Worst possible experience. Purchased an item, did not receive it for nearly a month (there was no indication on the seller's page (Teliy) that it was shipping from out of country). Then when the shipment finally arrived, it was the wrong item. The seller refused to take it back even though they acknowledged they sent me the wrong product, and refused to refund my purchase price. The best they would do was to offer me a fraction of the price (not even 25% of what I paid). ArtFire wouldn't/couldn't do anything about it. Will never purchase through them again.
