock on etsy.
Anyway, on 12/03/2019 I had ordered some products from her shop well the prices were decent until the big picture came when she stated that if you have any more information then go this email name *******@yahoo.com well I did. & it turns out that this so-called email doesn't even exist at all. This Bogus email bounce back to my account like wildfire stating this email doesn't exist or ever was. I paid through Paypal & now I have a case with these Liars & I need my refund. My next step is the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware don't go there to tese SCAMMERS 4 real. & Karma is cming for you bet that
Ordered an item was shipped and stopped before it reached me, emailed several people, finally artfire got the seller to respond back. Would not recommend at all! Took alot of effort to finally recieve the item about 2 weeks after it was ordered.
Tried to open an account to sell. My items NEVER downloaded. They quickly charged my 3 monthly payments via my Pay Pal for $15.00 REALLY? Calling now to get my money back. If they don't cooperate I will open a dispute with my bank and PayPal DO NOT become a seller Total Scammers
I have tried repeatedly for 7 months to cancel my account... did everything they told me to do as outlined in their email. Even FORWARDED my email to them demonstrating that I followed their instructions and they STILL sent the same email to me over and over again that I didn't deactivate my items - which I did!. They want you to put "Cancelling Account" in the subject line, which I did and they choose to ignore it. This is the most frustrating online "selling service" I have ever encountered. There is never anyone to answer the phone live. I am now out over $200.00 because of their repeated fees after I fulfilled everything they wanted me to in order to close my account.
RUN FOR THE HILLS!
Janet
If I could give it a negative number I would!
This has been the worst experience and no answers or even responses are being given. My order was ordered 3 weeks ago and there is still no tracking information on it.
I will be reporting them for fraud.
Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
DO NOT BUY FROM ARTFIRE!
They did not send product. After 4 attempts to get my $231 refund I had to open a paypal case. Good thing I paid using paypal. After 6 months I got my money back.
But by no help to him.
If you do use this site make sure you use paypal so if something like this happens you have a chance to get your money back.
Ok so i deactivated all my listings to close my shop. But hey! They just reactivated all my listings and took 60$ from my credit card! So i deleted all my listings and wrote to support to close my shop. And what do you think?! They took another 12$ from my credit card because i hav no listings and this means i need a new plan for my shop which is a "per month" whatever i do. So now i have to close my credit card. I whish i could go into court.
Purchased some shoes from a seller named Flechazo, or Windforce Company Limited. Never sent, nor any shipping information sent. When PayPal was contacted to hold the payout, the seller sent them a fake shipping confirmation.
Clearly, just a scamming operation. Given the other reviews on here, I wasn't the only one cheated.
I purchased a vintage clock and the listing claimed it was in working condition. I received it DOA and the seller refused to refund the shipping charges if I was to return it. At that point I felt I already paid $14 in shipping to receive it and was not worth to pay another $14 to ship it back to receive a $30 credit. Scam!
LADO on ArtFire is selling embroidery kits using my artwork without permission or a licensing agreement. Do not buy this product from ArtFire! Vivid Poppy and Vivid Peony DIY bead embroidery kits. I work long hours with a lifetime of trying to be excellent in my craft and then LADO steals my work for her lazy profit! Thank you, Vie Dunn-Harr, Painter
I purchased a pool through this website from seller *******@aol.com, when it didn't ship I looked up reviews and realized I was getting scammed I asked PayPal to stop the transfer of money and they let them send a tracking number out and said my item was delivered. I never received a swimming pool. I'm now scammed and PayPal won't do anything to help me. Hopefully I save someone else from being scammed by this website and this seller. Karmas a $#*!
$#*! these people. Total scam. I have to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I ordered a shirt 15 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. They've printed a label with a tracking number but it hasn't arrived at a USPS center yet. They've only responded to one email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
Answer: Make a claim on BBB or email artfire.com directly
Answer: I maded an order the order number is 2567947 and I have not receive it
