Is there an option to rate with NO STARS? The site itself looks horrendous! It looks like a 10 year old designed it. The font is huge! It looks ridiculous. The first time I signed up for the site, I was signing up for a free trial. I am sure that I would not have chosen to pay for such a crappy site with horrible functions. If anyone from Artfire reads this I would like them to take some constructive feedback from this:
1. If you want to improve redesign the entire site at your appropriate age level.
2. Navigating through the site is not simple enough. Sellers need a clean site to have a comfortable selling experience.
3. NOTIFY PEOPLE WHEN YOU ARE BILLING THEM!
I had the horrible experience of thinking I was signed up for a free trial and really getting billed $12 a month without knowledge of it! I didn't post on the site and didn't make any money from it and I was still billed!
I listed 25 items and ended up deleting them all because they SOLD on other sites while they got no looks on Artfire. I also talked to many experienced online sellers and they had never heard of the site - I suspect buyers never have either.
I will never ever order from them again.
I placed an order and I was suppose to receive a digital copy within 24 hours going on a week here and I have yet to receive a respond to any of my four emails I have sent them.
Artfire takes no responsibility and sellers on their site will rip you off! They take forever to respond back, and pretty much tell you to take it up with your bank. This is who ripped me off and ofcourse they are no longer on tgeir web site, you would think they would contact the seller and make it right since they charge the seller for being on their page.
The customer service is so bad & they are scammers, they closed my account and they charged me with subscreption fees, i found that on my billing... wow, more than that they charge you with 10% of sale fees... really i dont recomand for buyers mostly sellers to get in
I have a store on Etsy (wonderful) does really well and fantastic customer service. I have a similar store on ArtFire and after over 300 apparent listing views not a sale so far!... I have failed many times to get the google analytic code to work (to verify listing views) I have now decided to close my ArtFire store. I read so many wonderful good things about about being a seller on ArtFire, but I firmly believe now that they have created successfully a site that is over hyped to catch small fish just like me.
I order a Steelers gaiter scarf from here that was advertised as stitched... lol. It came and it looked like someone put it on a copy machine and made a copy of an emblem and put it on a pair of stockings and cut them. Lettering is blurred. No where is it stitched. This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen. And I waited a month for it.
I went on Artfire store that I opened and they deleted my entire store with no notice! I looked through my emailed. They deleted all of my products. If I owed my bill I never got a notice! Ridiculous to destroy all the hard work with no explanation. I know I paid my bill. I would not go on this site. It sucks!
Order leggings for my wife for christmas. Got the run around and day 15 and still nothing. Was told it was at the post office cause there was no address given. If no address was given how did you know to send it to the post office around the corner from me. Finally went to the post office and what do you know they have no package for me and have no clue what I'm talking about. This place is a joke and fraudulent. Stay away I never recommend this place. Run
I purchased a jersey from Eagleshop through Artfire. Big mistake! Money gone but no jersey. The "tracking number" supplied is fake. I asked for my money back. I strongly expect that I will have to dispute the payment with my bank.
I googled bikes and found one I liked for $100. I ordered through PayPal luckily. They sent me notification and when i got the email it was delivered from the post office I excitedly got home from work to find a tiny package with the same tracking number in my mailbox. I thought this can't be right. I opened it and found they had shipped me 10 disposable face masks for $100!? Umm no not even worth $5 let alone $100. Emailed them a nasty email and filed a complaint with PayPal and had a refund submitted within an hour from PayPal. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
I made a purchase with Giote on a LV backpack I realized it was a dupe so I instantly canceled my order. I honestly didn't read the return or cancellation policy until I started speaking to this lady. You have to cancel within 24 hrs which I did. She ended up refunding me. Before she refunded me I did reach out to artfire to figure out how to resolve this issue in 24 hrs. Well the next day I got a email from them and told them we worked it out and she refunded me. Then I get numerous emails from the Sandra Smith cussing me out because they locked her PayPal. This lady is so unprofessional and rude I'm so glad I ended up getting my refund because it appears to me now I probably would have gotten the item that I purchased for $204 dollars.
DO NOT! I REPEAT... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE! I purchased an inflatable hot tub for $100. The seller sent me a single disposable face mask. I'm currently disputing another transaction that has had a similar outcome. If it seems too good to be true, it is. Especially in the case of this horrible website. Close Down! You are a scam and you are supporting scam artists. You need to be taken to court.
Do not purchase any jewelry from this site. I purchased a Cartier ring from merchant Alisa. Merchant sent me USPS number claiming my item was delivered. The item never arrived at my home. The merchant stopped package from arriving claiming incorrect address. When I contacted Alisa she claimed it was delivered. She then started my dispute is with USPS. No package was ever delivered. This was a complete scam. Dont trust Merchant Alisa. Do not purchase any jewelry from this Merchant. She will take your money and you will not receive your item.

Worst possible experience. Purchased an item, did not receive it for nearly a month (there was no indication on the seller's page (Teliy) that it was shipping from out of country). Then when the shipment finally arrived, it was the wrong item. The seller refused to take it back even though they acknowledged they sent me the wrong product, and refused to refund my purchase price. The best they would do was to offer me a fraction of the price (not even 25% of what I paid). ArtFire wouldn't/couldn't do anything about it. Will never purchase through them again.
I made the mistake of not checking into this ‘business' before placing an order. Debited my account IMMEDIATELY and refused to answer any inquiries. Gave me an invalid tracking number according to the alleged shipper. Had it not been for PayPal I would have lost a considerable amount of money. Read the consumer reviews, the majority have EXACTLY the same complaint. I would have left a lower rating if it were possible.
If you are a seller be aware they will charge you for promotions even if you subscribed for free. They will trick you and steal your money even if it is through Paypal.
Paypal doesn't care and won't help you out!
I ordered a Sterling Silver(92.5) ring from vikigreen, through ArtFire. I placed the order on Aug 19,2019. Received the product on 9/5/2019. Very prompt service. The Quality is first class. I provided a ring size. The fit is perfect. I am very impressed.
I am giving this vendor the highest marks. I would not hesitate to order again.

100% scam. It is my fault for not doing research before spending money on a fake jaws poster but i believed at the time it was real from artfile. Robert shaw died in 78 and thisposter is from the 2000s with his autograph
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
