I was wrong!

Ordered over a month ago... still nothing! Obviously, I lost my money. Will NEVER order anything from here again! STAY FAR AWAY... sellers are scam artists and Artfire will do NOTHING to help you!

UPDATE: I did receive my shorts and they were pretty good quality. Just took FOREVER to get them (like 5 weeks). That being said, if you are patient you will eventually get your stuff.

ArtFire used to be the "Etsy" of its hay day back in the early 2010's. Back then, you actually got what you paid for.

But now, in 2021. It's a barren wasteland. Absolutely no regulations at all and so scammers run amok. I tried to purchase a water dispenser on here. The good news? It was a steal. The bad news? The product never came.

I tried contacting the seller but absolutely zero response just like many victims here. I filed a dispute with Paypal. The seller then, cleverly provided Paypal a very convincing fake tracking number 1Z9X263Y*******955. Everything looked correct but the weight was wrong. The water dispenser I ordered weighs at 32 pounds. But the tracking number says 75 pounds. It took me alot of time to point this out to Paypal and got a refund.

Ordered a pair of Yeezy's. They came in two weeks. Was a lil nervous because I ordered a pair of shoes from another site that came in 4 days. Tracking number was incorrect. Email never got returned but hey I have my sneakers

Horrible Company

I inquired about an item I ordered which hadn't arrived in 2 months from date of order. The rep from Artfire got defensive and asked if I wanted a refund. I said I'd rather get the shirts I ordered to which he replied 2 weeks. After another 5 weeks, I inquired again and was informed I would just get a refund. What a frickin waste of time. Hopefully they actually refund my credit card.

Not a fake

I just received my jersey I purchased a few days ago read some reviews and was skeptical but my merchandise was derived and it was everything I expected to be and more can't speak upon other people's experience but the site is not a fake just some people are I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and we'll be doing business again soon

It's been a month since i just purchased a 4 moms baby swing and never get my item. I emailed several times both artfire and the seller but they never respond my email. I don't think i am going to get back my $140. Guys, if you don't wanna lose your money don't buy anything from newmoon and artfire!

New release shoes

I never purchased shoes from this website and was hesitant. I did decide to purchase a pair. At first the communication with the seller was great. I then didn't hear anything, so I panicked. After two months I received the shoe and was happy with the merchandise. I do recommend website. I know next time that delivery may take longer.

I would give them a zero if possible. I placed an order mid June for a lifetime shed. I never received an order or shipping confirmation. Every time I email them, I get an immediate automated response. If they do follow up, they aren't nice about it. I finally canceled the order after a month and not getting any answers, and contacted PayPal to get my money back. I agree with others, in that, this is a total scam.

Gold's Gym

I ordered a Gold's Home Gym on Artfire from one of their "stores", kakashopsale, which is nothing but a front for a bunch of thieves and liars. I paid $141.00 and was supposed to get free shipping but all I got was silence or excuses so i had to file a complaint with Paypal, the BBB and my credit card company. Kakashopsale tried to scam Paypal with a phony invoice claiming that they shipped the gym that weighed 90+ lbs via the USPS in a package that weighed 6.4 lbs! They could not or would not provide an invoice or any follow up paperwork which proved to me that they are just a bunch of thieves! I got my money back but I had to work for it.
Kakashopsale has since moved to another online store front, ecrater.com, so avoid these [censored] at all cost!

I bought a leather satchel from GenuineProducts on ArtFire. This bag fell apart after 2 weeks of use, the lining split and frayed and not only that but the glue that was used oozed through the material and made all of my items sticky! This company wouldn't reply with their address, finally when they did, I sent it back, I still have pictures of the terrible quality of the bag and they still refuse to refund my money! I have spent so much money with nothing to show for it, save yourself the trouble!

They will charge you nonstop to your credit debit and PayPal for services and subscriptions. They don't explain charge or have a page that does. The link to erase your card won't show up or work either they won't answer emails and there is no way of speaking to a customer service agent... Awful and a total scam... I believe them because they be other sellers there but they must have a list of seller that they do legit business with d the rest of the other they just scam money out of them... Do not give them your PayPal they will tell you is for you to get paid but they will automatically charge you nonsense do not give them your payment info they'll do the same I had to close a card but they still have my PayPal anf can't do nothing about it because it won't erase...!. Find other source of selling!

Unreliable vendor

Placed an order with "jerseysportbooth" on Dec. 3rd. I ordered a jersey for my grandson for Christmas. I received a tracking number on Dec. 5th stating a label had been created and tracking would be available in 48 hours. After several days, the tracking still showed that only a label had been created---nothing received or shipped. I contacted the vendor two times and each time was told "be patient". Finally I contacted Artfire support and then the vendor gives me a lame excuse that the post office lost the item! Terrible experience with vendor. Buyer beware!

This website is terrible. The seller I bought from claims to be from the United states. However, after my purchase the sellers confirmation was from China as well as my item. It said I would receive my item in 10-15 days but we are now on day 17 and the latest update was on the 14th. I emailed the seller multiple times with no response as Well as artfire. My purchase has now disappeared from my orders completely and I am unable to leave a review of this horrible shop. Not to mention on PayPal it says this purchase was for childcare.

Total SCAM!

I purchased an item on the Artfire site and the seller never sent the item. So I sent the seller a message to either find out where my item was or get a refund, and the seller did not respond. Next, I tried to contact Artfire's customer service, but they don't really have any. I could not find any way to file a complaint and get my money back. Do not buy anything from any seller on Artfire.com. The whole set up is a scam. I'm currently working with PayPal to get my issue resolved, but I don't know if I'll be able to get my money back.

Petty customs

I ordered a product from Courtney. After trying to contact her for 3 weeks to find out information regarding my order she told me my order was not ready because she has life to handle. She went ahead to also mention that I'm only one customer and am not going to kill her and that my order haven't even been started. I ordered 30 plastic shot glasses for my fiancée 30th party. It was a cute touch that I was looking forward too after that response I definitely have a sour taste in my mouth.

STAY AWAY

I Signed up to be a seller just to see what is was all about. BIG mistake. First of all you can't even look around at your products before you have to buy. Etsy has a free level service that offers MORE tools that even this location's basic subscription. I purchased a subscription and went through about 3 hours worth of exploring and listen ONE item. ONE. I decided it wasn't for me. Traffic is awful, they take a larger % in fees than Etsy does and customer service is horrendous. I would NEVER recommend this dumpster fire to anyone. I tried to get a refund, but since I listed ONE item for a grand total of 8 minutes, I'm now out the cost of a subscription I won't even look at for 3 months. This is the WORST setup I've ever seen.

www.artfire.com/ext/shop/home/jiesen bought a wallet from this seller. Never received wallet. Tried emailing the seller. Seller never returned any of my emails. Had to make a claim with PayPal then finally got my money back.

Seems the high end items on that site are fakes/counterfeit/copies
Took me over three weeks to get a refund. Will never go back to that site

Don't buy from here

I ordered an ice machine. Never received an email saying it was shipped. Contactes the seller they said it was shipped but would take a few days. Still haven't received it. Contacted PayPal and they got a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it said the item was delivered to a mailbox in Oregon. I live in New York State.
